Excellent experience. Awesome selection of vehicles. I was in and out in about two hours with a fair deal on a certified pre-owned 4Runner. If you have the option look at vehicles and test ride with Gersain; he s great. Rami in Finance was quick, upfront, and not pushy at all. Lastly, I was given a fair price for my trade-in, which was great as well. Thanks a bunch team.

Typical dealer, but most service is overpriced! Buying a new car, you have to come prepared to know what you're willing to pay! For the best price, I start at Longo Toyota for comparison. I saved 6k under their original price by just doing this!

I had the best car-buying experience I have ever had. After searching for just the right car and speaking with several different dealerships and sales representatives, HB Toyota was head and shoulders above all the rest. RJ took so much time over the phone with me listening to exactly what I wanted. When I got to the dealership, I didn't care for the CPO used vehicle I had been looking at, but RJ was so patient and found several alternatives for me. With the help of Kam, we found just the right car and I ended up in a new car for basically the same payment !! Both RJ and Kam were totally committed, honest,, and LISTENED to what I wanted. When I got into financing to sign the paperwork, Rami was just as informative. He patiently answered every question and explained the benefits of each one. He LISTENED to my needs and only recommended things that would benefit my personal situation. No high pressure at all. I truly enjoyed what is usually a frustrating and exhausting experience. Even though HB Toyota is a bit of a drive for me, I will be using their dealership for everything!

Toyota of HB always treats me right. Ask for John Keller - he is amazing. Never had a problem with a vehicle serviced there, and I have owned 6 Toyotas and currently own 3. John will take good care of you and make sure your vehicle is serviced properly.

These guys go above and beyond. The sales guy didn't pressure me, he listened to what I really wanted, and didn't take any offense when I wanted to check out other makes and come back.

Their service department is so together. Steve always cares and finds me the best deals I didn't know about. Their waiting area is so nice, sometimes I schedule a service when I need to get away and do some work. I bring my laptop and hang out in their comfy lounge and get things done.

Considering my past car buying experiences at another dealerships, I was hesitant in writing this review. However, I can now say with full confidence that this experience was the BEST. Many thanks to Pedro, Turbo and Rami for their diligence in putting me and my wife at ease and making things work for the best of our interests. MY ORIGINAL TIRES!!!!!

and put bald tires on. I will give advice to take pictures of all your tires when you buy a new car because the tires have a SERIAL number and then if you feel that your tires are bald too quickly then you can see the photo and compare the serial number.

THIS dealer likes to deceive his customers you do not even imagine because you do not have experience with spare parts that are in your car and it's useful and profitable for them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I've been working with these guys for my vehicle f...

I've been working with these guys for my vehicle for about 6 months, finally got everything resolved. I have criticism to share, which I would have wanted to be aware of as a customer. Hope Toyota can work to resolve these issues as well, so no future customer has to deal with what I did.

Background:
I had a paint issue for my car. Toyota issued the recall. I go into their shop, they powerwash my vehicle to find extent of damage, indicate Toyota will be able to take care of my repair, but currently no body shops are available. They send me on my merry way until a shop will have time to service my car. Excuse me, what? I'm just driving around in this eyesore, and for an undisclosed amount of time? Please do a quick image search of 'toyota paint peeling recall' to get a feel for what I was working with.

Delays in Service:
Pandemic happened, which contributed to delays. With that in mind, how much time do you think would be have been reasonable for Toyota to take in and service my car? I waited from February 2020 to July 2020 for Toyota to perform the repair. FIVE MONTHS of waiting. Was such an embarrassment to drive in for the entire time.

Pulling teeth to get a response:
For that issue, I had reached out for updates multiple times by both email and voicemail to the member of the service team in charge of my case, kept getting no response. Finally decided in May that I'd kick and scream to get some service, which worked.

Misleading me when providing service updates:
Initially in Feb, I was told Toyota would take me in, and to wait until Toyota HB reaches out with body shop information. After kicking & screaming in May, I was informed that Toyota still hadn't approved my claim, and to please come in for additional pictures for their evaluation. Does that mean I was waiting for no reason? Just dropped the ball in my case? Don't know. Obviously not a fun experienced for me to go in for follow-up, and hope that Toyota would still approve me.

Jerked out around Rental Car compensation: I got documentation indicating the car would be out for repair for approx 21 days, and verbal confirmation that toyota would cover a longer rental than that if needed. I get a call at Fri 4:38pm (11 days in) that repair's done, and I return the following Monday (14 days in). As you might have guessed, this team indicated they'd stop paying for the rental on Sat, implying that I'd be footing some of the bill on my own.

