Stellar reviews for my salesman Daniel Ramirez and the Finance Manager Brian Perez. They made an out of state purchase from Wisconsin so easy! Transaction was as seamless as it could possibly be. Also a shot out to Gaven the sales porter who picked me up from the airport and drove me to Keating Toyota. Such a wonderful team, couldn't have been happier. The car was detailed and ready to go and I was out of there and back on the road to the midwest super fast. I got a great deal on very nicely equipped 4runner! Recommend Daniel and the Keating team for anyone in the market for a new Toyota!

I went for a service for my Rav and went home with a brand new Highlander. I love this new branch, staff are very polite and professional. Great experience, definitely would recommend to friends and families. Plus, they have a kid s area where they could play while you wait.

I was very indecisive on a vehicle I wanted to go with but Americo Navarro & David listened to my wants and what I deemed a need in my new vehicle and I was advised many options that met all my standards or even options to modify aspects of the vehicle to meet my needs. They were professional and helpful in every way. I walked out with my dream car I couldn t be happier! Thank you Americo & David! And finance didn t pressure me into adding extra coverage or plans that I didn t want which other dealerships try very hard to do.

Don't expect transparency. Im editing this because the loan officers came through. I would not recommend doing anything with Shaun N. Be ready for him to load up you contract with a bunch of stuff you did not ask for. Would not buy a used skate board from him or recommend them to your most hated political foe.

I had a great experience buying my new scion here. Everyone was extremely friendly. Toni and stephen were amazing. Toni was so personable I felt like we should be friends. Exactly how a customer relations manager SHOULD be. She was my favorite part of my car buying process. Tanner did a great job as my salesman and worked very hard to close my deal. Im still thrilled with my new car.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I FEEL I WAS SCAMMED!!!

I have been working with the sales team for 4 days to get a deal completed for a Tundra Limited 4X4. When I received the sales price that fit my payment, I completed the credit application as requested. At that point it took multiple requests before they would provide me the stock number the sales price that fit my payment was for. That is when I noticed they failed to inform me that they changed the Tundra to a 4X2 rather than the 4X4 I had previously informed everyone was a requirement-in writing via email and over the phone. Upon me bringing this to the attention of Jeremy, the sales person I was speaking with, I was told he would get with Jason and get me an updated price. The dealership will now no longer take or return my calls. They simply say I can t let you hold for him
I recommend NOT purchasing from this dealership as it was an extremely frustrating experience and took several days of bs to just end at this.

Terrible. Management advertises a price and when you go in they tell you they added all this stuff and the price goes up 20%. And they will not negotiate. No wonder car salesman have such a reputation. There are too many good places too mess with these people. I hope the owners look at these reviews. Never again. Don't waste your time.

I like the service of my 2016 Camry SE although the wiper washer reservoir has a whole in it, they told me everything looks good and they top off all needed fluids. Driving home i noticed the wiper fluid light is on and i checked it when i got home and added fluid and it just poured right thru the driveway. Wowww

The manager was absolutely great. I was 2 seconds from leaving when he approached me and showed me some cars that weren't on the lot yet.
Overall they're very nice, the place is clean, they'll explain everything well. I gave it 4 stars because the time I spent there just sitting not sure what stage of the buying process I was in & that took about 4 hours.
But I would return.

They took advantage of my son he has Autism and when I told the Car Salesman and Manger he said he did not believe me...I said why would I wish that on my son... They overpriced the car by almost 8 thousand dollars. I must admit I got upset because no one wants anybody to take of advantage of their child. They took his 1000.00... and told me they was going to tow the car to my house...I said is this what you call professional service all in the name of a buck. I will never recommend this place to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle and my son was devastated...I told him lesson learnt everyone that smile in your face is not your friend and don t have your best interest at heart son. My son is my everything and Alvin Toyota took his trust in people. Sad day for me and my son having to explain to him how people can take advantage of the mentality ill. I am an American Veteran my family deserves better treatment.

