The sales person Fabian Rendon did an outstanding ...

The sales person Fabian Rendon did an outstanding job, he knew about the car, explain how to use certain things, he knew how to treat the customer, very efficient. I strongly recommend if you ever go to BMW in Morristown to ask for him. Also, i didn't have to wait that much, he had all the documentation ready and explained it correctly every document that i signed.

Angela Singer is a great face for the service desk...

Angela Singer is a great face for the service desk at BMW Morristown. There was a light on indicating something was wrong with my car, but I did not recognize the icon. Instead of rolling her eyes at me, she took the initiative to find her sheet of dashboard icons and help diagnose the light. Then she immediately got up and took me to my loaner car - quickly, swiftly, politely got me to the car. It really doesn't take much to deliver great customer service, but it's seldom that I leave feeling happy about my service. Angela struck the right chord. She should be an example.

You know if I made the trip from NYC, it must've been worth it and it was! 5-stars all the way. I felt abused by BMW of Manhattan (had my car days and refused to work with 3rd party warranty, contrary to me telling them multiple times before I took it in), then called a BMW dealer in Brooklyn multiple times & after each promise to call me back, they didn't. So, 32 miles away from me, I saw there was Morristown BMW. I contacted Service and was put together with a dedicated service provider, Alan Carpini, who was nothing less than amazing! He arranged a ride to the train station nearby to go back to NYC, so if you need great service anywhere nearby, make the trip! Alan worked with my 3rd party warranty every step of the way, and what they wouldn't cover we went over AND even after all that Alan gave me a substantial discount! Not that BMW of Morristown took long with the repairs (they didn't), but that my warranty made them jump through many hoops, they gave me a practically new (<6K miles) loaner BMW 328 for FREE 13 days (repeat-- it was A LOT of work and less than half the time was after the warranty agreed to what they'd do). This was INVALUABLE, because I had rented a beach condo a couple hundred miles away for vacation near no public transport and wouldn't have been able to get there! And, when it was time to pickup my car, Marjana Stokes was so sweet and helpful, making it just minutes to get outta there and back to the beach. Trust is hard to come by regarding car sales or car repairs (I'm a single mom & in the past some places have seen me "coming a mile away" so to speak), but I've gotta say unequivocably BMW of Morristown has earned my trust 100%+ ! If you know what's good for you & your BMW, you should take yours there too! And ask for Alan!

I ll start by saying I don t usually write reviews. It s unfortunate because I rely so heavily on reviews when I m interested in making purchases. In this case I have to make an exception. Mark Carvalho of BMW Morristown made my buying experience extremely pleasant. He was not the average salesman just looking to sell a car. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question with ease. He genuinely wanted to know what I was interested in and what would make me a happy customer. After the sale was final and I came back the next evening to pick up my BMW X3 he spent over an hour in the car showing me how everything worked as well as assisting with all the programming. Not only will I buy any future cars I m interested in purchasing from him but I ll send anyone I know to him that express an interest. He certainly has a loyal customer for years to come. Thank you again Mark for stellar customer service!

Pretty irritating that the car I purchased from this dealership, and one i've continuously complained about, continues to have issues. Aside from the delays in receiving it, I recently had a radiator failure that had to be warranty repaired. What an inconvenience! Unbelievable that a car with under 40k miles has a radiator failure. To this day, the entire experience has soured the ownership of this beautiful car!!

After having the worst experience with "side lot" dealerships, me and my sister decided to take our business to BMW of Morristown and I must admit I recently had an unbelievable experience shopping for my first BMW. My salesperson, Larry Shakur Stokes, hands down was the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with at this dealership or at competitive dealerships. He made me feel right at home and took great care of me. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and knew everything about the different models and features. I described the type of car I was looking for and Larry made it happen. Larry made the shopping experience easy, pleasurable, and memorable. I highly recommend Larry to anyone looking for a BMW.

Let me first say that this is my first time visiting BMW of Morristown and wow! What a great inventory and layout they have. Very modern and well organized. I had the fortunate experience of having Shravan as my Client Assistant, who is very knowledgable about the BMW brand and who is also enthusiastic about insuring your experience is fair and as seamless as possible. The time between me ordering my car to actually having it delivered was extremely fast. Every member of the Morristown BMW team were helpful and knowledgable. Shravan also insured that I maximized every benefit I was eligible for offered by BMW. In all my years purchasing cars, this was by far the easiest. I honestly recommend BMW of Morristown and ask for Shravan.

It is an amazing place to lease a car, and I highly recommend Fabian Rendon, who is professional, knowledgeable, and really succeeds in understanding his customer needs! I just renewed my second lease with him and I feel is he always finds a great option for me. The location, the car and team is great, and Fabian makes it even better. I feel I'm getting a reasonable deal and best option for what I'm looking for. I definitely recommend BMW Morristown, and if you can, talk to Fabian if you want sincere, good advice!

