Terrible experience, they made me wait for hours saying sales director is trying to negotiate a deal. I just stepped out after 2 hours. Cesar is just so rude, he wont even bother talking to you. I started with my salesperson and when he realized that we will not be able to afford the car shown to us, he started screaming at us instead of giving us more options. Terrible experience, not going back, plain ripoff.
