If there was a choice for zero stars thats what i would give for my recent experience at toyota of orange!
I have been trying to strike up a deal with the salesman here at toyota for a while now and up until today my experience has been ok. I am a firm believer of getting a good deal and i felt like i got very close, but i got cold feet and walked away twice. I was even offered by the manager to reconsider this pass monday as i was leaving. I was within 10 dollars difference of the monthly payment i wanted but i wanted to see if i would get a call back this week just in case they wanted to give me what i wanted. They called back 4 times to see how my experience was and i said i would do it if the pymnt was lowered by 9 bux i belive it was exactly. They said management could not do it. I was dissappointed but i said u know what...i will do it anway. I was really excited i told my salesman i was gonna go in tonight he said ok. All of the sudden i get a call saying the manager will not honor what i was offered! What a waste of time and effort on both sides! I have been buying and reccomending from toyota for over 20 years. I will never deal with them again and never reccomend them again. It seemed like this was done on purpose just because i walked away from a deal that i wanted to think over and that is ridiculous!

Went in just to test drive some cars since my lease is up in March of next year... walked out with the most beautiful car I've ever had and recieved such wonderful customer service from a couple wonderful men. Mac, Rodger and Patrick. Thank you all so much for getting me such an awesome deal and amazing car.

This is by far the worst when it comes to buying a car and having a worst experience. I am no pushover and although I am a woman, you need to take them seriously you tell them how much they are going to spend, etc. I was negotiating on a vehicle and the Sales Manager blew me off, until I got up and walked out, then he came running discounting the vehicle. Too little too late in my book. I felt sorry for the salesman because he really was wonderful but your sales manager was the loser. I'm not the only one who feels this way. There are hundreds of more dissatisfied customers saying the same thing. Drove to Toyota Huntington Beach and bought a new car that same day. Shows you what happens when you don't take a woman seriously. Love my car and I would never go back to Toyota of Orange for anything!!

Deal breaker; will not return. I originally bought my SUV here & was satisfied with the sale. Problem is their service, everything takes double the time; two hours for a tire alignment. My mechanic would have done it in an hour $40 dollars less. My other two visits were long but not as long as this one. Staff is friendly & nice but the long wait is a killer.

Just wasting time on Thursday ,one of the slow day for this branch , almost 2 hours and half for jump start ck i have no idea if it's taking longer time than monthly service check , all staff are chilling here and they don't care about customer service . AAA just check my battery in 2 mins i don't know what these guy doing with battery maybe open it and go through the atoms !!!

If you are like me, you dread going to a dealership to buy a car. I prefer to do the work online prior to arriving to eliminate the back and forth as well as the waiting. I managed to be connected with Dante Winters from the internet department. I had used True Car to see what going prices were at other dealers. Even though Toyota of Orange was not listed, I figured I would give them a try. Sure enough, Dante was able to beat the price the true car dealers had given me. I completed an online application from home and sent scanned copies of necessary documents for the incentives I qualified for. We set up a time to take a test drive and sign papers. I arrived at 4:30pm. I can see why he earned sales awards. He is very efficient and doesn't require a middle man to make a deal happen. By 5pm, we wrapped up, and I headed to the financing department to do the DMV paperwork. I ended up with Hector Calderon. Hector was also very efficient and super friendly! I can honestly say I had a great time signing papers. These two gentlemen were approachable, honest and treated me with respect.

If you are interested in purchasing a Toyota, choose Orange AND choose these two for assistance. Avoid the run around!

Service, outstanding as usual. The service manager even remembered me whom I haven't seen in 9 months. The salesman who sold my Tacoma to me (2009) came out to greet me while I was checking out the new cars, he too remembered my name. Talk about feeling like a VIP! You guys should give classes on customer service to ALL of Orange County! Great job to all of you! Technicians are batting a 1000 when it comes to maintaining my truck. If you want peace of mind of having things done right when it comes to your vehicle's maintenance, go to these guys!!!

Avoid this guy tony Bonilla. I bought a car and ordered some rims. Was told it would only be a week. After calling and checking in for about a month, I decided to cancel the rims. Every time I d call tony, he would yeah yeah I ll handle it! And just didn t do anything. More than a month passes by and nothing was done. I called Peter Nguyen and THAT dude got it done in minutes. Otherwise I d give this place 1 star. Either way, I won t be coming back here. One salesman pawned me off onto another and that guy ended up being useless.

Been coming here for almost 3 years and The wait t...

Been coming here for almost 3 years and The wait times have degraded continuously for a simple oil/filter change. Today, 2/19/2018, I m within 10 min of hitting a major low - 4 hours. I came in 1.5 hours (9am) early for my appointment and I told The advisor about it and he said no problem. I did not come today expecting a drastic change in wait times but this is ridiculous. I m sorry but I myself believes in the saying that the early bird gets the worm or in this case a small portion of it as I have lowered my standards with this dealership service team. I hope they did not forget to run my car through the car wash (they did last time) BTW, I rate 2 stars but it will go down to zero stars if I start getting spam emails on my gmail account where I did this review.

