I have worked with Jesse Foppiano on multiple occasions to rent my apartment in White Plains, NY. Him and the entire ERA Insite Realty team consistently go above and beyond to assist their client and make the renting and buying experience as seamless and easy as possible. I work weird hours and Jesse frequently let people in to the apartment when I was not able to and even used his own money to help me stage the apartment without me even realizing he used his own money. I had such a great experience with ERA Insite Realty that I chose to rent another apartment of mine and buy my house through them and every time, I have worked with a team that really cares about the costumer and goes above and beyond to make the home buying and renting experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Their staff is caring, professional, responsive and honest which lends itself to a helpful and rewarding experience. I will never use another company than ERA INSITE REALTY for my real estate needs.

We are first time buyers and we had a wonderful experience with Gabriela. She was very patient with us helped us through what was a long process.

I would highly recommend her especially if you are looking for someone knowledgeable, attentive and highly efficient.

From the moment my family and I reached out to Mike from across the country to find an apartment on short notice, Mike was incredibly helpful and relentless in making sure we had plenty of options to choose from. He found great properties that had all the amenities my girlfriend and I were looking for, and we chose a beautiful place to call home for the next chapter of our lives. When we first began the Westchester County apartment hunt, we were a bit intimidated --- thankfully, we had Mike alongside us to make the process incredibly pleasant and efficient. I saw an apt on Richbell Rd in Larchmont around September which I offered to take and they promised to provide. I inquird repeatedly and heard nothing from Kim or the office as to the status.
December 27 th I called and was told there was an electrical violation on the unit but that I should look at 814C. I did go to the apt and there was an envelope on the door with my name on it. Inside the envelope was a statement for rent. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH.
I paid 1rent, 1security,1brokers fee, signed a lease at ERA no copy given to me.
Received no lease, was overcharged for time where I had not even seen the apt and OVERCHARGED for rent not due.
I refused to pay, got no response from Samson mgmt and finally received an ALTERED LEASE 109 days later with changes they made UNILATERALLY after I signed it.
LITIGATION, BAD FAITH, DISHONEST, SCAM CENTRAL!

We worked with ERA to buy our first home in Westchester. We couldn t have had a better experience. Our agent was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and we, not really knowing the area, never felt pressured or rushed. We saw many houses and asked many questions, and always felt taken care of in the very stressful process of buying a home! We recommend ERA to everyone we tells us they are looking to buy in Westchester.

Cynthia Leite and Bonnie Felt were fantastic in finding a great apartment for my son. They helped us every step of the way (paperwork, utilities, keys, etc.). I would highly recommend their services.

We first worked with ERA during our relocation to NY from out of state and were referred through our employer (it was a corporate relocation for a Fortune 100 company). Debra was incredibly patient and responsive and helped us navigate negotiating several specific aspects of the lease agreement for the 4BR home we were looking to rent in Westchester County.



In addition to Debra, we've met Lou and several members of the ERA team and we have only positive experiences to share. Really rare in an industry that is often transactional to find a company that still leads with relationships and being human!

Terrible service. They lost my deposit checks & I Was told to do a Stop payment with the bank & I would get reimbursed for any chargers. PS never got the funds back to this day from May 2018. I call, left messages & mail with details..still zero. Don t use this company ever.

Oh my goodness what an amazing service I received here! Kimberly was my realtor and she made the process so easy and stress free. She follow up, transparent, and simply a fresh if breath air. I received call from them offering me assistance with my move, cable services and whatever else I needed and it was done it in a timely manner. I appreciate and sincerely thank Kimberly for being her. I will definitely without a doubt use Kimberly and that agency for future home buying and I recommend them to anyone. So please don't make your home search more difficulty go to ERA Insite and they will make your experience go smoother.
