I recently brought a car with supermini via part exhange. Which was a 2hr journey there and back but 4hrs well spent as I had pre arranged to see the car on the day and then pick up the week after the owners made the experience as quick and hassle free as they possibly could and I can safely say that my experience was nothing short of amazing due to the outstanding efforts put in by the owners, they were more than helpful and cannot be faulted in anyway at all. The mini that caught my eye was fabulous, but it was the friendly, attentive nature of Mat and Steph - as well as all the five star reviews - that made me think even a four hundred mile round trip to view the car would be worthwhile. You hear all sorts of stories about people being treated with indifference at main dealers - just another 'sales mission' at best, each car a unit shifted. It was obvious from the get-go that things were different at Supermini. Mat and Steph love their cars, and they like dealing with people too. My email queries always got prompt replies every time, and when I called up they made me feel as if they had all the time in the world to talk things over. When I eventually arrived a few days later, the red coupe was ready and waiting; utterly gleaming; a testament to their hard work.
After I had phoned with a query on the six(!) hour journey home, imagine my surprise to find an email enquiring as to whether I had got home safely. Extraordinary service!
Great experience would highly recommend. I ve found car sales to be fairly awkward in the past or quite pushy but this was totally different. It felt really casual and genuine. I felt totally at ease and had loads of help choosing the right car. Couldn t be happier will definitely return.

I can't fault Supermini, great customer service from a family run company. Excellent communication and servicing. They gave the car a full manufacturers spec service before they hand delivered the car to my house. They even replaced the number plate as it had a very small crack on it. Would definitely recommend them.

We choose to make the 6 hour round trip to SuperMiniUK rather than take the offer to deliver to us only because I m a super cautious buyer and wanted to visit the premises myself, ! How wrong could I have been ! Supermini was in constant contact with me by text prior to visiting, recommending somewhere to stop on the way, no pushy sales talk, they genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase with no pressure. After test driving and handing over my P/X supermini was super efficient dealing with the purchase sorting car tax and plate retention all for me before we left - stress free enjoyable purchase! It was lovely to meet all the family, they re more like personal shoppers than car sales, would 100% recommend using them for your next purchase.

To start with .... I'm quite a fussy customer .... when it comes to a certain "spec" it really has to be the best of the best or it's just not for me! I absolutely cannot fault this "SuperMiniUK" (quite literally) Family run business! Nothing was too much to ask for ..... they made me feel valued, completely at ease and they were amazing when it came to their customer service! I'm beyond thrilled with my JCW Mini Coupe! I would think nothing of recommending them to any Mini enthusiast! They went above and beyond to meet my every whim! From customising the interior trim, to re-doing the exterior iconic vinyl "Mini stripes" (as they were not quite to their high standard). Not to mention then driving over 800 miles to deliver me my dream motor (which, had I not liked, they'd have driven all the way back, no questions asked!). I was kept up to date with phone calls, pictures & banter! As a small company, their high quality work ethic and attention to detail was faultless! They put their heart & soul into what they do. I didn't think these kind of values still existed in this day & age...... apparently here, they do!