I am writing this review for my 2014 Prius#3 purch...

I am writing this review for my 2014 Prius#3 purchase experience.
I did not end up buying it from this dealer even they actually offered slightly better price than where I purchased my Prius( a couple hundred ). Part of the reason was the threatening tactic the finance manager used on us. Before this guy came, I was negotiating the price with the internet sales director Dante, who was very patient, professional and straightforward, then this finance manger (i think) came in and started bashing on how low their price is and told me if I don't buy that night, they would not give me the price again if I leave the dealer. I asked if I don't get the car that night, can I work on another deal on another car if I decide to come back later. This guy just shouted out in the office asking another guy this so-called "policy" -- "if the customer does not take the deal, no deals will be made to the same customer even it is a different model, we won't sell any car to the customer" He just turned around and walked away without saying anything. Honestly, I left the dealer feeling I was harassed by this finance manager, too bad I didn't get his name, otherwise I would put it here so anyone reading this could be aware of him.

If I would ever come back to this dealer, it would only be for Dante's excellent customer service. From the beginning to the end of my communication with him, Dante had been direct and polite, telling me all the facts without pushing me to purchase it on the spot. Even when I was walking out of the dealer, he went outside to the parking lot and reminded me to make sure the other dealer was not hiding anything from me (yes, they actually did).

So, if you really want to buy from this dealer, just work with Dante' Winters from the internet sales department.

I've been here twice, once as a customer and once to seek employment.

When I walked in to apply today, the guy told me off because I had no car sales experience. I have a strong sales backround with consumer electronics, membership subcriptions and solar but I hate knocking door to door. no training offered and they only hire the best for their #2 in the nation so basically go learn somewhere else then come back.

When I was shopping, the guy didn't want to talk to me until he ran my credit before I even got a chance to see the cars. I walked. treat me right, there's dozens of dealers in Orange County to choose from.

I bought a 2014 Honda Accord primarily for phoenominal customer service and it's a beautiful car with reliability.

yea not even 3 stars and when I googled toyota dealers these guys aren't even top 100 in CA. To the manager who told me off today, I wish I actually put in effort to remember your name but I hope you're reading this. I'm already one of your "top reps" because I know how to open doors for customers for starters

From start to finish I was well taken care of. Car shopping has gained a reputation of being the most dreaded thing to do, but eventually we all have to do it. But here at Toyota of Orange I did not experience that feeling. I went to 5 other dealership to find my truck. Price was important but if I was not going to be respected as a customer then I won't make a deal - no price would be able to get me to buy from rude pushy and shady salesmen like the people at Elmore toyota. Toyota of Orange really made me feel like I was friend they were trying to take care of. I love my truck, but what really made me love my truck was that I didnt have to go thru the ringer to buy it. Thanks Pete for being my sale person and working out a great deal on my truck and thank you Patrick in financing for getting me out and into my beautiful truck in a swift manner. I will be back to buy a new truck for my dad after graduation!

My appointment was at 8 and I arrived at 730 the service didnt finish till 9 i appreciate the quick service but the only thing that 8concerned me that my car wasnt washed wen i asked at first if they will wash my car and they said yes so I asked if they can wash it for me and I didnt mind the wait but so far the customer service was great from David devilla

I'm convinced they were just doing a bait and switch with the price.

We came in to look at a used car we saw online with a substantial price drop. Turns out they absolutely refused to make a deal without tacking on a service plan and gap insurance that brought the price right back up to within a few hundred of the original price. No haggle, no asking for more down. We even offered more down, but the finance manager turned his nose up when I suggested it.

Worst experience ever in the service department, they cannot be trusted, they do not keep their word, brought my 2015 Toyota Sienna in for a factory recall regarding the sliding doors which could potentially open due to a electrical defect, and also for floor railing plastic covers coming off,

after 3 days of the vehicle being in their possession they called me to say it was ready, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed a pile of cables on the floor and a black box which was my $700 Rockledge alarm which had been uninstalled without my approval. After asking to speak to the manager Dave they had me wait at least another 25 minutes until he finally had "time" to speak to me, which really exacerbated the situation. received no apologies whatsoever instead was given a lemon air freshener to shut up.

The manager Dave assumed i spoke Spanish addressing me only in spanish based on my dark complexion.

to make matters worse the service advisor Michael said they would work on my van right away and it would be ready in an hour, this was at 10:45 AM, received a call at 3:09pm saying my van was ready but they had to order additional parts, even though the previous advisor Jesus corona said all parts were in stock.

I will make sure this review gets published with the Orange county register, motor trend magazines, and every outlet possible.

I gave them an opportunity to remedy the problem, instead they gave me a run around and began pointing fingers.

Shawn Cutts is literally the heart of Toyota of Orange. I am not just using that as a figure of speech. Every artery of the business seems to run through his office.He is an extremely busy person, yet he has always been there for us as customers. He is never too busy to talk to us and to make sure that we are doing well. There is no mystery as to why his customer service goes beyond excellence: Shawn cares about people. The way he cares about people can t be faked. Shawn is the real deal.

