My family & I am are returning customers to this location. Specifically because of the honest, open, friendly, & overall exceptional service we have been given from both the sales & service departments.

Our most recent visit was on 2/21/17 to purchase a car for my younger brother.
Once again this location knocked it out the ballpark.
We were helped by Andrew Williams (Salesman) & Derrell Pinnock (Manager).

They answered all our questions, worked with us to ensure we got the best bang for our buck, made us feel valued, & made sure we were both confident & knowledgable in our purchase.

My family has finally accepted that we are a Toyota family now. We plan to make our future purchases at this location.

On the service side, I have had nothing but positive experiences.
Maybe I am just lucky but no matter which service advisor I have gotten.
My questions get answered, they often bring me into the shop to look at any issues & both the advisors & mechanics have explained to me in detail what is what.
They work with me on prioritizing repairs & try thier best to give me whatever discounts I am eligible for. As many times I am on a budget.

To be very honest, this dealership puts the horrible rumors you hear about dealerships to shame.
Maybe it is one of those diamond in the roughs, or maybe this location chooses to swim against the tide.
But I have come to trust this location more than any auto-shop.
