I went in not expecting the service I received. I left with a great deal on the car that I've been searching high and low for. Although I wasn't expecting a dark grey color, purchasing this car was far beyond what I had envisioned. I originally was planning on going to the Plano location, but they didn't have the car I was looking for, luckily Richardson had the Avalon I've been searching for as well. I was just shopping but the service I received from Anthony exceeded my expectations and left with a great deal on the car on my terms. If you are shopping for a car, definitely ask for Anthony and he will give you 100% customer satisfaction, especially if you're on a time crunch like I was!!

We just bought our 3rd car from Toyota of Richardson. They always take care of us. But this experience was, by far, the best one. Eric Williams was so amazing. He was very honest and clear. I told him what I expected and what we could do and Eric made it work. My husband gets very cranky about being at the dealership for a long time, so we asked that all the paperwork for my daughter's car be ready to go so all my husband had to do was come in and sign. We handled the negotiations and Eric Williams made sure that our finance person, Jordan, knew what we wanted and how we wanted everything handled. He had the paperwork ready to go when my husband arrived. He worked to get us the best deal also for my car that I am about to trade in. I will be buying from Eric Williams from now on and will be requesting Jordan to be our finance guy. I could tell Eric was a father in the way that he treated my daughter during the whole process and all the decisions. He went out of the way for our family.

Yesterday was the worse buying experience I've ever had. I went to Toyota Richardson to buy my 3rd car from them in the last 6 years. I thought being a returning customer would at least have the staff be courteous to me and provide truthful information. I asked for both a lease price and a buy price. Their website shows every Corolla with a lease price of at least $80 lower than a buy price. I was told the lease price would be $30 higher than the sales price. It makes no sense. They insisted the lease price is always higher. The sales manager Sean was yelling at me in the middle of the showroom, and as I was leaving, the guy who drives cars between lots was yelling at me. There must be new management there because the first two times I bought from them, they were pleasant experiences.

Most of their positive reviews are FAKE. I went here and this was the worst place to buy a car I have ever went to. A car fake manager tried saying they two car facts reports for damage was from hail (report showed 2 different reports that were months apart). The report showed damage on the roof, front, back and one side. Unfortunately hail does not cause multiple long scratches or the bumper to almost fall of when you push it with your fingers. He then lied about the icons from the car fax report. Carfax uses a microscope as a icon to show that their was damage reported. He lied and said the microscope meant the damage was from hail and under 500. They try and force you to use their financing so they make more money from you. Their lies was comical. Every two years I buy a new or used car, I know the game and they are the worst at it.

Our sales person,Ashiq Kahn was a fantastic young man, he did and said all the right things.At least he seemed to really want to be helpful. He explained everything and answered all our questions. we were happy to have him as our sales person.
The rest of the experence was just terrible in my opinion. The going back an forth to the sales manager, whoever that was, we just hate that. We have bought several new cars over our lifetime and this is the second time we feel our trade-in car was almost given away. when we bought that can we were told about the good trade-in value, NOT. A few weeks before we made this purchase, we received a flyer in the mail from a manager there stating what we coud get on a trade-in, when we asked about that, we were told we should have read the fine print. I visited Toyota of Richardson on Saturday, June 9th. I came in with my own financing to purchase a vehicle. I told the sales team that I had my own financing with Capital One and I will be using them. I filled out a credit application for them to run a hard inquire with Capital One. Standard process for Capital One to know that I have found a vehicle. The salesman that was helping us, passed us to the salesman who didn't want to help us because his appointment came in. The salesman that did our paperwork wanted me to signed a blank credit application form in case there was "missing information" and they could just fill it out, if needed without me having to come back up to the dealership. I told him, that doesn't sound right and I will not be doing that. I repeatedly told salesman after salesman and even the sales manager who came out to ask me about my Capital One loan. I told him that I will be using Capital One. I did get my vehicle and later that evening, I received email alerts from my credit report. Toyota of Richardson came my credit with 4 different banks without my permission and didn't even tell me that they did. Monday, 6/11- I received a generic email, " your complete satisfaction if our goal". I replied to that email and told them, how I felt and what had happened. I, then received a call from their finance director, who to me insulted me. He asked me , DO YOU REALLY MAKE $$$ a year? It does not matter how much I make , I came in with my own financing to purchase a vehicle. I later forward my email to their customer relations manager, who does all the replies to reviews online. In email corresponded, he stated that the salesman didn't communicate to the finance guy about not getting me a better rate (APR). He apologized for my credit being ran so many times, but they were trying to help me get a better rate. The problem is, they did it without my permission and didn't tell me that they did and secondly, I told them I am going with Capital One, there was no need for them to check with other banks. He told me to feel free to dispute the credit hits. Well of course, I will, but that is me having to spend extra time and energy disputing the hits. When I came up to the dealership, everyone that called me and emailed me was " IN A MEETING" about me. They once again, passed off to another team member and that seems to be their behavior. The car I purchased was not a Toyota, but it was at their dealership. I had read other reviews and there is a lack of customer service at this dealership.

