We bought the car end of June. We were supposed to get tinted window and Front hood and door handle protector. We brought the car back and got the tinted window that first week (the side windows were done with gaps). They were supposed to order the front hood and door handle protector for us, but never got back to us. When we called multiple times, they said they're waiting for the order. Then finally, beginning of August, we called again, they said the person who ordered it left already, so no one is following up on the order. They had to place a new order. It is Aug. 9th now, and we still have not heard back. Also, don't expect them to know anything about the electric fuel vehicle rebate programs. They won't tell you anything, and even when you ask them to sign the forms (Sales Manager Mark A.), they just say they'll find out more about it and still won't sign the forms. I will update this post when I hear back more. Called again for the sales manager Mark A. He said we can bring the form and leave it to him to get the forms signed and will let us know on Monday, Aug 13th. It is Wed, we didn't hear back. When we called again to follow up, he said we need to fill out the forms ourselves. So we went back to the dealership and he said there's only one person in the entire dealership that can fill out the form, and she had already left for the day. So as I'm sitting at the dealership filling out the form. The form clearly says it needs to be filled out by "an authorized representative of the vehicle dealer." As per Mark A., I filled out the entire form except for where supposedly the controller need to sign and left the forms with him. He won't be in until noon tomorrow, so he'll have the controller sign the form and we can pick it up tomorrow Aug. 16th. It's Oct. 16th now, we finally got our hood protector a few weeks ago, but the door handle protector has yet to be ordered.

Just purchased a new RAV4 at Toyota of Richardson. My buying experience was the best I have had when purchasing a vehicle. I emailed an inquiry at 11 p.m. Thursday night asking for information on a RAV4. By 8 a.m. the next morning Travis Uriegas had already responded back with the information. I scheduled an appt. for test drive and he had everything ready for me on time. The financial department was great! They worked out a really great deal for me and were very prompt with the paperwork portion of the purchase. Can't say enough good things about the dealership! Will definitely recommend Travis Uriegas and Toyota of Richardson to all my friends and family.

Cocky sales guy in Toyota Richardson. I went to Toyata Plano the same day and bought car from them. I just told him I was looking and seeing what I wanted and this dude suddenly changes tone and talks condescendingly, basically telling me not to waste his time. On top of that, he starts trash talking about all other Toyota dealers. He basically made his dealership look terrible. Tracy don't do that. It's bad for business.

This dealership used to be a very great place to have a business with, and during the last 3 years our family have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership due to the fact that they always had a Great customer service and they were very friendly and helpful, but based on our last couple experiences, it seems that the customer service is moving to the completely wrong direction, and their service department is in total mess and chaos lately! The service advisors won t return the calls and even if the service desk sends the emails to the service advisors to call you back, you still won t get a call (happened today with Crystal Maldonado) the service advisors will sell a service (for example 4 wheel alignment )with the promise that it has a warranty on it, and after 7 months the service advisor Douglas Moran tells me there is absolutely no warranty on it, my son took his 2011 Toyota Rav 4 for the fully synthetic oil change today , and when he came back and checked the paperwork (we didn t check the paperwork to see what kind of oil they put in the dealership , because we always trusted this place for their quality service and honesty ) , he discovered that the dealership put the conventional oil instead of fully synthetic and charged us $61.32 for it! Really? and if you re showing such of dishonest customer service to your several years loyal customer , I can just imagine what would happened to my car s service, if I wasn t your regular customer. I m not giving a 1 Star for the only reason that this place used to be a very great, friendly and trustworthy place to do a business.

I was crunched for time and came in to get some warranty repairs. Scott got me in on time and finished up ahead of schedule. He didn t try to up sell or pressure me to do more than I asked for. It was a refreshing experience!

I just got a Tundra from Toyota Richardson yesterday. I can give enough praise on the team there I work with Ouss, Jake and Syed. Jake showed me Tacoma and Tundra then helped showed me all the trim packages. We sat down and listed out what I wanted, trim package, color and option. They did not have truck on the lot, but they found one super fast. Two days from the first time I contacted them I was sitting my dream car! Syed with financing was awesome and really fast, not the hour after hour of waiting. Jake was great from the start to finish and so was Ouss. If your look for a Toyota you would be foolish not to go here. Customer for life now!!!

This is the closest Toyota dealership to our home but after our experience at this place specifically with Morgan I would have gladly driven past three to get to this one. I'm already a weary buyer and had a lot of questions, she was extremely helpful and fulfilled all of my requests, if I'm not mistaken this was her second or third week on the job and we were both learning, 5 hours after w first met I was still uneasy about the price of the vehicle ultimately she worked out a price that would fit me and never lost her patience with this indecisive car buyer. If your looking for a dealership you can find them anywhere but associates such as Morgan are hard to find so go check her out!

I have bought a few vehicles over the years but Aaron Morgan, and Sean Russell made it seamless, I had totaled my 2018 Highlander and knew I wanted another Highlander they are great vehicles. He was upfront and honest and extremely helpful through the entire process, even when the car had a mechanical failure due to an extreme thunderstorm. He sent a tow-truck for us and let us use a car while it was in the shop. I couldn't imagine a better car-buying experience. If you're buying a car in DFW, go to Gary Lowe.