I work at another dealership as a technician and I bought a truck here about a month ago. Got a great deal and they add on to the factory warranty. Good dealership got me great financing and was in and out in a reasonable 2 hours. Everyone likes to write a review when they have a bad experience but make no mistake they do a good job overall.

My wife and I decided to buy a new Toyota 4Runner and I Was dreading to go through process of dealing with a salesman. So I called several dealerships ships and just as I expected it was a lot of promises and great deals until I got to the the dealership and the sales pressure was on! After visiting 4 dealerships from Basdrop Texas to Houston Texas oh and one in Galveston. I was done and ready to give up! My wife of 35 years looked at me and said call one more and then we will give up! So we called Toyota Of Alvin. Talked to a sales professional and explained what I was looking for and he immediately said we can help you find what your looking for and he pretty much guaranteed me this would be my last stop and they would take care of us. He could tell I was very frustrated! Just from his very professional attitude and professionalism I told him we would come in but we re pretty much burnt of on car buying today. So we showed up at the dealership around 1:30 knowing we had to be at a very important engagement party by 5:30 needless to say we were stressed. From the time we walked in the door until we left we were treated with first class customer service. We really felt at ease. Everyone we encountered from our sales team to the front receptionist was great. The best part was we were in and out by 4:30 no to mention the overall great experience we had. They gave me more than we expected on our trade in and did exactly what the told us they would do. OVER THE TOP GREAT EXPERIENCE! Made our day!

Had an appointment at 9:30am was told it would take an hour and a half to do service. Oil change and wash. My truck was returned to me at 1:00 pm. The wash job did not remove dirt on outside of truck and inside had not been vacumed or wiped down. I was very upset.

Happy that we finally have a toyota place nearby but just one visit to their service center and it ruined our expectations. Took the highlander around 9:30 am for oil change and brake check. Had a call at 3:30 pm informing us that we need to leave the car overnight due to parts unavailability to which they already know that morning that said parts are not available. No follow up call till husband called the next day at 11 am. When he was ready to pay, there was a 3% service charge to use a credit card! Even a tiny store accepts a credit card without such charge! He wasn t informed or he could have brought in a debit card. Another surprise, he was told they did test drove the car. For 16 miles!?

Service dept. is expensive. We bought our Toyota here and have a powertrain warranty. I didn't realize they'd gouge us for parts and service. $120 just to look at the car is a rip off. I'm never going back unless we know it's covered under our warranty. They wanted to charge over $500 for a new battery and front brake pads. Outrageous. I should have gone to Ash Automotive.

Our Sales persons Mr. Austin Gilder and Mr. Navarro were both Professional and very considerate of our needs and Budget. The vehicle itself is amazing. The sales person did a great job. The transaction itself was smooth, but nothing amazing. Not sure how the car purchase transaction works with the paper works, but as the customer it is not my job. Dealership and sales person understood I live more than an hour away to buy a vehicle at their dealership. Dealership had no problem charging me the fees required for vehicle but "forgot" to complete inspection on the vehicle for me to get my license plate. Now I am "forced" to drive all the way back to have it inspected, which again it is about an hour (I live in Tomball). If you buy a vehicle here, please make sure that is completed before your family has to go through this inconvenience.

If you're interested in a Toyota and you've decided to go to Toyota of Alvin, I recommend going with salesman Raul. He's very thorough, friendly and patient when it comes to looking and buying a car. The best part was that he wasn't pushy at all. He took the time to explain things (about the vehicle and finances)and let me go home to "think about it" about 3 times until I was finally convinced that he had found the best deal for me. I had visited other dealerships and none were able to give me the variety of vehicles that I was looking for. Overall, ill be going back to this location and Raul to buy a car because of the way he handled business and his great personality.He represents this company well.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Bought a used car on Wednesday, which was not pleasant, was told car would be ready on Thursday. Called a couple of times on Thursday but got no response. Finally got a call at 5:45 p.m. and 8:50 p.m. to tell me they didn't really know the status of the auto. They have the money for the car, so now I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Purchased a Rav4 November of 2019 and a Camry in ...

