They are always nice and leave my car in perfect conditions (also is a Toyota so that helps a lot). They have a very confortable waiting room with popcorn, hot chocolate, water and coffee.

You want to see a dealer try and rip you off, go look at their current 'dealer installed' aftermarket modded Tundra. $18k for a lift. $22k for rims and tires. $5k for running boards. $1k for a speedo adjustment. If they will rip you off like this to your face, imagine what they are doing more discretely. These are the type of dealerships you should stay away from.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Toyota or Alvin, showed up looking to buy a particular car I had already picked up and was greeted by a very welcoming and nice salesperson, matt. I told him what my intentions were and literally minutes later he already had the exact car pulled around for me to test drive. Matt was also not pushy at all and attentive, even offered me and my children water and was kind enough to buy my children coca cola. We then sat down to talk numbers and he explained to us every detail with a nice printed layout of all of the numbers. This is great due to that there was no hidden fees and he genuinely wanted to help us. I am very happy with my new Camry and my kids love the comfort! Thank you Matt Sportiny for all of your help. You are a great salesman and will look forward to coming back to Matt every time I am in need of a new car or need service.

This is the place you need to be if you re looking to purchase a car (new or used). The customer service team is wonderful. They made me feel like I was a part of the family. Everywhere I ve been I felt like there wasn t any hope until I got to Toyota of Alvin. This was my first time purchasing a car & they made it joyful & stress free. I can honestly say I m satisfied with my 2012 Ford Fusion.! Tony, Brenden & Stephen made that possible, I can t thank them enough. They never pressured or made me feel railroaded when it came to the whole process. They made sure I understood everything and was VERY patient with me as well. Once again I d recommend this dealership to every & anybody. Hopefully this would be helpful to you guys looking for a new or used car

I ve got a very bad deal, they offer you very tricky deal and ended up on a losing end. Very unprofessional customer service, got a deal before midnight realized it was a very bad deal went back to them the next morning, wanted to return the car, David told me I had to pay $3900 in order to return the car, I was seating for 2 hrs at the customer service area waiting for their Manager so I can explain my side no one even bother approach me or even give me a copy of our sales contract.

Jacob and the sales team over at Toyota of Alvin are awesome. They helped me tremendously and I highly recommend their store to everyone. They didn t have the particular vehicle with certain packages I wanted but was able to get it for me. They also put me in a loaner till it got here. Straight class over there.

Normally I dread having to go to the dealership to buy a truck but Dan and everyone at Toyota of Alvin was grate. I called them and sold them what apr I wanted and that I was only going to pay the price advertised and they got me exactly what I wanted. Then on top of that they had someone fallow me home in my new truck and I live a hour away. Outstanding service and will buy from them again when I need a second work truck!

Came to Toyota Alvin looking for a way out of our lease and wanting to buy. We knew what vehicle we wanted to purchase, but we had a budget of what our monthly payment could be. Daniel Ramirez is the salesman who helped us throughout our time there, and he was absolutely great. He never pressured or pushed us into anything, and was always reassuring us that it was our choice. He was able to work out a deal to help us reach a comfortable monthly payment, and he was patient with us as we were chasing around one kid and feeding the other. I would definitely recommend him if you are trying to figure out if buying a car is something you can afford to do, without the typical pressure and pushiness of a car salesman . He spoke to us with honesty and sincerity, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Daniel!

Took my Lexus GS 350 for an oil change, checked it 6 months later when doing it myself and found the plug tightened and sealed with silicone. Sent message through their web page, no response. I mailed service manager a letter with picture and receipt for work. Never heard back from that route either.

The sales guy name FRANK Tried to cheat us in every possible way he can.all 3 guys trying to make a deal were trying to cheat us.when i spoken to them on a phone they gave me a set price and when i went there all the way from San Antonio they told me my payment would be $599 and when i told him to give me a break down he didnt agree and top they were rude and horrible horrible customer service,never seen that bad serivce in TOYOTA Dealer ship my whole life.my whole day was wasted
i would request other customers not to buy from this dealership and even if u have to go do yourself a favour dont do business with the Guy Name Frank

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with Toyota! Address plugged into Maps takes you to an empty lot in the country and phone number on the email is a fax number. I called the manager and he brushed me off and eventually just hung up on me. So disappointed!!!

