Michael King from the service department is truly a great addition to the Town Audi team. He has been helpful from the moment I walked in. I was leaving my car to have an urgent service performed without an appointment and he accommodated my circumstances. In addition, Michael was extremely considerate providing me with options of obtaining a loaner car so I will be able to get to work, I did not even have to ask for this. The last time I received service was a nightmare, I will not discuss this in the review because it is now the past. Thank you Michael for changing my entire perspective on this dealership.

Other than someone driving into my car (slight tap, not Town Audi's fault and no biggie :)) Experience was great. While I waited to get my airbag changed, had plenty of conversation with the folks there. Ordered some floor mats as work got done too. 5 Star place. Great Job!

We have been an Audi family for more than 15 years. The team at Town Audi has always exceeded our expectations in both sales and service. Our sales rep, Jenu Jose, who assisted us on our latest purchase of a Q3, which we are enjoying tremendously, wasfantastic and I can't recommend both him and the staff at Town Audi enough.

Had another service experience at Town Audi. With the help of Adrian, it went as smoothly as possible. I was totally pleased with my service experience, as I was with my past experiences. I had purchased two Audi's previously from a different dealer. There is a difference. As I mentioned in my last review, Town Audi is definitely worth the trip.

Melanie was absolutely amazing. I came in with a flat tire, she had a loaner ready for me because I had an important meeting. While the tire was changed, the crew did my 5000 service and the car was back to me the next afternoon. The Town Audi staff gives the best service and are so accommodating to there customers. I highly recommend the Town Motors dealerships!!!

I did not write this response. Please take it down. I do not recommend Town Audi after several failed attempts to service my RS7!

Professional and courteous staff. Quick in understanding customer needs and seamless in providing service. We had a pleasure to purchase our first Audi with John Woo. By far the best experience I've had with any sales professional. I have already recommended John and Town Audi to few of my friends who might be in the market for a new car in short future.

Great place they were actually courteous and pleasant to deal with tho at the end of the day you are still going to be working with a car dealership it's important to not forget this fact how ever as far as dealerships go they were very accommodating and willing to move on price. Which is more then I can say for most places I've dealt with. I personally dealt with Ben the whole way and it was a quick painless process. Would recommend this place to a friend for sure.

I bought a used Audi Q5 from Town Audi and it was a great experience. My sales rep, Gian was a pleasure to deal with. Price was fair, financing was a good experience and the car was in great shape. Happy to recommend them and Gian.

The service was great and quick. People were very professional. Went in for a repair and came back with my car as good as new.
The only complaint is that it s not a place where I can sit and work while waiting for the car. There are no separate spaces to sit. There is a good lounge area but not where one can work over the laptop. And I know it has nothing to do with the car service/repair - which is great. And hence a 5 star.