My experience at BMW of Morristown was excellent. I got to speak ahead of time to Enrique and when I arrived at the dealer he had the car I was looking at all ready for me waiting warmed up. Enrique was very professional and eager to help. He got me a very good deal which got even better after we got to speak to his manager Omar. The whole process was seamless and I would definitely go back there to buy my next car!

went to check out 2011 x3 certified used, I met and worked with sales person Robert who was professional and informative. he ran my credit and offered 2.9 % based on my credit score ( above 775). he was friendly and helpful .indeed we reached a deal and signed buying order.
moved back to finance department and met Mr SW who changed the interest rate up to 3.9 % and failed to tell us about that.you can fill the rest of the details.
not realizing that Mr finance whiz jacked up the interest ,we signed and purchased the car .
on hind sight it is my fault for not reading every shred of info crammed.
next few hours as I was storing the purchase document ,it hit me.
I contacted SW. who started telling me that sales person should not run credit or give any info about the interest to the customer. ........
really ?
the whole deal to me was structured based upon the final purchase price and the interest rate.
he continued to tell a long story of of blah blah and refused repeatedly to take responsibility for the change.
I know it is a business practice . and if he said that rather than blaming the salesperson and telling lies ,I may have moved on.
FYI I was a returning customer to them as I purchased 3 series on 2008.
long story short I can not recommend morristown BMW to you
I wish I can.

x3 which is certified needed front brake pads in less than 1000 mile afte purchase
. report from service showed that front pads at 3 mm thick only.
translation Morristown BMW sold us a certified x3 wiithout doing the brake service.
my wife almost had accidnet because of that.
used car manager or sale persons will not return e mail or call. ( they know they are guilty)
will take the issue to DA or small claim court.
what a horrible .disgusting experience

Ask for DIANA! After researching for 4+ months and speaking with 3 different BMW dealerships, I called randomly 10am on a Saturday morning and luckily connected with Diana Lynn. She had the car I wanted, worked out a phenomenal deal, (all over the phone!) and I was driving off the lot by 1pm in my brand new car. The entire experience was seamless and actually enjoyable. After reading some negative reviews, I was dead-set on not leasing my BMW from here. But since its relatively close to where I live, I just went in to check out the colors in person one more time.

By this time I had done my rounds at several other highly rated BMW dealerships in NJ and NY.

But test driving with their rep Fabian Rendon is what completely sold me! It was by far the best leasing experience I have had, start to finish.

The way I handle speed and control of cars is one of the things I am proud of. In the 20 short minutes I was on the test drive with Fabian he showed me a few things that will stay with me - on how to drive the BMW differently than other cars to get more out of them.

After my obvious elation with the test drive, we parked the car and he said "I will give you a deal that's unbeatable". And he did, it blew away every other estimate I got. And that too for a car with all the options. Others dealerships were quoting me MUCH higher prices without ANY options or packages.

Great salesman, great test drive, great price, all the options, great after sales follow through. What more can I ask for?

Give these guys a chance, and lookup Fabian when you're there.

We have had great experiences with Mo and Kaman, both of whom always take care of us to the best of their abilities. We never have to worry about any of our cars, and we have directed many of our friends to get their cars here too. Our latest vehicle is an X7 and we are loving it so far. I have worked with service over the years and they have always been courteous and fair, with both warranty and non-warranty service. Making appointments and receiving loaner cars has always been easy. The service advisors have been great always keeping me informed as to the status of my car and providing solid advice as to the repairs necessary. I have sent numerous friends and business associates to BMW of Morristown over the years, and all of them had great experiences. I highly recommend BMW of Morristown to anyone who wants the Ultimate Driving Experience from sales to service, and especially the cars.

I have always believed that no one and nothing is Perfect but for over 20 years, Carlos Duarte and his team have been absolutely PERFECT! Carlos is hardworking, attentive, understanding of schedules and time constraints, actually cares about his clients, is prideful about the work performed and is courteous, professional and simply extraordinary. The team at Morristown are beyond impressive in everything that they do and I defy anyone to find any team that is comparable. I saw this amazing deal for a 328x on their website and I was able to get a scheduled appointment for 12pm today. Not only did the dealer I made the appointment with not come in to work that day, the car I wanted wasn't even there!! I'd never recommend this dealership to anyone!!

Very nice service staff, good loaner availability. They were good to deal with even when my wife had an accident in a loaner. Usually very little wait, and easy to get to service facility. BMW of Bloomfield is closer to me, but I still got to Morristown because the experience is so much better.

She valued what I had to say and respected what I wanted to spend and not once did she try to push me into purchasing a vehicle that she knew I would not be happy with. She kept searching to find a car that was exactly what I wanted for what I was able to spend and eventually found the perfect car for me. My lease wasn't up for a few months but I happened to be in the dealership tending to a flat tire on my 535 XDrive(ugh!), To kill time I started looking at the new BMW's in the showroom.

A couple of hours later, I had purchased a 535D XDrive. My salesmen, Larry Stokes gave me a fair price up front and made the process quick and easy.

This is my third BMW, I absolutely love the Diesel, the engine is smooth, powerful and gets great MPG.

