I greatly recommend sales manager Waleed Khan. He listens to your need and wants efore choosing a vehicle and allows you to think about your decision as well as giving you several options of what they have in their inventory. He is very patient and understanding. We would definitely recommend him to everyone we know that is looking for a vehicle.

I also recommend Syed Ali for financing. He explains everything thoroughly and makes the paperwork process very smooth. He makes sure you understand all of the services you're getting before signing. He makes you feel very comfortable dealing with him. Both of these men are very polite and professional to deal with. We highly recommend them.

Not too thrilled with their punctuality. Brought my car in for some body work - replacing the bumper, front grill and some dent removal and painting in the front and rear. They initially estimated it'd take 2 weeks, double the time the insurance company had quoted, which is fine as they uncovered additional work that the insurance adjuster wasn't aware of. The 2 weeks became 3 weeks. And on the day the car was to be delivered they call me to say that it won't be delivered bcos they had not finished painting??? Was told they'd give the car the next day. No phone call from them the next day so I call them only to be told that it may not be done today as well as they had an incorrect grill and that they are in the process of acquiring the correct grill. No apology for the delay, just business as usual. Meanwhile, I'm having to pay rental car expenses from my pocket as my insurance doesn't cover that. Don't know about their quality of work so cannot comment on that but I can only wonder.

I recently moved to the Dallas area and was looking for a used car, specifically from a trusted vendor in my locality. I was very specific in the sense I did not want to go with mechanics/ independent sellers mainly for the trust factor. Then, I stumbled upon a used Honda Civic car at this dealership and jumped on to buy it instantly. I was at the dealership on a fine saturday morning and was in for a surprise when I saw that the car was not even cleaned/ serviced before it was put on sale online. I observed that the car had a cracked windshield running horizontally and one of the rear tires had a small cut and another small portion was chipped off. Sounds risky? Yes, it did for me too. But I was sure that it would not pass the state inspection check for safety and was also assured that this would not be given to with these issues. After the deal was struck, I was asked to collect the vehicle the following week and I land there on the specified time just to get a shock of my life - a cleaned car (interior and exterior) but with the cracked windshield and a damaged tire just the way it was when I saw it first! I spoke to the salesman who was interacting with me and I was told since the crack was not objecting the driver's view. I tell you it was running all along the windshield horizontally. And what about the damaged tire? Well, the answer I got was - it is not a serious concern. Really? I was seriously worried now and did not know what to do. Yes, I could have ditched the deal and went on a protest to get back the refund. But, for me I was in a state where in I did not want to start over the car search all over again and invest time. So, I thought of checking the same with the General Manager of the dealership - Steve via email and explained him the situation. I was extremely happy when he responded/ acted and assured me of getting these things rechecked and provide a resolution. With a couple of trips to the dealership, I could get the windshield and the tire replaced at no extra cost. Yes, you heard that right. I would specifically like to thank Derrell - the manager at the used car section for treating me without any fuss and get the problems resolved in a quick time. Would definitely recommend this to everyone because these blokes do believe in keeping their customers happy and do their best in the process. I dropped my car around 10, and I asked them to take me to my college and then return to pick me up to get my car. I was aked to fill out some sheet about expected time. At the beginning, my agent Bobstley told that the car should be done in 2 and a half hours. Until 1.45 (the expected time) I believed i should have received a phone call to remind me if my car had be done or not. But nothing happened. I called them, a lady said it had be done until 5pm. OK, cool! I called back to ask somebody to take me to the headquarter because my next class starts at 5.30 and ends at 9.00, I cant get my car after closing time. In total, more than 3hours of waiting for a pick up service. As I couldn't wait anymore, I needed to ask my friend to get my car back and then the picking service called to pick me up around 4pm. Thank you but I already told my friend to help me. You are wasting your customer's time a lot because of misinformation.

Serviced my vehicle here and they lost my wheel lock . I realized it when I went to change my tires . I called up to report the issue and I get transferred from service to parts to front desk and finally they dropped the call . Very unprofessional and neither of them want to help . I am 200 miles away and had to pay out of pocket to remove and get a different one installed . I would not recommend this place for any future service .

