I was in need of an upgrade to my current Tacoma, I loved it but it was time. I went to a couple of diff Toyota dealerships and had bad experiences. But Toyota of El Cajon provided me with best dealership experience I've had in a long long time. VICTOR ACEVES was my sales agent and he was awesome! I explained to him what I needed and and he went to work.I ended up with the deal I wanted and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Also, pretty cool that the place I first got the Tacoma from is the place where I traded it in and got a new one! I recommend Toyota of El Cajon to anyone looking to purchase a new tacoma or vehicle in general. Friendly staff that won t pressure you and make you feel like you made a bad purchase. Went in today to get my car serviced and Micah took care of me! He was super friendly and made sure to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. It was really busy in there but Micah didn't make me feel rushed at all.I normally get intimidated about car problems because I don't understand much about them but everyone here is really patient and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Every experience I have had here has been above and beyond. They really do treat you like family and not like a customer. Wonderful company, I wouldn't ever go anywhere else :)

Kong Nguyen and Ryan Garby were the two main gentlemen that helped my father score a great deal on a 2016 corolla LE. My father previously owned a 2009 corolla LE and Ryan helped us with the trade in of that car for the brand new one! I knew Kong from buying a 2015 prius the year before, so he helped me get in touch with Ryan. We spent a total of less than an hour at the dealership. Ryan was focused, fast, and friendly. At the end of the deal, Kong even bought my father a leather Corolla key chain from the gift shop (what a good guy).

We were very impressed only because we both are skeptics when it comes to dealerships in the first place. We purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer ecoboost w/ only 20k miles on it. It was exactly what we were looking for. They gave us the financing we asked for and the trade-in value for our car, finagled only a few times with them for competitive rates- overall the manager and our sales consultant, Ben Asgharzadeh, were both very cooperative and not pushy about anything; we went in knowing what we wanted. I think having well above avg credit scores combined helped as well... either way they left us with a full tank of gas in our new-to-us vehicle (even though their shop was closed as it was later in the evening, they made sure to take us to fill up at a station nearby which was very nice of them)... despite that we had to take pretty much all day to get this process completed (due to time conflicts and unpredictable circumstances on our end) from test drive to signing finance documents, they were patient and we never felt pressured which left us feeling good about the purchase we made. Thank you Toyota of El Cajon, we really enjoyed our experience and will recommend to others!

My last 4 vehicles were purchased at Toyota of EC. I have always had excellent service when I go there. Even though I purchased a used Ford Escape the 2nd time and 1 veh for my daughter. The service I received from Hiwa and Daniela was excellent!! They always made sure we were comfortable while waiting for approvals. Hiwa has sold me my last 3 veh's and he always gets me a very good deal. I will not go to anyone else! Everyone is very kind and accomodating whether or not they are directly involved with your sale. I would recommend this location to anyone buying Toyota!!

I am always happy to give a great review to anyone who has good service and good customer service consistently. However, Toyota of El Cajon does not deserve it.
My first experience was great. They put California plates by drilling holes for free as a gesture of good customer service. Very friendly and professional.
I went back for the oil change and tire rotation a few months later, expecting good work again. I left happy enough, but then less than 36 hours later, one of my hubcaps was missing. I only drove the care once locally to the bank, library and grocery store.
I ended up complaining on the survey they sent since I was put on hold when I called. Boy then I got a quick response, saying are taking care of it and to call.
I get put on hold again, can't afford losing the minutes on my emergency cell. Since they don't respond to my multiple emails, I will have to find the time to go personally to see what is up. I cannot understand why they don't have the courtesy to respond to my emails.
I don't understand how they did the work poorly either, so that the hubcap fell off.
This is very disappointing. I am too tired to act on my anger yet. But I am putting up this note for anyone who could possibly have a situation like this with them. I told them in my last email that I would write a letter and make my dissatisfaction known. So after no email response again today, here I am. Next will be a letter to the corporate office, if this does not get resolved soon. Then who knows.
This is inexcusable and changing my impression of the dealership and maybe even Toyota.
I hope what should be a minor issue gets resolved. How silly. What is a hubcap to them. It was their fault. This is causing me undue stress. I hope there is an explanation.

Had an issue with a Prius V, took it too Toyota of Poway and got what I thought was an incorrect diagnosis (this repair was over $7k), so took it to Toyota of El Cajon and got the diagnosis I thought was correct. Simo was on it and kept me informed every step of the way and my repair was under $5k, should have gone here in the first place. Great Service Team, thank you.

I have owned 5- Toyota's over my lifetime and have been to a few service departments (few because the quality is so good!).
But I have never had as good an experience as I had with David Hutchins in the service department. He was very personable and friendly and real helpfull with addressing my time sensitive issue (needed to get to the airport). He acknowledged my emergency, didnt treat me like a number, and he worked hard to fit me in as soon as possible. Service like this makes it an easy choice to go out of my way to come to Toyota of El Cajon! And Thanks David, I made it!

He helped me every step of the way in helping me find the right car for me. He answered every single one of my questions and explained to me everything I needed to know and what my options were. If it wasnt for Fernando, I can tell you right now that I most likely would have came home without my new car that I have now, 2012 Camry!
