Toyota of Orange Review

Worst customer service ever. Sumbited request online to get a quote and got an email from Luis "the Manager" saying he can not give me a quote because I have already asked for a quote prevoiusly. Apparently you can't requested more than one quote. Also in the email he stated he can't give me another quote because he thinks I am another dealer trying to find out there prices. Maybe this is why they are not #1 and are #2 because they think their potential customers are other dealers.

On September 13th, I stopped by the Toyota of Orange hoping that they could perform a miracle. I walked in then communicated my situation to Steve Lewis (Sales Associated) initially he said there is nothing that we can do for you. Steve really want to assistance me, so he reached out to his Manager Bill Dinnie. After a conversation with Bill, he tipped me on my back and said we'll take off you (Chills). I can honestly say that he is a man of his word. They gave us a great price and provided excellent service (interest rate wasn't a issues because we were getting financed through our credit union).

Over the last 10 years my wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles. I can say with conviction that car shopping at Toyota of Orange was by far the best overall experience.

Hats off to Steve Lewis and Bill Dinnie. My family and I are forever grateful for the two of you and your team (special stout out to Greg and Mark). Cheers to much success and may God continue to bless your team and families.

We got our Camry nearly 3 years ago. The team at Toyota of Orange have helped us maintain it. The people we have met are friendly staff and people that work quickly to get our car back to us asap.

This is the only place I will bring my truck for service. The techs here are top notch and the service writers are very friendly. I highly recommend the service department here at Toyota of Orange.

Patrick was very helpful when I brought my Prius by for the 25k service. He listened to what I wanted done and didn't force anything on me.