I always come here to get my Camry serviced. Their staff is super friendly and willing to work with you. Unlike other dealerships, they don't try and mislead you with excessive add-ons/ "suggested repairs" to hike up your ticket.

They mentioned having a good relationship with Toyota of Richardson, so I went with them. The process was so easy and less time consuming! It took only 2 hours! Omar Rodriguez and manager Jeff Grettner did a WONDERFUL job taking care of me! They were friendly, professional, & knowledgeable about their products. There was a little back and fourth, but once they knew I was serious, we negotiated everything at the desk. I just wished dealerships would stop with the game a treat people as this dealership did.

The WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Sales people are rude and cop an attitude when you ask questions.
We still bought a Toyota Camry, in spite of the rude way we were treated. We were in touch with Sam Mau, who apparently did not have enough time to meet us and Mandy (?) from his team took over after a ridiculously long wait time. We had to wait so long in spite of making an appointment to meet Sam Mau. We test drove a car which we were told later was not the one we came for (classic bait and switch) since that was sold last night (blah). Mandy or Megan from his team looked angry throughout the whole process of sale and it possibly hurt her to smile at new customers. Quite a few sarcastic comment which we gallantly ignored. Crap negotiation dramas.
Even when we went back to collect the car the next day, since it was not finished or something, we were handed a key with a baby bottle with milk in it. SERIOUSLY??!!! How old are you??!! The sales "kid" who handed it over was extremely immature and liked making fun of customers apparently. Fed up with this treatment, we asked to speak to his manager / supervisor. After repeated comments that why are you yelling at me etc from kiddo, we were led to a guy who was passing by, and he passed him off as his manager. Not sure what action this 'manager' is going to take to make things better for us.
Seriously worried about finding out if we have 'been taken for a ride' after reading the reviews (should have done that before going there).
Shudder to think what will happen when the car needs servicing or I need to use the warranty.

I went for routine service. I have the the wrap premium coverage. My service advisor told me that everything looked good just needed to have cabin filter changed and battery post had corrosion and needed cleaning. She said it would cost about $50 for battery cleaning. I told her that I would clean it, but did ask her why it wasn't covered. The coverage says "battery to starter". She said you had to buy the battery from them. I said I bought the car from you. It is 2 years old I would assume that the battery still has warranty left and it was just to clean the post. She said she would ask. Never got an answer. I told my service advisor, that we had premium wrap coverage 3 separate times and she acknowledged each time. While checking out with the cashier they wanted to charge me for the oil change. They had to go find out that I had coverage. It was very crowded but all the advisors were consulting with the customers in the hall. It got very loud and no one had privacy. I noticed some people felt uncomfortable. I also noticed for the 5 hours that I was there a up-sale atmosphere/attitude.

Randi Gardner is great and while I did not buy a car, she said her sister had a great experience buying a car with Bruce Donley. Will be seeing them again when I need work done on my Prius.

I had such an AMAZING experience today at Toyota of Richardson. When I first walked in I was greeted by Jerry Purnell who demonstrated such warm and welcoming customer service. I talked to him about the car I desired to purchase and he was very accommodating and patient with helping me to find exactly what I wanted. I didn't feel like Mr Purnell was just trying to get me to buy just any vehicle so that he can make a sale. He sincerely wanted me so walk away happy and satisfied with my purchase even if that meant my purchase would have to take place in another dealership. Fortunately I was able to find the vehicle that I wanted and I was most excited about it because I really wanted to give them my business simply as a result of their amazing customer service. Not only was Mr Purnell friendly and welcoming but other employees who we encountered as we walked around the lot or through the offices, they all seemed to be welcoming as well and it felt like one big family. After finalizing my decision I interacted with Nick Williams in financing and he worked diligently to give me every deal possible so that my payments and interest would remain in my budget. I am so excited about my purchase and I'm so glad that I was able to get my vehicle from Toyota of Richardson. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Jerry and Nick for working with me rather than just trying to sell to me.

Pretty frustrating buying a car recently at Toyota...

Pretty frustrating buying a car recently at Toyota of Richardson. Told the salesman exactly what I wanted, including GAP insurance and nothing else, and we agreed on a price and payment. The finance/insurance guy was very unservice-minded. I had to tell him three times, "The payment is [X] with the GAP insurance and I don't need anything else." He tried for almost an hour to sell me other stuff and I kept saying, "the payment is [X] with the GAP insurance and I don't need anything else." I think their managers deliberately teach them to act like morons. I hated it. Hopefully the dang car will last 20 years and I'll won't have to put up with that crap for a long time.

