Came here for parts and am impressed. People here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Especially for a large dealership. I have used their sister store in HB and have had good service as well. I like this one better though. I have never been here for service or sales so I have no comment on these.
I have gotten two cars from carlos. He has an excellent experience and very patient about showing vehicles. He does his best to give the best deal. If you ever need the man Carlos is the guy. You can text him any time of day and always quick to respond. Another great guy, Doug from the Finance department. He was great! He helped us out a lot with numbers
We were able to find the car that we wanted and price that was agreeable at toyota of orange. This is where the heartbreak begins, took the van into dealer for detail, paint sealant, and complementary tank of fuel. When we picked up car noticed that 3rd row seat was inoperable. Mentioned to service person and told them we will return in 2 days. Returned to toyota of orange left car in morning with Ms. Sanchez who called around noon to say that parts had to be ordered so we needed to set an appt. To have the parts installed. When we came to pick up the van Ms. Sanchez said that the parts would be in Friday an I could come Saturday for repair, I declined and said Tuesday after the holiday would be fine. Ms. Sanchez assured me the van would be fix and I would have a rental car at my disposal. She said that she would be off and the other service personnel would take care of it. Tuesday came I arrived at toyota of orange at 7 left the van with the service dept. and left in the rental. Called around 5 to check on van and told it was ready, went to pick it up dropped off rental given paperwork and waited for Van to be brought up. To our surprise the seat HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED, HOWEVER THE CAR DID GET A NICE TAN FOR 9 HOURS. When I ask the service person he could only mention sorry and to leave it using the rental longer I declined and said I shall return. I 'm going back tomorrow with hopes of getting it fixed.
Service Department from setting appointment to the pick up is always done efficiently and in the time frame promised.

Guys if you are buying Toyota, this is the best place to be, first of all great prices, secondly customer service on highest level, they treat you like you are buying Lamborghini, I was impressed, even after visiting BMW and Mercedes I did not see something similar to that. Once you there look for Lucy, she is your lady of the day, she goes above and beyond to make a great deal specially if you really like the car. Another person to highlight is Chris Thai financial manager, he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with all the payment procedures and explains everything in such an easy form which does not make it look like hustle, very good customer service, he knows what he is doing. Anyway I am happy that I chose this place, btw I got Camry 2020 XSE, she is beautiful :)

Steve Nguyen is a really helpful guy, he went out of his way to help me to find a right vehicle at the great price. Even though it was his day off, he still went to the dealer to help me. What a great experience and helpful sale person! Would definitely recommend people that I know to this guy and this dealer.

After picking up my car from being serviced I noticed my brake lights were on. I stopped off at mechanic near my home only to be notified that my break fluid was nearly empty. The second and last time I was at Toyota of Orange I was driving home when I noticed sensors were on on my new 2017 car only to notice one of my tires had low air. no flat it just needed air. i thought these things are supposed to be checked? Both visits took nearly 3 hours with an appointment.

Poor customer service. I waited 3 hours for an oil change after I was told it would take approximately 1 hour. When I inquire about the status of the vehicle they kept saying it was almost done and it would be a few minutes longer. After waiting for 3 long hours, they returned the car not washed and notified me my vehicle needed the front brakes replaced.

We had a great experience with Mr. Householder who sold us our brand new corolla. As a first time "New" car buyer I didn't know what to expect. You always hear horror stories about how much paperwork there is and how pushy salesmen are but we had a very pleasant experience. I loved their comfortable lobby that you wait in which has free cookies and hot drinks. Everyone here was so nice and informative. I never felt like I was getting duped or pushed into something I didn't want. I recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Visited this location to test drive and lease a new car. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. They walked me around to show me the cars I wanted to look at. I was a little indecisive and I test drove a couple. They were very patient and helped me to find exactly what I wanted. Great amenities while waiting inside. However if you want some nearby restaurants? It's on Tustin Ave so that means there are many places to stop by.

This location runs like a well-oiled machine, thank you for being so prompt, friendly, thorough....from the moment I drove onto the site to the moment I left, every single person I met here was wonderful. I know I can drop by car off in the morning, get a ride to work, then be picked up, and during the day, get updates on my car. This took the stress of getting my car done in the middle of the week right off. Thank you for being so wonderful!
Toyota of Orange mechanic's are excellent. The shuttle drivers are quick, efficient, very polite and good safe drivers. The waiting room is very, very nice and they provide complementary hot beverages (coffee, tea and coco), donuts, cookies and bottled water. This is a nice service and one neither required, nor standard fare elsewhere. The service bay staff are quick, efficient and polite, though at times they can be in "too big a hurry" to be considered truly excellent and consequently, they miss something important. This occurs very, very rarely, but because it does, I can not give them an excellent rating. Overall, I give Toyota of Orange four and a half stars, or 9 of 10, or almost excellent,
Joshua & Tim were awesome. Gave me an early christmas gift. They worked out very well to give me a CHR 2019. They won t let u go home empty handed.
If you haven't visited Toyota of Orange then you will never understand why these folks are the best Toyota dealership in America. Great sales people, extremely knowledgeable on Toyota's fleet, great customer experience in the office area and a wonderful finance staff that doesn't bully you into submission to get features you really don't need. These folks should be the gold standard for all car dealership's worldwide and I highly suggest anyone looking for a Toyota to make the trip out and see Toyota of Orange!