My parents are longtime customers. When our car radio needed to be replaced, my mother wanted a radio with a cassette player because she still listens to tapes. Shawn couldn t find a modern car radio with a tape player, so he spent his own money and bought a tape player that she could connect to the radio. He spent his own money to make a longtime customer happy. Shawn did this with no thought that anyone outside of our family would know about his kind act. Shawn goes above and beyond for his customers because he is a good person that cares about people. Shawn is a credit to the Toyota of Orange family and to humanity in general.

There s no doubt that the owners of Toyota of Orange care about their customers because they have placed Shawn Cutts as Fixed Operations Director.

Kevin was very professional. He made me feel comfortable and helped me in every step. He was able to find my dream truck and took his time explaining the fact process. Hector was equally helpful and didnt let me leave without me understanding what exactly i was signing. Other than getting a free car Hector was able to help explain my payments and what i was signing. I was fearful going in because i didnt want to make a haste decision and get ripped off. Im 100% confident in my dream purchase and i have Kevin and Hector to thank for that. I've been to several dealerships and this one was by far the best from the moment i parked my trade in to driving off in my new truck.

Customer loyalty is treasured here!

I have been a loyal customer to Toyota of Orange because of the superb service department. I take all my maintenance and repair needs there. When my hybrid drive control computer died last week, it was out of warranty by a 1000+ miles but the dealership made an immediate case to Toyota to replace it under warranty - saving me $2000+

I could go on about how they keep you informed, attention to detail, teamwork within and among departments, etc - but the best thing is to see for yourself.

Aaron in the service department was great to work ...

Aaron in the service department was great to work with. We had a forgotten gallon of milk in the back of our one year old minivan and it turned rancid and basically, exploded - you can imagine what the smell was like.
The turnaround time to replace the carpet, clean the car and ventilation system was less than 72 hours and the odor is gone, which I thought would be an impossible task.

Great customer service and not pushy. We went in over a month ago to look at a 2019 4Runner and we needed a couple more weeks until we could actually purchase the car. Willy was able to assist to our every need and only reached out about 3 times within that month. The entire process was about 3 hours and we were out of the dealership with a new car! Couldn t be happier with our first experience at a dealership. Highly recommended.

First I have bought new cars 4 times in my life but this last time was the worst EXPERIENCE at Toyota of Orange ..they are all lies since you walk in the lot is all about lies made my long story short I was looking for brand new Sienna SE I have lost my house couple years before and my credit when bad so I knew that a wont be easy to FINANCING a brand new car specialy over 40,000 car so when my wife and I walk in to the lot I ask for some body they speak spanish for better comunication so here comes this joke of sales!!! EL CUBANO (MANAGER OF USE CARS SALES ) NOTE: everyone in there are manager when you ask them for they title everyone are manager or in charge ok* ...so I talk to this clown and i explaind him everything about my credit and my down payment so he can give me my options after of 1HOUR of looking in to they SO BAD ORGANIZE CAR LOT !!!!AND I SAID THIS BECAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE AT THE CARS AT OR THEY MODELS ?? THAT WAS SO RIDICULOUS !!!!! OK FINALLY WE FOUND THE SIENNA I WAS LOOKING FOR A TOOK THEM 30 MINUTES TO GET THAT VAN OUT OF THEY PARKING LOT SO FOR ME TO TEST AND DRIVE THAT VAN TOOK 1:30 !!!!! He is the most professional and respectful individual I've ever met and will not only treat you like family, but will make you FEEL like family too. Called for Service and was given a different price over the phone then they tell me I have no F*king oil on the Brakes and they dont have the courtesy to put a little that would cost .10 Cents for them but they rather risk my life I defenitely would NOT recommend this place. Jiffy lube is Only $17 and they will top all the recommended fluids on your car. But this is what I get for bringing my Toyota to a Toyota Dealer. Bad Service.

He is always very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.It has always been an absolute pleasure to do business with him. I just got my 6th car from him. I now consider him as a good friend. I just asked about a second key ( origenal one ) witch should i receive it when i purchase my preowned certified toyota camy 2016 , but they say sorry the perivous costomer he did not bring it back to us . So they give me a copy and 1 original one , that is the only thing make me un happy . Eavryone know how much that cost if i need to order another copy .

I like that they have a cofee machine and snacks for you to eat for free while you wait. They also have free water. They have the tv on and you dont have to wait too long. Everyone is very nice there. They wash the car nicely. They also have a shuttle that will take you home if you need it. They also have vending machines. The bathroom is nice as well.

I took my 2019 4Runner in due to rodent damage. Patrick, a service consultant, was able to accommodate my busy work schedule. He was very communicative during the entire process. My Runner ended up needing a full engine harness. Patrick went through negotiations with insurance and got it all ironed out. While there the dealer completed my needed services. I went though and saw that all the engine cover hardware was in place. Some people have had issues with this at other dealers.

Overall I'm very happy with the work completed on my vehicle. I would have Toyota of Range service it again.
