The WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Sales people are rude and cop an attitude when you ask questions.
We still bought a Toyota Camry, in spite of the rude way we were treated. We were in touch with Sam Mau, who apparently did not have enough time to meet us and Mandy (?) from his team took over after a ridiculously long wait time. We had to wait so long in spite of making an appointment to meet Sam Mau. We test drove a car which we were told later was not the one we came for (classic bait and switch) since that was sold last night (blah). Mandy or Megan from his team looked angry throughout the whole process of sale and it possibly hurt her to smile at new customers. Quite a few sarcastic comment which we gallantly ignored. Crap negotiation dramas.
Even when we went back to collect the car the next day, since it was not finished or something, we were handed a key with a baby bottle with milk in it. SERIOUSLY??!!! How old are you??!! The sales "kid" who handed it over was extremely immature and liked making fun of customers apparently. Fed up with this treatment, we asked to speak to his manager / supervisor. After repeated comments that why are you yelling at me etc from kiddo, we were led to a guy who was passing by, and he passed him off as his manager. Not sure what action this 'manager' is going to take to make things better for us.
Seriously worried about finding out if we have 'been taken for a ride' after reading the reviews (should have done that before going there).
Shudder to think what will happen when the car needs servicing or I need to use the warranty.
