Brought my car in for service today and quite possibly had the worst experience ever. The man who assisted me was probably the most condescending person I ve ever met. I don t think
He fully comprehended that my pee woman sized brain knew cars needed oil changes. Who would ve thought! Then as I asked a question about a light on in my dashboard, crazy I know, and he proceeded to tell me I don t know why the lights decide to turn on in YOUR car. Wow I hadn t thought of that! He then pointed out a crack in my rear tail light which I was aware of, but he made no attempt to offer me a price quote, or assist me with setting up another service date to fix it. Isn t the service department supposed to service your vehicle? I guess not. I will be bringing my business elsewhere, perhaps somewhere that respects its customers.

Was passing by on a Saturday, remembered I had a recall notice, went in and asked what can we do for scheduling, they said it takes an hour but they were busy, just when I was thinking of maybe another day in few weeks, Michael King (service rep) said he can give me a loaner and have it ready before the end of the day. Worked out great, I basically didn't need the car all day, had to drive myself home and back to the dealer, but had a taste of a 2019 q7 (newer version of my suv). So, all an all, it was great to take care of this issue within the same day.
Thank you Michael, and thank you Audi, I wish the Audi connect was not locked to at&t e-sim, I have tmobile.

I flew to NJ from Colorado to pick up my new car which I was nervous I haven t purchased a new car in 10 years & im from out of state
I worked with John Herencia he was great!! Followed up with me throughout the entire process worked extremely patiently with my bank and was quick to respond to me and my bank and getting all the things they needed with a sense of urgency which I appreciate
He picked me up from the airport was very personable and when I got to the dealiship & was waiting on my paperwork I had other employees ask me if needed help and to help my self to coffee and make my self comfortable it was just really nice welcoming atmosphere

They took care of all my paperwork quick and easy John walked me through my new car
Explained all the gadgets inside and tech

When I got home he walked me through all the details step by step on Audi connect and all that fun stuff over the phone

This guy also texted me info or answered questions on his personal cell phone which is pretty above and beyond any other customer service I ve received anywhere else in a while
Extremely pleased with giving these guys my money & looking forward to more pleasant experiences for the next 10 years I own this car

Went in today for a service repair and check engine light and the service department was exceptional: 5 star service! The process of booking the appointment, arriving and checking in my car, and then later picking up my car was seamless and effortless. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was exactly as I wanted it and needed it for my family. Thank you again!

Steven is great. He is by far one of the most helpful car service employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He answered every one of my questions and gave me very helpful tips on how to keep the car performing at its highest level. Howard was also there and he is a great salesman. i was at the showroom 2 weeks prior to look at several vehicles as i was interested in buying a new car.
the showroom was pretty empty for a saturday and there my son and i stood waiting for a sales rep to see us.
instead there was alot of talking going and laughing while your reps were in a few groups talking and laughing. I waiting over 15 minutes entertaining my 10 year old in and out of cars pretending he was buying one of them. we decided to leave and nobody even asked us if they can help us or anything. was not used to this from prior purchases of vehicles from bmw, mercedes or even Jeep or Ford for that matter
last friday on a rainy day my wife convinced me to return -
met with my sales rep right away - the one to his left didnt want to see us as he was " waiting for a customer to come in " he was nice and attentive. though the one critisim was that due to the promotions I felt i was being pushed to lease the car vs buying even though i asked for price to purchase. After emphasizing the fact that we are not looking for a lease but a purchase all the rest went well. We found the color, model and everything we were looking, he was GREAT - and so pleasant to be around, listened to all concerns and showed great cooperation. Then the details he went through when i returned the same day to pick up the car was incredible. the amount of time he spent showing and explaining showed he really cared and was excited to have sold the car to us.
sorry for the other reps that could of had my business in the past as perhaps they didnt feel i was a real customer. purchased the car same day i walked in and drove out

my first audi experience started off a little rocky, but in the end, town audi made it a point to satisfy my needs. sales and service teams were very attentive and caring. the person in the middle of everything was my salesperson, kristian klouda. kristian was extremely helpful and understanding throughout my car buying process. he provided memorable world class customer service and helped me erase ideas of the stereotypical car salesman. if you are in the market for a positive car buying experience, go to kristian at town audi. i highly recommend it.