These guys are a bunch of crooks. They openly told me "OUR word over the telephone carries no weight unless we say it in writing." They quoted me for an XLE over the phone and then they tell me it was the wrong VIN number when I showed up. However, the so called "wrong vin number" was only $500 cheaper and yet they wanted to charge me $1700 more for the "right" VIN number Rav4 XLE we were looking at.
Later, Craig - the sales manager - said he'd honor the price given by his sales associate and then tells me to come in. When I do he then tells me he doesn't want to honor the earlier quote because they are losing $3300 on a car. What kind of sick mentality do these people have?
This only applies, To one area which is auto repair shop, I bring my truck a couple of times, and I decided to wait for my truck , but the wait was ridiculous, for an oil change hop they can do something about it.
Under new management for a couple of years now has turned this place around and customer service is their top priority. David (Service Department) respects the employees and in turn the staff respects the customers. This type of management style is key to the customers receiving a courteous, professional and personal connection each time they visit.
They pay more games than a professional poker player. Advertised vehicles are always sold out until you start walking away.

Went for touch up paint. Parts employees were helpful, decent prices for touch up paint.
As far as dealerships go it's nice. There is water and cookies. TVs and plugs. So the service department is comfortable.
I had front wheel aligned and tires changed. Good job, car washed and had a good coffee as well. Will be back for more service

This company has no integrity. I've bought several vehicles here and they take advantage of people's trust. I spoke to the general manager Greg. He does not believe in holding his employees accountable for their actions. Toyota of Orange is ok with lying and dishonesty as long as they don't get caught. Make sure you ask every question you can think of.

Places like Toyota of Orange are why dealerships get a bad wrap - all runaround, no customer service. I came here with excellent credit and they managed to ding my score by shopping around for lenders on my behalf (hard inquiries). Even though Toyota had already given me a rate that I was happy with, they still decided to use my credit app - without my knowledge and after I had asked them to go with Toyota Financial - to shop around for better rates. Eventually, they got me the same score that Toyota financial was willing to give (~4%). Someone told me that they make more money by going to other lenders, which is very infuriating because now I have a bunch of unnecessary "hard inquiries" on my credit score.
On top of all of that, I had my car serviced while I wait and (1) their estimate was $30 shy of what they actually charged me, (2) their "lease return safety inspection" was about $70 more than what other dealers charge, and (3) they were about 2.5 hours late with my car. I'm assuming this tardiness with my car bought their finance guy time to pull a fast one on me. If you want to service your car, go to Toyota of Irvine - you're in and out and they don't overcharge you.
You might not get a lemon, but you will absolutely get ripped off at Toyota of Orange.

Very rude salesman I encountered. He wasn't willing to negotiate and their parts people are the same. I needed an air filter and they wanted $60 for it. I purchased the air filter from another Toyota dealership for $25 so I was shocked what a rip-off overpriced place this is.

However the service department is a disgrace.
Due to my busy schedule I had my father, 77, take my Tacoma trd for an oil change that is covered under Toyota care. They upsold him on two items. One was a cabin filter and the other was a engine air filter. First of all the TRD model comes a factory installed K&N air filter that Should not be replaced. Just needs to be cleaned. That was $30. The cabin air filter was $60. As soon as I get in the car I noticed it smelled like marijuana. There goes the cabin filter. Not to mention that that they charged him $60 for a filter that takes less than 5 minutes to change.
I would never go there again for any kind of service
They are a rip off and they took advantage of a senior citizen by selling him something the truck didn t need

They greeted me quickly and completed intake efficiently. They knew about the recall on our car, so that got taken care along with the regular servicing. They found a couple of things for next time and didn't pressure us to do them now. We had to wait a short time for our paperwork, but that is unusual. Otherwise departure was efficient. And as usual, they washed the car, which is greatly appreciated.
Joaquin in the service dept. was very courteous and prompt in answering all my questions before I brought in my Prius V for its 30,00 mile check. It made me feel very welcomed and confident that I knew that someone was actually interested in seeing that I was taken care of. Once there, he again saw to it that I understood what the 30,000 mile check entailed and how long it would take. All the maintenance was finished before the allotted time and Joaquin met me in person in the waiting lounge to explain the paperwork. Everything went like clockwork and on schedule. It was a great experience.
We had a very positive purchase experience at Toyota Of Orange. Our Sales Manager, Herman was very knowledgeable, very helpful, very thorough but never pushy. This was the least stressful car-buying experience I've ever had. And I've had many car-buying experiences.
