If i could leave a no star i would. 500.00 for a flip over and less than a 10 mile tow paid in full. Of course truck wont start..so i come to get it and im told i cant bring a truck dolly on the lot..trying to charge me more money to move my truck..that i already paid a rediculous amount to have towed less than 10 miles..i do not recomend this tow company to anyone. Unless u have money to throw away

I worked for this company for a year and I was threatened all the time by the owner that I was going to get my ass beat by him I wouldn t recommend coming here to work or to get towed

I'm extremely satisfied with Georges Towing. Yes, I had to wait a bit. But George went above and beyond the simple "jump start" that was all I thought I needed. He explained some of the causes for my dead battery. His advice was right on. I went to the auto parts store and they did the diagnostics he suggested. It appears I do have a "vampire" that's drawing a slow charge from my battery. I wouldn't have known what to do without his advice and could have spent needless dollars fixing what wasn't the problem. He also made a followup phone call to me later in the evening. Who does that anymore? He is truly one-of-a-kind. I so appreciate all he has done for me and without hesitation will recommend Georges Towing. Thank you.

This company is complete GARBAGE. Apparently a AAA associated business, they came out to me on AAA contract and refused to tow the vehicle despite the contract because of their own incompetence and LACK OF TOWING KNOWLEDGE. Avoid putting your vehicle on one of these beds unless you either want a LOT of your time wasted, or money that you did not plan on spending at all. The owner is also your typical knowitall hick. His name is George.

Prompt, polite, and very efficient. I've been using a tow truck a lot in the last couple of months and George's is the best by far.

My car broken down on route 40 by edgewood. AAA called Georg's to tow my car. Took the over 1 day to pickup my car. I called them and no help. I called AAA and I was told that AAA depend on their provider to do their job but they could not make them go any faster. So be careful it might take you over 1 day to get tow.

This company are crooks ! my truck had to be tow on a police tow on Friday night it was released by the police Saturday the next day .they said it was released Sunday, lie !! They charge $35.00 a day for storage .But they are closed on weekends. But when we went there to get the truck they were there Saturday and sunday. Lie!! then they charged $175.00 for winching when you have to winch the truck anyway to get it on the back of a tow truck!! the total bill was $615.00

Outstanding service and lightning fast response! A total of 10 minutes from when the AAA call was placed. Travis arrived and is "The Man", having diagnosed the issue within minutes. He was professional, courteous and worked with us to load and unload a German vehicle that had no electrical power. For those of you that drive one and don't know...your M/B, Audi, and BMW cannot be shifted in to neutral once the battery is dead. No mean feat to perform the above, but Travis helped make it happen. Thank you.

We had a crash and were directed to George s to tow our vehicle. The phone guy said 45ish minutes. Called them back, an hour and twenty minutes later. Was told that their truck, which was already 30+ minutes late, just got diverted to a two-car crash. I guess my one vehicle wouldn t make them as much money as the two-car tow.

Lady on the phone had a attitude when I asked her to see if they could tow my car for me and said they couldnt do it at all even though they werent closed yet.

The receptionist was very helpful and used her experience to help me figure out when to be firm with my insurance company and helped me coax vital information from them.

Broke down in a Belair parking lot and Advanced Auto gave me the number. Pleasant, quick and very professional. Driver Lee was great. Jumped my car to get in neutral so he could hook up and tow. Thank you for a great job.

I just wanted to take a minute an thank you guys for helping me out yesterday (through AAA), and especially a thank you to George! Being from NJ, after blowing out two tires not knowing exactly where I was in the middle of Whiteford and Dublin, dispatch was able to determine where I was located. Then I met George who was extremely helpful in finding me a service location who could get me tires done and back on the road. Not only did he get me there, he made calls on my behalf and found a shop who could help. I always value good service and honesty, and I have to say you re towing company has gone above and beyond!

Tow truck blocked the parking lot for 15 minutes changing someone's tire and writing up the bill. Couldn't bother to even move out of the way.

Got stuck on the side of the road on Rte 1 North in MD with transmission problems...called AAA to set up for a 57 mile tow to PA. George's Custom Towing contacted me very shortly after making arrangements with AAA to confirm. They sent Matt to pick me up - he was very friendly and a super nice guy, which made the hour trip fly by and it was a very pleasant experience!! He got me where I needed to be with no problems. Very professional and friendly. Very thankful for the service you all provided me yesterday!!
