I'm too upset and frustrated to say how badly I felt. The only positive thing I can say is Cruz the customer appreciation rep treated me with care and respect. Maybe Cruz should be the model that Larry Puryear uses to teach the rest of his employees how to treat customers... because I'm damned sure that DCH did not pay me to purchase a vehicle. DCH for me equals Disappointing Careless Hoodwinking
