Another horrible experience there. A simple oil change and key remote program took over 4 1/2 hours and that is only because I press the issue when I was forgotten about. Service manager still has not called me back after he left early on Monday and still no call. Thanks for making me feel important.

I enjoy having my car serviced at Toyota of El Cajon. I love that their service department is open 7 days a week. I usually make morning appointments but this visit I went in on a Sunday afternoon, worked out perfect. I met with Asst. Service Advisor Alberto. He was extremely friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even accept coupons from other local Toyota dealerships, saved me money. I really like this dealership for auto purchases and service after the purchase .

Here is where I bought my first car a Toyota Corolla back in 2010 when I lived in the area. I had a great experience and got a great deal the first time that I decided to go back from LA and get a newer car. Fernando Aguiniga helped me find what I really wanted and I traded in my old Corolla for a 2014 Corolla S. Everybody in the team is very welcoming and provide great customer service. Definitely will be coming back in the future and also thanks to Dave Clarke and Eduardo Loera who helped me during the purchasing process.

The Toyota service freecall called me few days ago and they said bring your car to change your airbag but they waisted my time and taken my car for few days as they said we are ganna change your airbag so they didn't do anything with my car still my car is the same problem they didn't change tell airbag and nothing else,even the made mistake with my car ,the brakes and flash light dosent work.Please advice them don't waisted our time and don't bother others ,they are creating problems and waiting our times ,I have plan to go to police department and make complain against Toyota service stuffs specially against Simo.he is stupid guy

Low pressure, clear expectations and transparency. Highly recommend anyone meet with Victor. He is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

I was basically dismissed when i mentioned that i was not buying today but that i was within the next week or so . couldnt even test drive a car because "what if this car isnot here when u come back " its a toyota dealership you have more than one camry in stock . i went 4 days later to toyota lemon grove test drove anything i wanted to and drove off with a brand new camry. Great cars and great service. Simeon has been my salesperson for the past 4 Camry's over the last 12 years and has always been knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. In September I got a new Avalon but was disappointed that the car did not come with a garage door opener installed. Simeon and the customer service representative listened to my complaint and arranged to have a service person come to my house and install a new rear view mirror with door opener within the first week. This is why I have been a customer for over 12 years. Looking forward to my next Toyota with El Cajon Toyota.

Came to Toyota El Cajon looking a 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport originally. Giovanni Aguiniga showed me options on a wide variety of Tacomas. He convinced me to buy a TRD Off-Road which is much more fitting more new family! Look for Giovanni if you are ever in the market and want to have a great laugh while purchasing. He will not pressure you into buying a vehicle you do not want. This was a major plus.

My wife and I have been buying our vehicles from Toyota of El Cajon for 30 years, we just love the service, friendly people and dealership. So when we decided we needed a new car, a Toyota Camry Hybrid, Mr. Victor Aceves was our sales person.

I felt comfortable and confident with Victor the first time I spoke with him. He was friendly and knowledgeable of each step in the process of purchasing a car which put me at ease right away. I told him what we were looking for and he took it from there. He found the car we wanted and with substantial rebates.

When we arrived at the dealership, the first thing we did was take a test drive. We were not familiar with the newer cars and Victor spent quite a bit of time showing us the different features, especially the bells and whistles on the dash. He made sure we understood how things worked (often repeating himself), which couldn t have been very easy with two people asking questions (sometimes at the same time). We were very impressed with his knowledge of the car and his patience with a couple of older people.

Once the test drive was over, it was time for the paperwork. I was not looking forward to it, so many papers and information at one time. Victor handled it all so smoothly, explaining what each paper was for before we signed (often repeating himself to make sure we understood), that I felt comfortable knowing what I was signing and it was fairly stress free.

When we left the dealership, I was confident with all that transpired and this was all due to Victor. He took care of everything. He was thorough, efficient and explained every detail as we went through the process of purchasing the car. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I had a lot of questions, and he was willing to go above and beyond to get me all the information that I needed before I made a decision. He wasn't your usual "pushy" car salesman in the least. I could tell he had a lot of experience in the field and genuinely wanted to get me into the car I really wanted without "breaking the bank". Recalls are not for you if your car is salvage. Across the street Mazda offered recalls even to its salvaged cars because it's your manufacturer that malfunction not because the car is salvaged.

He has been my service advisor for several years, actually for a good portion of my ownership of my Scion xB. 125k mikes and only maintenance work which I contribute to the reliability of the car as well as following Eliseo s recommendations (who I trust) on what my car needs. I purchased my brand new 2015 RAV4 at Toyota of El Cajon 2 years ago and the battery went bad already. Fortunately for me the basic warranty was still valid so I took it in to be looked at. My appointment was for the following day but Alberto was nice enough to let me drop it off the night before since I had to go to work. The next day I had some unexpected errands to run and I called to ask if my boyfriend could pick it up, Alberto verified the pickup person with me and made the process really easy and convenient.