Simon was super, he said to bring my vehicle right on in..... once I arrived Douggie was right there to assist me! Called to schedule oil change and they said come on in, wait time was good. Had my 5 year old grand daughter and we helped ourselves to popcorn, cookies & drinks. She enjoyed coloring table and t.v. Khalid was very thorough with details about the service to my Sienna van. Love that they checked everything on it too and explained about when to return for future service. Pro: Willing to do business over the phone and make shipping arrangements if you live in another part of Texas

Con: Will falsely advertise a vehicle (say it s a manual when it s an automatic). Lie about vehicle condition like tell you engine runs great and everything is working (check engine light on, airbag light on, AC not working) $2,500 worth of repair later.

Great staff. No one is pushy. They let you shop at your pace. Our guy Justin listen to what we want. He left and came back with a vehicle, and that is the one we bought at the end of the day. My only complaint is that when doing the paperwork, it goes in a fast pace and you may miss things to ask about. In my experience I had that happen, however, the next day I spoke with a manager and I was explain what I need to know. They could slow down a little and explain just a little more. Also make sure the customer has all the paperwork they need. They forgot to give me a copy of the "we owe" form. Overall I would shop there again.

My husband and I decide to shop around for a new car. We weren't necessarily ready to buy but we wanted to test drive a few options. We stopped by Toyota of Alvin because I was interested in a Rav4. When we drove up we were greeted by Cody and he was very enthusiastic and friendly. He made sure to ask if we were already working with someone before proceeding which is something I appreciate in a sales person. I value integrity and team work in a business and you could tell that that's what they have here. He talked to my about all the things that were important to me in a vehicle and showed me options that meet those needs. He did not try to convince me to try something different or sell me something I really didn't want or need. It was a very pleasant experience and I really felt like he cared about my choice satisfaction. I know that is a very hard thing to do in an industry with a reputation for only wanting to upsell you features and services. Although we didn't intend to buy a new car that day I did end up buying a new Rav4 and I couldn't be happier. I love the car already and the whole team at Toyota really made the experience a good one. Thank you Cody for helping us out I appreciate it!

I do not recommend this dealership. Don t trust the salesman Yasir. He mislead us on several items. If he says it s included, It s not, you are going to pay extra somewhere. I received an email from the customer relations manager asking about our experience with the dealership. I let her know about our issues and no response. Better read the fine print or better yet, stay away from Keating Toyota. This is the second bad experience dealing with Keating owned dealerships. Stay away!!

We began our search on the Internet at Keating Toyota to find slightly used vehicles in like new condition. We found the car to begin our search; we called to verify the vehicle was still at the dealership. The Internet sales person Melissa helped us verify the vehicle was at the dealership, we then made our way there. Once we arrive, we were handed off to Austin, who was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. We began the process of negotiating with him. Pay close attention to your paper work just like any dealership they play with numbers always ask to see a mock sales agreement. That will explain everything line itemized. The only issue, and why we gave it a 1 star is due to a general manager by the name of Eric Rosenman. He was brought to the table to negotiate, from the beginning he told us no which is reasonable, but when asked to see what else he can do he wanted to make his mark and let us know that the buck stops with him, he not only lied to us that the next person in line was the owner Keating himself we found out that the general manager Anson Jones honestly had the final say. With great hesitation, he did not want to even ask Anson and told us he would not call him because he was at home. Which was another lie, he was sitting in his office. Eric then went into Anson s office to ask what else he could do. Brought back an offer, and at the root of it (negotiating only) we asked if there was any more to budge. He had to make it clear he was unwilling to work with us any longer, stood up crumpled the paperwork threw it in trash told us to get out of his dealership. He said he was not going to sell us a vehicle threw his mask on the floor and began mouthing off about us to other employees, and even asked another employee to escort us out of the building, simply for asking for a slightly better deal. We were never unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, but only for the fact of asking for a better deal this man came unglued allowed his emotions to take control and lose his temper. Long story short Austin came by calming his manager down and we were able to make a deal. As well the finance office at this dealership will try their hardest to get you to fill out a credit app, I provided my own finance and right before we went in they told me it was against the law for them not to pull my credit score in order to sell me a car. I just completely ignored this because this is not a full truth in itself, they can use your drivers license to check the OFAC in order to make sure I am not a terrorist or on a block list. They do not need to pull your credit in order to title the car in your name either. This last comment is when paying for a down payment bring cash, check, or debt card, financing charges 3% fee on all credit card payments As well.

