Had some issues with my reefer and they fixed it well.

Slow, rude, inconsiderate. Unless you're getting warranty work I'd look elsewhere

Went here to have my apu fixed. After replacing the fuel solenoid and realizing that it wasn't the problem, Frank quickly diagnosed it as a wiring issue.

Normally, under these circumstances, the shop would try to charge you for the new solenoid but, not only did they not charge me for the solenoid, they didn't charge me for the labor for it.

They also installed a new generator belt as everything was already open and accessible.

I know that these things sound like they should be commonplace but, it's finally nice to find a business that doesn't try to overcharge you just for walking in the door. I'll definitely be back.

Great customer service. Rodrigo is the guy. Always helping and doing his best. Best place in inland Empire for trailer parts. Do not hesitate looking for other places. This guys go ahead extra miles and do amazing job.

Advice from me to you take your business somewhere else been leaving messages for a week and still waiting for ED to call me back trying to buy a brand new trailer

Can never get someone on the phone in parts. I have tried a total of 6 times in 2 days. Either hire more people or replace who is not doing their job.

Drove out from Florida Labor Day weekend with a bad Slack adjuster. Couldn t find parts or repairs due do the holiday. Emptied out and had a load back, so I took the trailer to Utility s shop for a quick repair. The more they took apart, the more they found broken. $2800 later I left and still was able to get my return load. Those guys did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. How can you ask for more? DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY FOUND MUCH MORE WRONG THAN WAS EXPECTED, THEY STILL HAD ME FINISHED WHEN THEY PROMISED. Wanna bet I go there again??

what is point calling for parts if they don't even answer i called 5 time no answer phone keep on ringing its 8:23 am Monday morning

Went in to buy a trailer, spotted trailer I liked, good credit, had a trade, no follow up??? I even called back one time, I guess they don't need to sale trailers, no problem found one in Dallas, picking it up in a few days.

Great people and service I own a small maintenance business and depend on companys like utility to provide good service and they have never let me down Patrick.Miguel and Mike always a big help dont pay attenciin to some comments left on here every time i go their they alwasy go out of their way to provide good service these are just people who go here and dont even know what they need and expect counter people to find everything out for them.

Great service, did nice job on my floor and wheel seals. Service department staff was excellent. Had repairs there previously and always fair price and quality work.

Good parts store, never had a problem here!! Decent and normal prices. Super 8 might be a lil bit cheaper though for trailer stuff. This location has a nice big lot of good trailers for sale.

Very vey rude there was only two customer and i was the third waited for 30min in line as i started walking out of the store couse i was tire of waiting the people at the counter started saying rude stuff to me and being sarcastic couse i didn't want to waste another 30min to buy a bucket of oil

I hate having to call this place, no one ever answers and when they do, it s just to placed on hold and then randomly hung up on after waiting 10-15 minutes.

Had issues with APU. The tech resolved the problem in a timely manner, now other issues since.

Not good in fixing the trailer.mechanics dont know what they are doing.
Change the spring valve for the trailer.charge me expensive for labour.after fixing at fontana,ca then at barstow i hv to re- fix it again and have to pay again.
Before leave from utility fontana,they said everything bn checked and good.

Parts close at 5 also. Website say parts is open until 6pm weekdays. Had to drive there to see its closed at 5:15pm

the big guy at the parts desk went out of way to help me get a repair. it was a little but greatly appreciated gesture.

If I could put 0 Starz as an option, I would have done so in this case. Left my trailer there for an estimation on repair after it has been appraised and approved by insurance company to green light the repairs. Figured they just estimate and call the insurance company with the price difference and it's a go.... After 2 months, not even a call back... Getting the run around for goose chase...