Took my Q5 yesterday to get the front light replaced after work (6:15pm) and was shocked at the lack of professionalism by the service department. This lady behaved like a teenager with rude questions and was more interested in getting out then helping me fix the car. I did not say anything and walked over to the showroom considering test driving a Q6 with a nice sales person. Instead was informed that the car could not be done and the same service lady while working on a loaner was again so rude that I had to leave and now will be looking at another Audi dealership to work with. Wish I had caught her name.

I live almost 90 min away and my office is 45 min away. However, I will definitely go out of my way to bring my 2014 Q5 to Town Audi for service. Steve Maccaquano is outstanding to deal with. I recently had an issue with Audi care - the prior owner had purchased the same mileage coverage that I had unknowingly purchased. He worked with Sales to advance my service to the next milestone which was more comprehensive than what I had purchased (at no additional cost). My car also needed rotors / pads all around and he worked with me on the price. His professionalism and customer Service is the reason I will continue to go out of my way for service at Town Audi.

I needed to service my 08 Audi TT Quattro Convertible for it has been garaged kept and has 61,195 miles on it. I had a few concerns and Michael was extremely knowledgeable with what should be done. He even suggested items that I need to address in the future to continue peak performance of my vehicle. Arriving at 7:00am I was finished by 9:30am very efficient and in this COVID environment everyone strived to put safety first.

The sales and finance staff exhibited no sense of urgency in conducting my business and couldn't be inconvenienced to submit my 3rd party loan documents in a timely fashion. So much so that they asked me to submit a loan application through them, more than 4 days after I provided my documents. Basically they sat on the documents for those days. They also promised that I would get the same great rate and that it would help expedite the process. Their loan offer came in 1.5% more than my rate. The 3rd party loan company also played a big part in my dissatisfaction but it's concerning that the Town Audi staff took no responsibility for their actions, they only blamed the loan company. After 2 weeks of waiting and not seeing much traction, I decided that neither company deserved my business so I cancelled the deal and loan. I understand that my case is unique but I get the sense that this indifference is common practice at Town Audi.

The worst service experience I have had. Unresponsive service people, followed by unresponsive management. Furthermore, after they diagnosed my car needed new brakes and rotors, they never returned my calls and I referred the matter to Audi USA who sent me to Audi Meadowlands. There they showed me that I didn't need either. Strange!!!!! isn't it.

At Town Audi they don't sell cars, they build relationships. I had an excellent experience from the moment I made the first inquiry up and through the first service. The staff is friendly and genuinely care about satisfying the customer. In the Sales department, Michael C. is great, he is easy to reach, easy to talk to and made me feel right at home the moment I arrived. Michael treated me with respect and made me feel that Town Audi was a great group to which I belonged. Even though I asked Michael numerous questions, I didn't get the feeling that I was being burdensome and annoying or that any of my questions were silly. Frank R. and Kristian K. assisted me with questions and made me feel like the three of them were old friends. The Sales Department overdelivered on each of its promises and that had me feeling more like family than a random customer.

Although I had a great experience purchasing, I held off my review until I was able to also get a feel for the Town Audi Service department. Steve M. took care of my vehicle and made sure that I knew exactly what was happening along each stage. Steve did an excellent job keeping me in the loop and making sure my vehicle received the necessary service. Additionally, Town Audi was kind enough to give me a beautiful and brand new fully-loaded loaner vehicle that was a joy to drive until my vehicle was ready.

Overall the experience was over and above all prior experiences I have had with dealers in the past and Town Audi has clearly set itself apart from any would-be competitors. I look forward to my next purchase with Town Audi.