I have never worked with such an amazing car dealership team! My sales experience from the time I stepped onto the lot was pleasant, no one coming at me making me feel like I needed an sword to protect myself! A very nice and knowledgeable salesman by the name of Hassan witnessed me fall in love with a car I just knew I could not afford. He assured me they would do everything possible to get me into it. At this point I met Paul who was the one who ran all my numbers and worked some magic then told me I COULD afford to get into this amazing car!! Danny in finance helped me to get the alarm and extra warranty and still stay with in my price range! Going onto the lot really wanting the quality of a Toyota, with little hope I could do it and today I can proudly say I am a Toyota PriusC owner.

I have never had an issue with this dealership's service department, however the last time I made an appointment on superbowl Sunday was less than I expected to say the least. I made an appointment for an air filter replacement (since there is no option for oil change online , and have told each service manager ever time I had done this),and not only waited more than 2 hours but it was a ghost town. I observed 3 customers waiting for their vehicles and only a few service managers as well. When my truck was "done" and was told I needed an air cabin filter and that a coolant hose was missing! Tha cabin air filter did need to be replaced however there was no coolant hose missing, and to top it off I didn't have
an oil leak until I left the dealership! Needless to say I went to a reputable mechanic and he fixed the leak you had left and he reassured me that there was no hose missing. I obviously am less than satisfied. I hope you train your mechanics in a professional manner.

I bought my '09 Matrix there and have been going back since. They treat you with respect and have an extremely efficient system. The rental car counter is in tune with the service advisors. They do amazing work and always leave my car nice and clean when turned it back around to me. I will be back to get my non-Toyota car serviced.

In general, I always seem to internally cringe when I have to get my car serviced- you just never know what you're going to get. I originally purchased my 2017 Prius Prime at Poway Toyota, but live closer to the El Cajon dealership, so naturally, my car has had most of it's service done in El Cajon. El Cajon Toyota has treated me as though I purchased my car with them from day one, promptly taking care of any issues (warranty or general service) in a pleasant and professional manner. It's weird to say, but getting my car serviced at El Cajon Toyota is actually an enjoyable experience. Only critique is they need better snacks!

Best experience I've ever had from any Toyota dealership! I had my car serviced a week ago and Simo was my service Agent. It was my 90,000 mile maintenance done on my 2012 Prius. He showed sincerity about what was being done to my car. I felt that Simo cared about my vehicle as if it was his I really, really did. I get jitters when purchasing a car, or having one serviced because of pushy, and rushy salesman to service agents who don't have time to explain anything that was done to your vehicle. Simo explained the major services in details to me. Like servicing my transmission and what it would consist of. I like that, also gave me a rental, I loved that! I had almost gave up on San Diego Toyota dealerships for, breaking lugg nuts ( toyota of san diego: I didn't go back) on my after market rims, to over looking my vehicle for an oil change which I waited for 2.5 hrs before the realized they forgot I was waiting on my car.(frank toyota: I didn't go back) Yes, they were horrible enough for me not to return. I felt they didn't care. I think I have found a permanent maintenance place that will kept my prius continuing running smoothly for years to come. It's people like Simo: friendly, pleasant personality, and honesty, that acquire and retain customers for years and years. Good experiences from dealerships will cause customers to stay, refer others, and make new purchases when they feel they want to upgrade or get something new. Thanks Toyota of El Cajon for restoring my faith in "TheToyota" experience.

It sits on Arnel in El Cajon between Marshal and Johnson ave . if your coming east bound take the west main st exit make a right then a immediate left on Marshall and it'll be about a mile up the road on your right it is a stop light can't miss it

Now I normally don't care about little things but today rubbed me the wrong way. I brought my car in for 10,000 mile service. It was slow only me and one car in front. When I pulled up there were 2 boys not doing anything just on the computer when one finally came to me he asked of I had an appointment.. I said no...he then told me to just hang by car for someone else. Now I figured ok he does appointment only..but then all 3 boys went to the computer and started watching YouTube. I waited and waited. Fianlly a service guy named I think it was james came out to help me. Super nice and fast. He gets 5 starts. As for the 3 boys it made me mad. At least tell me you can't help unless it's appointment only..but then I logged on my phone and saw I could have scheduled for an appointment at the time I was there..would they have wanted to work then??
Like I said I don't usually get mad at this but once they watched YouTube...I was mad.

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I've had over 17 autos since the year 2000. Ali Abdi quoted me an fabulous price over the phone that blew away the other dealerships in San Diego. I flew over, bought a 2017 Toyota TRD Off Road and drove away within an hour.
I highly recommend Ali. You can trust him completely.