This is the last time we'll be dealing with these guys. I'll be advising our friends to stay away from them for repairs.

We took our car in to fix the windows. They took 2 weeks just to replace a wire harness for over $1000. That would have been fine, I understand delays can happen, but when we got the car back, the A/C stopped working when it worked perfectly before. They won't fix the A/C that they messed up and claim we'll need to pay for more diagnostics. Keep in mind the car was taken apart for 2 weeks in their shop.

This has been a disappointing experience. I had actually planned on getting the new RAV4 here but now I'll go to other dealers in Houston. I'll take my car to a repair shop and update on the results.

We have had two terrible experiences while dealing with Toyota of Alvin and specifically their salesman who goes by the name of "Cowboy". We first went to Toyota of Alvin 3 1/2 years ago to lease a car. When working out the deal for the lease, we explained to them that we needed to included extra mileage since we would be using this car to commute to work. They increased the monthly payment which we understood. That lease was due this past February, so we returned to lease another. This is when everything went wrong. We were approached by Cowboy. We told him that we were there to turn in our lease and to lease another. This is when his acting began. He was good... He told us that he could offer us a better deal if we bought a brand new car instead of leasing. If we bought a brand new car, they wouldn't charge us for a couple of scratches on the car that we were turning in and our payments would be lower. We decided to trust him and that was our first mistake. Two weeks later we get a bill from Toyota for the wear on the lease car, and the extra mileage. We tried to call Cowboy back several times to discuss this with him, but he would NEVER return our calls. This is when I decided to call him from a different phone and told the receptionist a different name while pretending to want to talk to Cowboy about buying a car. He answered the call, of course, then I preceded to tell him who I really was. I explained everything to him again, and he knew exactly who I was. He called me by my entire name. He promised to call back after he spoke to his manager, but that never happened. Its been over 2 months since then, and nothing. We have contacted the head of Toyota and they have been very apologetic about how we were treated at this particular dealership. They have had many complaints from Toyota of Alvin. I never write complaints, but I feel very strongly about the shadiness we have experienced with Toyota of Alvin and I want to make sure that others know not to fall for it. We have since bought Toyota's from Maik Haik Toyota in League City and Auto Nation Toyota and they were both AMAZING!!!

I took my FJ cruiser there when it started running badly. The check engine light and ABS brake system light came on. I told them that it felt like it wasn't getting gas. Maybe a fuel filter or something. They ran diagnostics and determined that it was the ABS system and would have to be replaced. Almost $3500.00 and a few weeks later I picked it up. After driving less that 4 miles it did the same thing as before. After immediately returning it they ran diagnostics and told me it needed a tuneup!! That was another almost $500.00. They had misdiagnosed it in the first place and I only give two stars because they did not charge for the rent car. I responded to their satisfaction text and no response. Terrible!!

Not recommended at all. The place looks nice since it is a new building. The staff are ok but be advised that they will try to sell you as much as they can. I went for a regular maintenance which would cost $70-80. They started to offer different services which would cost me $400-500. My car is only 2 years old and does not need all of that. They keep pushing for every single one of them. I asked them to just do the maintenance. At the end, I ended to pay for a part since the technician could open it and had to break it in order to get access to the filter. I always take my car to dealers but this one was by far worse than any other dealers I have been.