Had the pleasure in working with Greitcha Abreu at this dealer. Came in one evening for an A5 Sportback and was greeted promptly right away. ... great looking showroom with a friendly atmosphere... I came in with a certain number to work with and mentioned that I was coming out of a Mercedes Brand ... she walked me through what Audi was all about , presented choices that made sense for my budget and needs. She was knowledgeable and precise with the Offer. No behind the scene suprises like other dealers would do ... because of the treatment I recvd not only from Greitcha, but had a great experience from upper management as well. Cash, Tommy and Danny! I can totally say I am very happy with the decision I made walking out with an Audi A7 just the next day! Recently had my 2017 Audi S6 serviced at Town Audi. My service advisor was Jeremy and service tech was Rob. I have had many vehicles serviced at many dealerships throughout the years and with different brands. This was by far the best overall experience. The level of customer service, knowledge and attention to detail not only met my expectations by exceeded them (keeping in my I tend to have high expectations) I will certain be servicing my vehicle with Jermey and Rob at Town Audi as well as referring my friends, family and colleagues. Town Audi ownership should be proud and privileged to have Jermey and Rob representing their service department and the Audi brand.

Our family has owned/leased seven Audis in the past, with six of them from Town Audi. This was my first and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. Our sales associate had approached us in June to trade in our 2013 S5 for a new 2015 S5 (we had a year left). We had no reason to do this, but Town made us an offer that we were comfortable with. The car we agreed to was the same S5 Quattro with Bang and Olufsen sound system, sunroof, navigation, backup camera - basically the exact car we already had. After we verbally made the deal, our sales associate told us the car was here but without the navigation and camera as we had discussed. We could pick up the car now and get it installed once the parts arrived, lower our monthly costs without those "extras" or get it in another color. He told us the installation would not increase our monthly price and when I asked him several times to confirm that this installation would be a clean install no hack - basically what we had originally spoke upon - he seemed to give me an answer that it was. We then made an appointment for the following week and sent him all our documents to draw up the contract. Even with the appointment and sending him our paperwork in advance, it took four hours to complete. Granted there was an issue with our insurance but it was obvious nothing was done beforehand. Once the parts were in, Town set up the installation to be done at my house for my convenience. I was surprised that it was not Town Audi or Audi engineers but a third party car repair service. The installations were not Audi installations but a third party navigation system and a tacked on backup camera on the trunk. Our navigation system on our previous S5 had a console system with a navigation button, but on this installation, we have to go through our steering wheel to go into a navigation system that is embarrassing to be told it is of Audi quality. Also, the backup camera is not seamless and you can hear the click of it overriding the original screen into the camera screen with a lag and screen color changes - oh and no sensors. I contacted our sales associate and asked him to give us the installation we agreed on or to take this out and renegotiate the financials. He responded by saying it was my fault for signing the contract and there was nothing he was going to or willing to do. He denied ever confirming it was going to be an Audi install and told us that he did give us full disclosure of this by telling us our navigation was touch screen. He told us any Audi lover knows that Audi MMI systems don't come in touch screens, so this third party installation was implied. He said he did nothing wrong and because we signed the contract we were done and there was nothing he could do for us.
Just as we go to a doctor when we are sick, go to an accountant when we need help with our finances, we go to a car dealer, a car specialist to help us get what we want. I believe that car dealers are more knowledgeable than us, so they have the professional responsibility to guide us and give us all the information about the car before we sign the contract. Had we been told clearly that we were not going to get the navigation and camera we wanted we would never have signed the contract.
To Town's credit, the general sales manager was far more professional and did take my concerns seriously. He was polite and kind and at least offered to look into other options for us. Unfortunately, Town was not willing to spend money to ameliorate the situation or give us any other options. Our sales associate also did not follow up with me about getting my plates and registration for the new car. For a luxury car like Audi I expected better. It is not fair for a customer to be stuck in an unhappy and misled contract and also be told it is their fault for signing it. I hope this disappointing quality of service and product is not indicative of Audis.