Both Lauren and Nick were stellar. Lauren caught me when I walked out the door after the receptionist said the person I had asked for left for the day... Lauren saved a sale, honestly... a sale that was never intended to happen in the first place. And Nick had me laughing all through the boring stuff ($12, Nick... $12... dollars...). I even got to see Miguel, who did the financing on my Prius back in 2016-- he was just as friendly and as helpful yesterday as he was the first time I worked with him. This team was comprised of rock stars and I walked away feeling great, even though when I woke up yesterday, buying a new car was not even on my radar. (My Prius was in for routine maintenance when I got a call from the dealership that said they wanted to buy it. It was only two years old with 8500 miles.) I hope my used Prius brings someone as much peace of mind and joy as it brought me. I m now in a C-HR, a car I stumbled upon at the State Fair and knew I wanted to drive somewhere down the line. I never expected I d get to a month later. Thank you to my dealership of choice, Toyota of Richardson. This is my third car with you guys, and if you keep up this great service, I ll keep coming back.

The salesman we dealt with gave off an attitude that something is wrong with us if we offer less than what they are asking for. I was taught that the customer is always right. We were getting up to leave when another floor manager came over to talk to us. We did work out a deal on the car with him. However the car had a lot of detailing that needed to be done inside and outside. They detailed it that night and it was the worst detail job ever. I was left with a lingering this was a huge mistake to purchase this vehicle from this place. I truly felt as if they felt we were fortunate to be buying from them, instead of we have a choice of where we buy a vehicle! I have always been treated so professionally and cordially at other Toyota dealerships this purchase experience was not at all this way.

I got a survey from the dealership and I answered it honestly and how disappointed I was in this experience. I am a 20 year Corolla customer and won't buy anything else. I called the number at the bottom of the survey and got the customer service manager she got things done. Thank you Kim. All of a sudden it was a different story.

I did take the car back to be re detailed and fix the paint chips all over the front of the car. They did that. They detailed it like it should have been the first time. Kim got me the floor mats I wanted. They gave me a rental car to drive while my car was being detailed. I asked for touch up paint and they told me they were out of my color but would provide it to me free of charge. Even though this was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had, they did try to make it right with the service. But I had to fill out the customer service questionnaire and make a phone call to let them know about it.

While I was there I did meet Aaron Tunnel. He was empathic and concerned about my experience. If I were to ever recommend a salesman here, it would be Aaron he is the man to see.

On 4/26/19 @ 3:58pm I spoke by telephone with my salesperson at The dealership. I requested that my Prius Prime be delivered with the EV battery fully charged. I was assured that the vehicle would be fully charged on delivery on 4/29/19.

On 4/29/19 when we took delivery our car was not charged as agreed. The salesperson blamed someone else at the dealership. We agreeded to come back later after the car was at partly charged. Our car was brought out by Chris to explain some of the functions. A black spot was on the drivers seat. We waited while the vehicle was taken to detail a second time. The car again was brought back with the same spot. On the third time it was returned with the spot removed.

On 4/30/19, Syed Ali, the Finance Manager, telephoned me to inquire as to how I would rate my experience at his dealership. When I explained what happened I ended up speaking with the General Manager. The General Manager offered to provide a trunk mat free of charge. I told him it was unnecessary but he insisted.

After not receiving information about the mat I called the dealership on 5/15/19 and 5/20/19. Mr Ali said he would get back to me about the mat. I have not received a returned call. I can afford to buy my own mat but I just wanted to give the General Manager a chance to honor his word.

The dealership took responsibility and made things right which is all one can ask for!

