Worst service experience ever. After calling to set my appointment and being told it was ok and they were going to honor my last service. I arrive at 7 am only to be told rudely by a rep Peter that he won't allow it. He rudely points at the service wall and says don't you see where you car is in that. I explained to him I was told it was ok. He continued to smirk and rudely huff your car is due for a major over haul at $299 that's all you can get or leave. I still trying to get at least my oil change because I've already missed work and he said that it's $99 so sarcastically. I said never mind, all he could say well good your car is still there and your keys are inside and you can leave. To think my lease is up soon and I was considering buying my new car there because they had been great up until this incident . This person is not a good service rep at all. Such a waste of my morning.
