It was okay at first, met with the supervisor he explained what company is and he did help me with my resume. Gave me new temp, so from there that was some good help i got. I went to the first meeting then 2nd at resume work shop. When i emailed resume to the lady after i went so she can check it & the sup too. Nobody answered me in like 2 week or more. Then just got an invite to the work shop. Which i didn't need because i felt my resume was good and wanted to start the job search process by them giving recommendations. But it was slower than i thought. I didn't want to waste my money coming all the way in city just to sit though resume class when i wanted to start job process. So jvs didn't help me find a job, & i didn't need them either. Because i just got a job on my Own. But the Sup did give me a better resume temp and one lady just told me in my experience part of resume to make it past tense and explain little more in what i did. That was all the help i got

These people put me in the box of "poor minority" and didn't take any of my words seriously. They figured that I'm from where I'm from, look the way that I look, so "these" things must be true too. They talked down to me, and made it very clear that my health didn't matter because of the things true about me. There's so much more I can say, but they wasted enough of my time.