Purchased a Rav4 November of 2019 and a Camry in January of 2020, First of all my MOM is handicapped and uses oxygen, very disappointing to see all the handicap parking at dealership, on a rainy day filled with new dealer stock. not leaving open for real handicap customers.
1. dealership not responsive after purchase on multiple phone calls concerning Rav4, had scratches on the Hood that were not noticeable in our rainstorm purchase. (Advice NEVER TAKE Delivery on rainy day)
2. license plates on one vehicle to given to handicapped mom didn't offer to install on one purchase of Rav4.
3. TWO TIMES used a referring customers name for cash bonus on both New Car purchases, and when contacted sales man after purchases were completed about referral CASH. We were told we got to good a deal so they wouldn't pay referral cash on our deals.

Warning dealerships pushes sell of APEX system for major cash add on to price of vehicle for dealership profit. its not required in purchase, We did not purchase on either of the two NEW vehicles recently purchased.

Toyotas a great Product but be aware of all the add on to cost that the dealerships try to force on you. APEX , PAINT/FABRIC Warranty's

On June 6th, I went to Toyota of Alvin and purchas...

On June 6th, I went to Toyota of Alvin and purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra. I was generally pleased with the buying process in that I felt like I got a decent deal on the purchase as well as on my trade in. I was also pleased with how quickly I was in and out of the dealership. Within the first week, I started having mechanical issues with my vehicle that I felt potentially put me and others in harm's way. While I was driving the engine would shut off putting me in a dangerous situation on the road. I brought the truck in to have the service department look at it where they had no hesitation to try and charge me close to $300 for the service a week after purchasing the vehicle in good faith. I drove off the lot with my truck assuming it would now be fully functioning. About three days later, I started having the same issue. I brought it back into the service department to have them look at it a second time. Ultimately, they told me it was a different issue than what they previously thought, and so they did reimburse me for what I spent on my first visit. I drove off for the third time assuming my vehicle was fully functioning but less than a week later, the same issue happened for a third time. Let me reiterate that every time the issue happened, it was a potentially hazardous situation. They have now had my truck since Saturday, June 25 and have made little effort to contact me and keep me informed of the status of the repair. In all of my contact with the service department, I have had to take time to reach out to them and track down what is going on. Every day I have been told I would be contacted at a certain time with an update on the status and every day I have had to call them only to find out that "they have been really busy so they are just now able to look at it" even though they have had it since Saturday and it is now Wednesday. I have been extremely disappointed in how this process has turned out. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with the faith that their employees would only sell a product that was in a good, working, and safe condition. Out of the three weeks I have owned the vehicle, I have only been able to drive it for about half that time.

I can confidently say that I cannot with good conscience refer any of you to Toyota of Alvin for a new or used vehicle as they have shown considerable negligence in dealing with my situation.

This is not how you do business. This was the voicemail my friend got after getting initially disrespected by the salesman. Jeremy Smith needs to learn how to have a little more tact and professionalism with customers. A customer calling and asking for pricing doesn't mean that they deserve to receive a call back with a voicemail like this... How old are you man? Mac Haik is right up the road. I would recommend going there.

We did most of our negotiating over the phone before we drove 60 miles to Alvin to purchase our new Avalon Hybrid. Internet Sales Manager,Frank Oloh, was very helpful in the final negotiations for our purchase and trade. Everyone at Toyota of Alvin is terrific! The finance person, Wesley McClellan, was very patient and explained everything we were signing. He didn't "pressure" us to purchase extra items, we knew what we could and could not afford to purchase with the vehicle. Toni Horne, the customer service rep. was as sweet as can be. She made sure our questions were answered and followed up with us during the purchasing process. The service dept. is terrific as well! We went back to Toyota of Alvin a week later to have accessories installed and got in and out in about an hour. Would we buy another car from Toyota of Alvin...ABSOLUTELY!!

Went to test drive and look for my wife a new mid size SUV. Could not have been more pleased with purchasing a vehicle, even when that was not our intention.