This review is about the service department. I was looking to purchase a used Toyota at a Mazda dealer in Clear Lake. I never buy a car without first having a dealer do a thorough inspection, computer diagnostic, and alignment check. Being I lived 60 miles away, I had to find a dealer that would allow me to take this used car to be checked the same day I test drove the car. I called the nearest Toyota Dealership in League City and they basically laughed at my expectation. I then called Toyota of Alvin and received a completely different response. They were accommodating and happy to provide the service I needed the same day. They went beyond my expectations and did a thorough job. Everyone was helpful, kind, and professional. I grew up in a small town and had forgotten how much I love the vibe and community that exist in them. If I lived in Clear Lake, this would be the Toyota Dealership for me. Thank you fellows! btw, I bought the car!

Very bad experience with the sales person. Made very rude comments during negotiations about how bad of shape my trade in vehicle was, rude comments directed at my girlfriend saying " you're letting your gf trade your Mustang in for a Toyota" , and many more just uncalled for comments.

Also tried to sneak in outrageous fees such as $2500 paint protection that I did not ask for, $1700 dealer documentation fees and a $400 "interior COVID spray".

Very bad initial experience. I will admit they convinced me to come back in and we were able to reach a deal on a new vehicle and treated me much better.

Where do I even start?

Where do I even start?
The only thing they have shown to care about throughout this experience is making the sale. Once you sign the papers, it is goodbye customer experience.
There is no transparency and communication.
The day I purchased the vehicle their customer service rep (Isabella) neglected to show me the vehicle, and instead helped multiple customers who closed after I did. I had to ask the sales agent to kindly wrap it up so I could drive out. No respect for someone's time whatsoever. She sent me a customary email to which I promptly replied only to never receive a reply or callback.
Recently, I called them to obtain a copy of the purchase order since they neglected to give me one at the time of purchase. Only to leave countless messages for the finance department and to receive absolutely no follow up. At this point I feel like a crazy person trying to squeeze out an ounce of response and decency from these people.
Yesterday someone said there are delays because they have been busy. I can try and understand that but they're telling me they've been so busy for three weeks that they cannot follow up on multiple attempts at communication? That's just baffling.
I am so very disappointed and frustrated with this entire experience and I can never recommend this place to anyone.
Go anywhere you have to but not here.

Beware of Alvin Toyota. This is my story. The salesman added $2000 to the total cost of the car. I caught the expensive con. He blamed the Finance manager for the costly mistake. On my way home, I tried using the Navigation. It kept indicating the Disk needs to be updated. I called the salesman and explained the problem. He started yelling at me, and accused me of stealing the Sim card. He hung up on me. I called and asked for the Sales-manager or General manager. One was on vacation and the other was in a lengthy meeting.

On 11/10/20 went in for first complementary service visit. They got me in and out quickly.
Very friendly staff.

I would recommend them for any service needs.

My drivers window would not roll up on a Friday afternoon when I had important plans for the weekend that required the car. I called Toyota of Alvin s service department at 1:30and they immediately gave me a 2:30 appointment. James from service met me when I drove in and had the car fixed by 4 pm. They saved my weekend plans with my grandchildren. It was truly first class service all the way!

Typical car sales bs. They say it's a $20k car but the paper shows $23k then title and tax makes it $27k. They expect a customer to just be okay because "it's a Toyota". Avoid this dealer, Toyota Alvin. You tell them an amount and go above to your limit and they still expect you to go higher just because it's Toyota. Take your business elsewhere. Honda already offered me a lower apr as did Mazda. Guess they value me more than Toyota does.

Simon is always a easy going service rep, gives you the info straight forward. He definitely doesn t try to get you get/buy parts or services you don t need. Prices are fair, service guys always take care of my truck, never Coles back missing anything in case anyone s ever had a bad experience with that.

Definitely recommend this place.

I have always had an awesome experience with Toyota of Alvin. I live up in Houston but still come down whenever my car needs anything. The staff are courteous and make sure to meet your needs, even when crazy busy. Simon in particular is an exceptional person. He has always gone WAY above and beyond for me and is a huge reason why I am loyal to this dealership.