Went to the dealership looking for a used Carolla for $12,000 or less. After some haggling and test driving two cars, I walked out with a used 2015 Carolla, with all the bells and whistles (except power seats, oh well), for the exact price I wanted. After tax and title it was $13,189. And the vehicle still has between 15k-20k miles left on the power train warranty. Only previous owner was Enterprise Rental, so the car is in great condition. Fantastic deal.

Bought a great used vehicle here a couple of weeks ago. The sales experience was decent, the communication was mediocre. But the problem arose after they delivered the vehicle 4 days later. Between the time that I test drove the vehicle and the time they delivered it singing happened to the air intake and the vehicle died on us the first time we drove it to town... Long story short we took it to a local dealership as directed, once the bill came due we were stuck with 2/3 of it. One of their reasons for not paying the bill was that they had replaced three of the spark plugs then that the other three were the only ones necessary to be replaced. Because we all know it's okay to just replace a couple of spark plugs and not the whole set.... The vehicle I bought is good now but the service and run around that they've given me, as well as the extra $500 I have to pay to get a problem fixed that they caused has made this experience the worst car buying experience of my life.

I bought my car here. And recently had an issue that needed service. Bit of a complex issue and I wanted a ballpark figure so that I could get an idea of the costs. And i reiterate a ballpark figure, not an exact amount, obviously, because of additional unforeseen costs that could potentially arise. Well, I called this location multiple times attempting to speak to an advisor and one was never available. I asked for a call back. Never received one. I then called back and asked a manager call me, nobody ever got in touch with me. I then emailed them and yep, you guessed it, no response. I will say, the receptionist who answered my calls was courteous, but that s where it stopped. I will not be purchasing vehicles from this location again and will no longer come here for service.

I went in tonight just to look at and possibly test drive a 2014 Camry. Avery Bush approached us and showed us a Camry that we test drove. I wasn't crazy about the car and I wasn't going to buy it - which he knew. After the test drive, he took us in to search the inventory for a Camry with different features and came back with a car out of my price range - which he knew. When I said reiterated that I wasn't ready to buy and it was out of my price range, he then tried to tell me that they could make the payment comfortable for me. While that's great, THE CAR WAS OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE. He then just kept pressuring me into a car that I didn't want. I felt very uncomfortable. I'm not an idiot. I know what I want in a car and I know how it works. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I won't be returning here to purchase a car. Especially from Avery.

I dealt with Andrew Williams for the purchase of my new SUV. This was the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. There was no haggling, no games. Toyota of Richardson (all employees I dealt with) were straight up. They came in at the best price I could find anywhere. So I drove 280 miles to get to them, and I was in and out in 3 hours (they took the time to give it one last detail and polish before my road trip home). Funny thing, I drove past many Toyota dealerships on my 280 mile journey. Any one of them could have had my business first, but Andrew seemed to want it much more. Thanks Toyota of Richardson!

I would highly recommend Toyota of Richardson to anyone, especially those looking to buy their first car. While still in the process of selecting a compatible dealership, Martyn immediately stood out in the sea of calls because he was direct, sincere, friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly patient. He understood I was fresh out of college and adjusting to a new job, so I never felt an ounce of pressure or coercion. Martyn was very genuine and extremely knowledgable about not only my car (4Runner) but any given car in the lot. He kept me informed every step of the way didn't dance around the unpleasantries of purchasing a car that are vital for a first timer to know. No detail about my car was left unanswered and service was high-touch. Martyn went above and beyond even after the final handshake, taking the time to give me a tutorial on how to utilize all the cool features in the parking lot. The deal we arrived at was fair, reciprocated, and a painless negotiation. Every person I had the pleasure of meeting at Toyota of Richardson was welcoming and kind, even those in passing. Excellent people, service, and vehicles. My 4Runner drives like a dream and is exactly what I envisioned for my first car. Swing by and make sure you ask for Martyn, you will not regret it!

First time going to this dealership for an oil change. Gave the service rep a coupon from their dealership before he wrote up the order and he took the coupon and didn't mention any issues. When we went to pay after the service, they said that since it's a Lexus they won't honor the coupon and wanted to up-charge by about $45. It's very dishonest to say that they won't honor a coupon when they had it before writing up the work order. They finally agreed to honor the coupon after a long long discussion. We have never had such issues at the Toyota dealership in McKinney since Lexus and Toyota are the same company!! Also they charged a 3% fee for using credit card.

I came in as a walk-in yesterday morning needing my first complimentary oil-change . I was taken care of in a timely manner to have a shuttle take me to work in time. Approximately two hours out from the time I dropped off the car, I received a call from the service advisor saying everything turned out good . That evening I took the car home to have it inspected by my husband which is a former mechanic, it turns out NOTHING was touched. Oil was dirty , the cap underneath had no signs of anyone trying to get underneath it to work on it, air filter was also dirty and the maintenance needed soon alert was still coming on when turning on the vehicle. Overall this was a complete waste of time!