This is the worst Pre-Owned Toyota Dealership I've ever experience. Please try any other Toyota Dealership. Yonatan Tadesse is the most childish and unprofessional salesman to conduct business with. I had to have someone else finish up the deal because he started a huge altercation with my family and the finance manager Adrian Gomez by lying saying that we don't like Adrian Gomez and that we said a lot of bad things about him. Adrian Gomez was the finance manager my family and I requested not to deal based on his poor internet reviews. My credit isn't all that hot either but still managed to get me a 10% interest rate and a $200 a month payment. We were paying in cash but we still had to wait several hours from the time of sale till we could drive away...I'm not sure what took the financing team so long to process a cash payment but it's what cost them the 5-star rating. The used car that we bought had some minor problems that the dealership has been willing to fix for us so far (leaking sunroof and loose weather-stripping near the doors).

I would never return to this place. I would rely on public transportation for my travel needs instead of begging for their service. Mr. Bostley always assures my vehicle receives prompt and thorough attention. Service was completed much earlier than when first estimated. His assistant, Mustafa, took several minutes to explain the current status of my vehicle and to alert me as to future service my car would need. Scheduled a pre-purchase inspection with Manny in service. I live in NC and wanted to Richardson Toyota to inspect a vehicle I was purchasing from a neighboring dealer. Prior to arranging a flight the selling dealer was kind enough to drop the vehicle off.
A pre-purchase inspection takes about 1 hour. The selling dealer was told the truck would be done by 7pm Friday. The inspection was NEVER completed and the selling dealer refused to wait any longer.
The truck was sold, not to me, the next day. I received a call from the service manager stating "it's completely our fault, I know it's too late, there's nothing I can do."
This is complete incompetence. I would NEVER use Richardson Toyota service.

I took my sienna to Toyota of Richardson for 15k maintanence and just to check the fluids etc.. They said there is a safety recall on the car. I left my car there and they gave me a loaner. My car was ready after about 20 days and when I went to get my car, there was a scratch on the side almost all the way from back to the front and my car was super dirty with bird poop and leaves all over. They sent my car to a body shop and gave me coupon for carwash. While I really did not like the way they returned my car to me which also caused lots of inconvenience, I still wanted to give two stars because they tried to fix their mistakes.

Terrible business practice. Buyer beware!!!!! I am currently in Oklahoma trying to purchase a vehicle from this fraudulent Dealer! I was told by sales person to put a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle I was trying to purchase. After reviewing the car fax and realized the vehicle was not as advertised and had more than 50 miles, the deal was not for me. After talking to Byron Posas today I came to the conclusion that this is just another mediocre dealership, after refusing to reimburse me my $500 I realized I would have to escalate things. I never signed or agreed on anything saying the the money would not be reimbursed. I will call Texas Motor Vehicle Comission and Gulf States TOYOTA.

Mr Mahmoud confirmed my appointment this morning, I confirmed I was coming in and to ensure we were moving forward with the sale, I mention the same "deal" and did not want to renegotiate! Long story short, They will not honor what we discussed when I came in Saturday morning. The General Manager Rey or Mark of the company told my representative Mr Mahmoud that it was just for Saturday! And they And I quote, "Are not losing deals" Originally they said they wanted to help me! Because I needed to think about it, they see it as my loss. I'm not worthy or worth the time!

Let me start off by saying ive NEVER had a good car buying experience until i bought my grand cherokee from toyota of richardson! Jeff our sales consultant was great at listening to everything we asked for and he stuck with us through the entire process. Not to mention when i first called about the car it was close to closing time but that didnt matter, he took the time to go pull up the car and send me a detailed video of it before i even set foot in the dealership. They were able to get my deal done that next day and i picked up my car that night, chad in finance was also a blast to work with! He made the signing quick and painless! From bottom to the top Richardson Toyota is #1. Just bought our 4th vehicle from them (Tundra), Cortez was our sales person and Nick one of the sales managers helped me also look at trucks. They showed me multiple trucks and didn't make it a high pressure sales situation. I mishap happened in the paper work and they went above and beyond to make it right! Ben Boyd called me and had resolution within a few hours.

Tracy Brown at Toyota of Richardson was very professional and courteous. He listened to my concerns and said he would explore every option to assist me. I went in with a specific expectation of what I wanted in a Toyota Tundra. After going through a couple options designed to fit the specific budget I had given him, he found a Tundra that exceeded my expectations and worked with his managers to make it work for me. Very positive experience and by far the nicest vehicle I have owned since my first new Toyota in 1993.

One of the worst ever. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and frankly speaking this is the worst dealership ever. I have bought 2 brand new cars from here in the past but now it seems like the dealership is going downhill. I was at the dealership for almost half a day after work. The salesman Waleed was very good. However, the finance managers need some training in Finance and manners. Glenn and Mo are two finance managers who don't seem to understand what the customers ask them. I kept asking them basic questions which they of course couldn't answer and get defensive and rude. For instance, what APR am I getting? What is the difference in monthly payments if I don't get the optional coverage? What was my credit score? Etc. They declined/neglected to respond to any of my legitimate questions which resulted in me not buying the car from them. Will I ever do business with them? Maybe, if they hire some professional finance managers who can uphold a conversation with customers who have some financial background. But for now I recommend my friends and family to stay away from them. I ended up buying a car from Mcdavid Honda and saved almost $100 in monthly payments and a better car than Camry, 2015 Honda Accord.

Great experience with sales rep Derrell Pinnock at Toyota of Richardson compared to other places I went during my car hunt for 2010 Prius with a trade-in. Derrell Pinnock went above and beyond to get the deal for the price I was looking for, the price did not work out for my budget the first day I went there but he persisted and got me the deal the next day.I had offered the same at other dealership but they did not work with my price.
I would strongly recommend Toyota of Richardson and Derrell Pinnock for your future car purchase.