Weak customer service:
Had to pull teeth to find out extent of what was actually done with my car. ie, what was done regarding the spots of my car that had been rusting due to the peeled paint? What was done to my car? Service rep wasn't even going to interact with me until I pushed for answers. When we did speak, service rep was very disinterested and wouldn't answer the full extent of my questions. Fine, you either don't know or you don't want to share, and either way this is not going to be a meaningful interaction. Point taken.

Branch Disorganization:
Cashier indicating to me that I owe $180 when I owed nothing. Blaming the service team which handled my case on this, rather than cashier. Got the pit in my throat once I heard the amount. They resolved pretty quickly, but if I still had any confidence in the branch at this point, it would have dropped to 0. I actually thought they were charging me for the rental issue above at first, but this was yet another mis-managed bill.

Also minor annoyance, two cases where while waiting in service line, the person behind me was helped first. Is this the price I pay for patiently waiting instead of waving/staring down occupied employees until I get help? I can certainly do that instead...

Eh... I could keep going. Quality of repairs tends to be 'okay'. Drop-off drivers, cashier, donuts are cool. For the rest though... just please be aware with what you'll be working with before you get involved with Toyota of HB.

First of all I will admit HB Toyota was not my first choice, I went to Elmore Toyota and well I didn t buy a car there and glad I didn t! Compared to how I was received at HB Toyota was extremely noticeable. Love the great customer service at HB Toyota as soon as I approached the building I was greeted and asked how they can assist me, I actually had an appointment with Matt V which I had been communicating through text and email. He showed me the RAV4 hybrid I was interested in, went got a test drive and from there I was in love, he walked me to the financing department and introduce me to Jim (jk-Lol) Tim was great went over every finance detail explained what was offered and what I could use to insure my beautiful RAV4 hybrid. Overall, extremely satisfied with the above and beyond customer service I received. I would happily recommend the Toyota dealership in Huntington Beach .

I will never go to another dealership to get my car serviced.
The service provided by Mike/Omar and the crew is amazing. 15/10. They go above and beyond every single time i visit. I don't feel like i am being upsold on anything and the overall vibe at toyota of HB is so family oriented. I've recommended every single person i know that owns a toyota to go here.
It's a no brainer, the team is so knowledgeable, helpful and easy going.

Toyota of HB, is the place to be!!!!

This was my first time bringing in my car for service at the HB Toyota location. I had a wonderful first time experience and would definitely come back for any service needed next time. I got checked in promptly and didn't have to wait at all. Steve Gabrion was my advisor. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was happy to work with him in getting my car fixed. I was very satisfied with the end result. My car was fixed and wasn't make the annoying sound that I've have been experiencing the past two months. Thank you HB Toyota and Steve for your wonderful service.

I went into Toyota of HB with the sole purpose of buying a new car. It was only the second new car I had ever purchased in my life. I looked at the models and decided I wanted a RAV4. I told the salesman that is what I had decided on and gave me all of the extras I wanted (leather seats, sun roof, floor and rear mats, keyless, protective coating, and extensive warranty). The only thing I didn t ask for - just took it for granted it would be there - was a disc player. This car drives perfectly. It has great pick-up and is so quiet I can t tell it isn t turned off sometimes. Love my RAV4. And something I didn t mention is I didn t even test drive a RAV4. I had checked with my two mechanics and asked if I should buy a Honda or Toyota and they both said Toyota. That is why I went in knowing that was what I was going to buy. Model didn t matter.

My salesman, Daniel, was very nice. He put me in touch with Elio Chemaly, who did a great job of representing my wishes to the General Manager. Then, Todd Eyster was great and efficient taking care of the final paperwork. The only thing that took a while was getting in to do the final paperwork as the place was very busy selling lots of cars; not a bad thing. They had coffee and water available to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Got my car serviced a couple of weeks ago at this Toyota dealership, I needed new brakes as well. When I went in Savannah helped me get the process started and she was great! I was able to get very fast service with no hassle. I did call in and schedule an appointment beforehand, I spoke to Nancy and she was very helpful she was able to get me in right away. Very professional customer service. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience with them, will definitely be back for service here again.

Last Sunday we were just looking...I need it a car...

Last Sunday we were just looking...I need it a car but I was willing to wait and find the right one....going in the dealership Brad came to greed us..friendly but not aggresive salesman,
my fiancee asked him several questions and he answered honestly, even when he didn't know for sure he would say I will check it for you...I test drive..
Well..he got my trust and we bought the car the same day...
Brad was very accommodating and helpful..

