thank you to Mario, Paul, and Alice for the amazing customer service. all 3 employees worked together to ensure I am happy and very satisfied with my purchase.as a first time buyer I have gone to different dealerships and different competing companies. I ended up purchasing from toyota on the park because of the solid base of information with regards to the vehicle and the quality of extended services that Toyota has to offer. I have never been happier with my choice.
all 3 employees exceeded my expectations. they made me feel like a truly valued customer by paying attention to what model and specific details I wanted in the car and most importantly my budget and payment expectations. of course as a first time buyer I bombarded them with multiple questions and picked at every little detail in turn they provided very thorough explanations and addressed all of my concerns accordingly with regards to my purchase.
I signed the agreement and walked out of the dealership feeling confident about my decision. when I picked up my car I knew I made the best decision. I definitely recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone who asks.
I strongly believe that excellent customer service teamwork and communication between all of the employees makes the transition for buyers so much more easier, it ensures that needs and expectations are met.
