I took my 2019 4Runner in due to rodent damage. Patrick, a service consultant, was able to accommodate my busy work schedule. He was very communicative during the entire process. My Runner ended up needing a full engine harness. Patrick went through negotiations with insurance and got it all ironed out. While there the dealer completed my needed services. I went though and saw that all the engine cover hardware was in place. Some people have had issues with this at other dealers.

Overall I'm very happy with the work completed on my vehicle. I would have Toyota of Range service it again.