My wife and I had started the day planning to buy a BMW but decided to stop by Town Audi about an hour before closing. We wound up chatting with John and his knowledge of their product convinced me that I needed to go on a test drive before we left the dealership that day. Half an hour later we were pricing out a new A4 and an hour later John matched us up with the perfect car for us. I've had the car for three days now and I couldn't be happier. So let 1st say that this has been the most painful and the same time the best sales experience that i have ever had. My salesman Arun was most patient person when it came to me going and forth on whether i wanted the S5 of A5. In the end i went with a S-Line misano red A5, which i completely love. Hands down the best looking and driving car i have ever owned. I Order my car 3 months ago and showed up at the dealer almost every day until the car arrived Early, which was due to the all the calls made by Arun to get the car here. I can't stress enough how patient and understanding of my needs the sales staff was, town audi is simply awesome.

If you have any trouble with your Audi, do yourself a favor and bring it to Town Audi. The Service Department is first class all the way. From the friendly greeting upon entering, to the professional and knowledgeable client account managers, to the well trained mechanics, to the bottle of water and mints you receive in your newly repaired (and washed) car when it s finished, it really is a unique and delightful customer experience.

I recently had my car serviced at Town Audi. I unfortunately had a run-in with a squirrel, or better said, the squirrel decided to take up residence in my engine to get out of the freezing cold, snow filled winter of 2015. The damage was extensive and unusual most of the electrical wiring was destroyed, hoses were chewed up, the fuel line was damaged, sensors had to be replaced and on and on. Melanie and Steve, the Town Audi client service managers, jumped right in to help me. They handled every single detail of the repair including dealing with my insurance company, ordering parts (not typically ordered) from Germany, and keeping me informed every step of the way. It was through Steve and Melanie s direct actions their detailed explanations, their patience with the insurance process, their relentless phone calls to my insurance agent, that the cost of the entire repair was covered by my insurance company.

But that wasn t all! While my car was in the shop, I mentioned to Steve and Melanie a long standing problem I was having. My car was not starting properly and I wasn t sure what the issue was. Steve and Melanie stepped right in to ensure this problem was addressed while the car was getting the other repairs . AND they ensured and confirmed that the repair was covered under my warranty. Had I taken the car to another dealer, I am sure I would have had trouble with the warranty issue. My car now drives like it is brand new! I cannot thank Steve, Melanie and the entire Town Audi Service team enough. They really went above and beyond for me. I will ALWAYS bring my car to Town Audi for service and I am a loyal Audi client for life!

Town Audi is a bunch of crooks - I had to early terminate a lease on an A6 and agreed on a penalty amount for the early return, and long story short, they changed the story and tried to eat another month's lease payment ($660+) that was taken out by autopay from my bank account the day after the car was returned.

I agreed to return the car on a specific date (May 9), a day before the next payment date for the following month (i.e., month beginning May 10). I discussed that specific return date with the manager (Anthony) who in my presence in his office checked the next payment date and agreed on the payment amount based on terminating the lease on May 9 and eliminating the May 10 payment obligation.

In sum, I paid the early return penalty amount as agreed on May 9 but failed to immediately stop the autopay that had been set up and that turned out to be a big mistake. Town Audi was extremely unresponsive to my requests for a refund of the extra month's lease payment AND AFTER A MONTH OF FOLLOW-UP they had the galls to say the early return amount was computed based on that extra month's payment. After protest they're now saying they'll return just half (i.e., $332) of that extra month's payment.

Moral of the story? You can't trust car dealers, especially Town Audi and the manager there (Anthony). Total crooks that ruined an otherwise good experience with the A6 itself.

Incredible experience at Town Audi. Sales manager Danny and our sales rep Jenu did an incredible job in getting us into exactly the vehicle we wanted. The staff as a whole here is top notch and bends over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied. Very impressed and appreciative of their effort and we look forward to doing business again in the future

Saturday, my experience with Town Audi was initially okay. The guy who took care of me and my friend tried to be helpful. We looked for A3 with features and color I liked. We found one and we started negotiating about the lease and payments until we came to a deal that he said "this is toady's deal, either take or leave it because it can't wait till Monday" so I said okay I'll take it and I was very satisfied and of course happy. Then, he went to talk to sales manager and came back after 5 min saying we can't do this deal as the manager didn't approve it. I was surprised and shocked because I was given that offer by town Audi representative. Near the end, he said "can you go up by $7 a month". then the sales manager came at the end for 2 minutes and said "we can't do this deal unless you pay this amount a month with no negotiation". I said that's not the deal I was offered 30 min ago, he said "nice to meet you". That was very frustrating and I'm sorry to say it was very unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone....