My husband and I bought a truck from Toyota of Richardson back in October. It was an all-around incredible experience, from the sales staff to the finance department. The only thing the truck didn't have that we really wanted was a back-up camera, but we were told by our sales guy that they could easily have one installed and we would be able to roll the charge for it into the financing. We didn't want to agree to the purchase and sign the papers unless we were 100% sure that the camera was going to have the functionality and quality that we were expecting. After being assured and promised multiple times by our sales guy, we signed the papers and scheduled the install a little while after. To make a long story short, the camera didn't even remotely have the quality and functionality that we were promised. (Toyota was not responsible for the install - a 3rd party company was.) On top of the camera not being as-expected, the sales guy that we had dealt with was no longer working for Toyota. We were incredibly disappointed and frustrated and felt like it was ruining the great experience we'd had with them. That was until we met Brian Pacheco. He listened to us voice our frustrations and that same day, he made it right. He was able to get us a full refund for the camera and have it uninstalled while we were out of town for the weekend. He was so kind and understanding through the whole thing, and what meant the most to me was that it shouldn't have been his responsibility to "clean up" someone else's mess, but he did. Some sales guys kinda stop caring once they make the sale, but that's clearly not the case with Brian. We are so grateful that he listened to us and made the situation right, and we're back to being able say it was an all-around wonderful experience with Toyota of Richardson from start to finish! :)

Toyota of Richardson does not care for there customers. I did a inquiry online for a car and a sales rep asked me they need to run my credit before he can give me some numbers, so I did. He asked me to come to dealership, he has a good news. I said I will once I have some numbers, so I don t waste your or my time during this Covid. He said he understands and will get back to me with some numbers in 30 minutes. Two days later, no response. So i emailed him asking if I need to get with someone else for this request, straight up reply- I did email you the numbers (which I never received, but have received all the other email communication) but you can go ahead with some one else if that makes you feel better.

Joe was a terrible salesman. He was pushy and blatantly tried to trick us into buying the car. Joe saw that we were foreigners so when we asked for the price of a car he gave a us a credit application and tried to force us into completing when we just came to look at a Camry. I mean where else does a salesman try to trick you into completing a credit application? After we denied to complete the credit application we yet again asked for the price of the car and he refused to disclose it arguing that he would only disclose it if we were going to close that same day and that that was why he gave us the credit application, to prove to him we were "serious buyers". So he never gave us the price, tried to force us into completing a credit application. Worst experience ever, Joe is the embodiment of the negative stereotypes of salesmen. Had much better customer care at all other dealerships I went to.

Toyota Richardson service depart is fast, effective, and their attention to detail is amazing. They are courteous and polite. On my last visit I left and noticed my tpms light on. Didn't think much of it. Went to work out and noticed my tire was almost flat. Called the service dept up and they said bring it in. They took a look and found a nail. Took it back to plug it. It was at 5:45 pm on Friday afternoon. They fixed it and told me not to worry about the charge. Pretty cool. It's that attention to detail and that customer service that will keep me coming back for a long time.

I had (and continue to have) a great experience with Toyota of Richardson. Jerry in sales and Nick in finance worked so hard to get me a deal I d be willing to take. They stayed much later than they had to and never complained. Jerry went out of his way to let me get a feel for which car was really the perfect fit for me. Even in the rain, he didn t complain and busted his butt to make sure I was comfortable and able to test drive the Highlander I ended up buying. He helped me take my car seat in and out of each car so I could really see how everything fit. I 100% recommend this location and those two guys for a great car buying experience.

I purchased a Toyota Corolla S 2011 like two months ago. The dealer, I purchased the car from him, was Anthony Sabu who is a professional car dealer. Although I was taking my time to look at different models and options, he was so patient. Also, I was not eligible for getting a loan from most of the banks; They made the finance possible by getting loan from toyota financial services.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. It started when I went to Toyota of Richardson hoping to buy a Scion XB for my handicapped daughter. When we pulled in and got out of our car the group of guys were to busy laughing and talking to pay us attention. So after I flagged someone down from inside the building we saw the vehicle agreed on a price and after signing a purchase agreement it was getting late so the guy in financing said the banks are closed now but to comeback in on a agreed upon time and in the mean time they would start doing a make ready on the vehicle. Comeback in thinking we were going to sign the finalized paperwork only to be told they had just sold the car to someone else. They then made my daughter feel like crap trying to sell her cars should could not get her wheel chair in by herself. It's bad enough things are harder for her being in a wheel chair but this dealership made it even harder. Lousy 1st time buying experience for her and the dealership could CARE LESS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP our money is going elsewhere.