Crooks is what you will find at this dealership! I bought a Lexus by phone from over 200miles away from this dealership. The truck was listed for $29,791 but when negotiations began the salesman added tons of accessories that were not asked for and the total w/TTL went to $35,421. We talked a bit but he charged me $1,895 for paint and fabric protection. But at check out (18 hours later) he switched the numbers around and was lying to me the entire time over the cost of everything. Paint and tire protection is $171 but he added the remaining $1,761.33 from the paint and tire protection to the vehicle price. He inflated the cost of the accessories to boost the overall cost of the vehicle. He completely swindled me out of my money and misrepresented what I was paying for the entire time! Not to mention Brian Perez the finance manager took 18hours to get me the paperwork and still has not filled it with my loan holder correctly. I guess that s their MO: wear customers down, make a deal and change the numbers later. I called Brian and others for days with no reply and my loan holder called him with no reply either.

I called for days, no representatives were helpful what so ever til I finally spoke to the General Sales Manager. He was a jerk putting it extremely politely, he steamrolled over everything I said, raised his voice numerous times at me and accused me of being the deceptive one despite the physical evidence I possess. He was just reaching and not even listening to the concerns I was voicing. He claimed it does not matter what his sales people do, the bottom line price is final. I told him about the issues with the finance manager and he claimed he would have Brian call me back 15 min later. He never did and I m stuck waiting on these people to actually do their job, like that will actually happen.

If you are buying from them, check your numbers during and after negotiations, do not let them cajole you and most of all find some reputable dealers to buy a vehicle from because you will not find them here!

We live in Austin and saw a 2017 Toyota Tacoma on the internet sale page. We called the dealership and spoke to Jennifer who confirmed the price and invited us to come in. When we got to the dealership, she met us and disappeared. Next thing we know, a guy who said he was new to the job showed us the vehicle, we drove it, and found the air conditioner was not working and was making a loud rattling sound. The newby assured us it would be fixed. We were ready to purchase and had been prequalified by our credit union who was waiting on a purchase order. We asked for the vehicle history and found no accidents but the windshield and both mirrors had been replaced. When we inquired on this, the newby got upset and showed us the sale pricing which included an inflated price of the vehicle, plus an internal brake system installed in all Tacomas costing almost $2000 bringing our cost to approximately $5000 above the advertised price, and contingent that we use their financing. We said no! The newby threw the paperwork on the table, turned on his heels, and said he would bring a manager. He came and proposed the same thing. We said no. With a stern face he told us he was done , and walked off. That was the worst auto shopping experience we ve had. The inexcusable attitudes and behaviors by these salesmen is beyond me. We will never return to this dealership and will pass the word of mouth. We will also notify our credit union who also does business with this entity. They deserve a negative rating all the way around.

They charge 79.95 for rotation and balance. I usually get it at discount tire for around 15. I thought I d save myself a trip because I was already getting an oil change but wouldn t have paid 80 bucks for one. My fault for not asking how much it was. Then they charge a surcharge to use your credit card. Seriously? We are in 2020. To top it all off... my truck now pulls to the right when it didn t in the first place and my TPMS is acting up. Getting an intermittent low pressure signal when my tires are 45 psi all the way around. Tried to call the Service Advisor and it went to voicemail. Left a message but of course I m not getting a call back. Never coming back here and will do my best to stop anyone who is trying to come here. Wish they had a zero star option.

Had a great time ,the staff was very helpful and kind! Eric Rosenman so far Is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! Was in and out and approve fast! I highly recommend asking for Eric Rosenman, if your deciding to buy a car! You won t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful truck buying experience at Toyota of Alvin. We bought a 2017 Ram 2500 4x4 6.7 Cummins diesel. We dealt with Ron Krueger and Jason Dunaway. Both men were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They were a pleasure to work with, and made our truck buying experience easy and painless. They gave us a great deal on our new to us Ram 2500. Plus, they did us right on our 2013 Ram 1500 trade in. My service experience was excellent. The work was performed quickly and accurately. Simon, my service manager, was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I also commented to the sales manager that I noticed a vast improvement in sales personnel as I browsed the new inventory while waiting.