We have had a Takata Airbag Recall open for months.
I get notices that it's urgent and we shouldn't use the front passenger seat. When I try to schedule the repair, they give us an appointment and
then when we come in, they tell us there's been a mixup and they don't have the part.(this happened twice) They don't return phonecalls either.

My family and I were on our way back from a weekend trip in the Poconos, and unbeknownst to us our Q7 TDI was accidentally filled with gasoline tainted fuel on the way to the Poconos from our home on Long Island. As a result, our car completely broke down about a quarter-mile from the George Washington Bridge on our trip back home. We used the complimentary Audi roadside assistance afforded to us by the Settlement Package to get towed to the nearest Audi dealership, which was Town Audi. Unfortunately the tow truck only had room for two passengers so my wife and youngest daughter rode to your dealership while my other two chidren and I walked the two miles there. Needless to say we were all a little upset - was our car dead? How were we going to get home now - we're in New Jersey and our home is all the way out on Long Island?

Well, I just want to let you know that David Spill was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get us a loaner car for a week instead of having to spend hundreds for a regular rental car. He was incredibly nice and made that trying time a lot easier to get through. Because of David, and the rest of the staff that we dealt with there, our experience at your dealership was a very positive one and it's too bad we live more than 70 miles away or we'd use you for our service needs.

I called for service records and found out they never put a new one in. Even after having my sales person back me up and telling management I was misinformed. Which I commend him for doing. It still took well over a month before they finally did the right thing and replaced my clutch for free. Even though they bit the bullet and replaced it. I'll never go there again. Hard to trust a place that lies to you and makes you jump through hoops even though they know they are 100% wrong.

Dishonest behavior and no follow up after signing. I could name at least three employees at this business that demonstrated very disrespectful behavior against a customer. I would just keep my review short and sweet by letting you know that they would say and do anything for you before you sign the lease or purchase a car. After you sign? That is the question. They mock you behind your back.

I live in NYC, but I lease my Q3 from Town Audi because after some negative experience with the dealerships in NY and Westchester, I found people who are courteous, professional and understanding about my needs. I also service my car at Town Audi because they accommodate my appointments, they are fast, and always do an excellent job. I chose Town because initially, I thought they were the only nearby dealer with the exact car we wanted. When that wasn't the case, I thought we might put our search on hold. However, Michael Digiacomo came to the rescue. Not only did he initially answer my 1000 questions, but he found us the car we wanted. One thing I want to point out is that we never felt hassled during this process -- not once. He did not blast me with emails, calls etc, and I felt like he really respected my time and space. There was only one time I received an email from him that was not a direct reply to one I sent him, and that was to say he located not one but two options for us. One of those options is the car we ended up buying. Had he not sent me those options I would not be writing this review.

Michael Digiacomo was the best person I have ever worked with in buying a car. I hope we don't have to ever work with anyone else ever again ever. He knew what we wanted, found it, and made the sale happen. The process was clearcut and took minimal time. It was perfect! I can't recommend him highly enough.

I just had the best experience in this Audi dealer. Even in this hard moment we are going through with the Covid19 they did a great job on my Audi A4 changing the windshield and some others services that my car needed. Chris was my service advisor and he did great. Since the first day he told my how much will cost me to change the windshield and he also explains my about the warranty that my card had from the previous owner that the dealer where i bought the car never mentioned (Audi of Meadowlands). If you are a customer that is coming from Audi of Meadowlands or other dealer because you didn't liked it, don't worry this is the best one you can go. Absolutely great service rep!!! Robert Marcial did everything that I requested and more. He always answered my questions and fulfilled my requests. He helped me find the exact color and style for my Q5. I had a time restraint and he made it work. All salesmen should be like him! 100% happy !!