I have been taken my 2002 Highlander to be service...

I have been taken my 2002 Highlander to be serviced at Toyota of Huntington Beach since it was new. Each time, I have had excellent service from Richard Rivera (no relation). I trust him implicitly. Not only is my service superb, but it is also prompt. The only "complaint" that I have is that it's too noisy in the waiting lounge with TV and music competing with each other, causing a distraction. Some of us like to do our work, read, etc. Sometimes no one is watching the TV, too intent on their cellphones. One or the other would be fine. On a positive note: the coffee service has improved. How about some non-sugary donuts?

I knew what car I wanted, made several visits to the store to get the price I wanted. I was finally satisfied with the price & they didn't have my color car on the lot and "couldn't do a trade with another dealer because they were losing money on the car". BS, you are a business, you don't lose money on a car. So I settled for another color. Then, during financing (I was leasing), the finance guy wanted me to pay $31/month for gap insurance - I pay about double that to insure the whole car. Gap insurance is $5/month from my agent, a dealership probably gets it for $2-3/month. HB Toyota, your greed caused you to lose a sale & I won't be coming back, even though you are the most convenient location to my house. Oh, and I bought the exact vehicle I wanted from a dealership in CM for less money. So much for you losing money on that car!

I received a letter stating: "there's a recall on my passenger airbag replace. The time I got there was at 10:30am and everyone was so customer friendly. I think the guy that helped me, his name was Todd (I don't recall) he told me around 1:30pm it would be done.
I was greatly surprised when he told me a shuttle would take me home and pick me up when the car was ready.
He was right on point with the car being done. The cashier was very pleasant as well. She kept her calm while she was helping me as an upset customer was becoming off the hinges!

I can't say enough about this company. If there were 10 stars that's what I would put. Excellent staff, Rowland and Scott were outstanding in helping me to get my youngest son Noah into the car he really wanted. They weren't pushy at all. And the gentleman who wrote the purchase up was of very high standards ( retired policeman ) sorry I forgot his name. He explain every little detail and then some. Above and beyond any experience I've ever had at a dealership. Trustworthy, kind, caring, and a great ear for listening to what you are looking for. Thank you all at Toyota of Huntington Beach, CA. I had just gone through a nightmare of an experience with AutoNation Toyota when I was referred to Bruce at Toyota of Huntington. Because of how much time the other dealership had wasted, I needed to find a 4 Runner ASAP. Not only was I able to find the car I wanted right away, but Bruce was absolutely amazing. He was fast, extremely knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy to do business with. After 2 months of getting the run around , and dealing with a bunch of people that didn t know how to do their job, I had a bad taste in my mouth, but Bruce was able to not only help me get my car, but change my attitude as well! I will be purchasing any Toyota that I plan on buying in the future from him and I plan on referring everyone I know, as well.

I thought I had a problem with my disc brakes, they were making a scraping noise. I dropped off the car and waited in the customer lounge (huge comfortable waiting areas with a coffee machine that makes all kinds of coffee drinks) until there was a diagnosis. The service adviser Tony found me an hour later to indicate there was no charge. The noise went away after the tech inspected the brakes. A less honest shop would have at least replaced the front pads and turned the rotors for around $300. This was a refreshing experience and a first class organization. You know I will be back with both of my Toyotas.

I just spent about 2 weeks looking for a used car and the experience is typically not a pleasure. In the case of Toyota of Huntington Beach it was actually a great experience. Juan Madrigal just took care of me during the process. The first time I came in they did not have the car I wanted. Juan told me to just wait until Friday morning (3 days later) and he expected the car I wanted would come in. Well, I went home and continued to scour the classifieds (about 5 of them) and found the car I wanted Thursday and it was at Toyota of Huntington Beach. I called Juan and told him to hold the car for me until the next day. He promised and the next day I went in and bought the car for about $1000 less than advertised, so I added the leather seats that I thought was out of the question originally. I left with the car and didn't think having a license plate would be an issue. I work part time performing deliveries and my employer told me that I couldn't work without identifying plates on the car. Well, I was distraught because I was told it could take up to 12 weeks for the plates to come in the mail. I called Juan and he did not think there was anything that could be done. Two days later the dealership called me and told me that I could pick up my plates that day. WOW!!!!!!!!! I was so happy. That literally could have cost me over $5000 in lost wages and Juan's team saved me. Thank you sooooo much for going above and beyond the call of duty. I will be sending referrals and coming back to buy my next cars in the future.
