Thanks for giving me the opportunity to express my feelings about my purchase from Toyota Richardson. Their service was outstanding. I just had an appointment to discuss about to trade in my 2012 RAV4. The sales person and the finance person were so caring, patient and helpful based on my situation that I came back home with 2016 RAV4 with full gratification!
