Nothing but positive things for this service department, specifically Eliseo. He has been my service advisor for several years, actually for a good portion of my ownership of my Scion xB. 125k mikes and only maintenance work which I contribute to the reliability of the car as well as following Eliseo s recommendations (who I trust) on what my car needs. Thank you Eliseo and service men that have worked on my toaster :)
