I have always had great service at Toyota of Richardson until my last visit. My 4-runner had a recall and I brought it in. They took over a month to complete the recall which they did warn me about. I was in a rental (dodge journey) until it was repaired. They did not provide updates I had to call to follow up. Finally they called me on a Saturday to pick the car up. I came within two hours of them calling. Everything was fine until I saw a $50 charge from enterprise plus the fees for tolls. Enterprise let me know Toyota charged me for a days rental. I have called Toyota three time to get this resolved with no reply! Over it and next I will drive to Toyota Frisco. Disappointed by the entire experience.