I bought one car and leased a second one at this dealership on November 21. Our experience was excellent. There was no pressure, the pricing was transparent, the negotiations quite friendly, and the ultimate price was fair to the dealership and to me. Our salesperson Alvin Monroy not only knew the cars we were trading, but also was very well versed in the BMW line and his inventory. I highly recommend the dealership, and Alvin as well. The used car manager, Gary, was pleasant and easy to deal with. In fact, he is the first used car manager I've ever met who was NOT sour and bordering on rude! It was a pleasure dealing with both of these gentlemen.
UPDATE: A few days after the sale, I emailed Alvin with a question during the evening. I was expecting to hear from him the next business day. He answered me ON SUNDAY NIGHT with valuable information I needed. This is customer service on an extraordinary level.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first BMW from this dealership. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the service was very personalized and honest. I appreciated Amzad Malique, (who was my salesman from the start) because he did not push me with sales tactics. I had gone to a few dealerships and ultimately taking in account the service, the people, and the pricing, I felt Morristown BMW did a fine job. From my first interaction, I was taken on a test drive and fully informed on pricing, exterior, interior options, and all of my questions were answered. The sales experience from the customer end was how it should be. I got a great price and ongoing service even when I picked up my new car. Amzad kept in touch with me and continued to answer any of my questions and service all of my concerns regarding the car/additional accessories. Lastly, I also want to commend the finance manager who was extremely professional in relaying all of the terms of the contract/insurance/maintenance and dealership pricing options. There were no hidden fees and expenses that had come up. The parts store and auto service shop also has a very competent and welcoming team-so kudos to whoever is doing the hiring for that dealership! All in all, I had an awesome experience and I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a BMW to go check this dealership out! Being in the sales environment myself as a daily job I can appreciate great service. Next time you are in make sure to ask for Amzad-really down to earth and is willing to work with you on what you want/can afford!

My wife and I have trusted BMW of Morristown for our vehicles' care since 2008, and we have not been disappointed. Recently, under the VANOS bolt recall, it was necessary to bring-in my '11 535ix for service. My SA, Mario Manfre, and the technicians at BMW of Morristown went the proverbial "extra mile," taking the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and test its perfomance to minimize the likelihood of additional work later. It is this attention to detail that sets BMW of Morristown apart from the competition.

After a rocky start - a communication breakdown between the service and sales folks here involving my 2004 328i convertible - any less-than-positive initial impression I had of this BMW dealership was immediately laid to rest when I began speaking with Michele Clarke from the BMW of Morristown sales department.
Michele immediately got me the trade-in information I needed and then helped me quickly find a CPO (used or Certified Pre-Owned) BMW within my budget range. Michele was very professional and extremely well-informed about the BMW models I was interested in.
She arranged for me to take multiple test drives, was easy and pleasant to negotiate with, and was also very responsive at all times.
We all know that buying a car can be expensive, stressful, and sometimes just a hassle and I've now bought 4 BMWs in the last 20 years. But Michele Clarke is a real find: smart, fast, fair, non-pushy, knowledgable and personable. I have never recommended a car salesperson before but I do highly recommend you ask for Michele Clarke at this dealership.

I recently had an outstanding experience when leasing my new 2015 535ix. From the minute I walked through the doors I felt like I was in the right place. The facility is top notch and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and made sure that I was getting everything I needed. I didn't think it could get any better until I met my client advisor Fabian Rendon. He immediately made me feel like I was in good hands and that I was the most important person in the building. His product knowledge and extremely professional approach was a breath of fresh air. He spent a lot of time with me and never made me feel rushed. He took care of me as if I was a member of his own family. His manager Robert Redcross was also top notch and made me feel like I had definitely made the right choice. This is my 4th BMW purchase but my first from BMW of Morristown and I wish I had purchased the other 3 from them as well. I highly recommend this dealership and would like to personally thank Fabian for a wonderful experience!!

I was not too pleased with the salesman (who I won't name). He had a "take-it-or-leave-it" attitude. He wasn't rude or arrogant, just unwilling to budge or make me feel like my business was worth-while. I contacted the dealer for the ePrice for a used 328i, which happened to be the exact same price as listed on their website. So, I'm not sure why a "Request ePrice" button was even an option! After a test drive, the salesman mentioned the price and that they (he) really had no negotiating room. I asked if they had any summer sales events (like Mercedes Benz does!) and he said they didn't. He wasn't even willing to discuss with his manager even a slightly lower price. I got up and walked out. It seemed like their attitude was that if I didn't buy a car, someone else would. Good for me, because I purchased an MB C300 for a better price and with a much better offer for my trade-in. They failed to close the deal. "Sales 101" guys! Arrivederci.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with respect and allowed to look at the entire selection of cars without being "preyed" on by "vultures". We ended up speaking with a Client Advisor named Fabian Rendon, who made it an amazing experience in the purchase of our vehicle. We gave him our budget and told him what we wanted, and he made it work. There was no question that we had on the vehicle that he left unanswered.

Shopping at BMW of Morristown has been one of the most pleasant and easiest car buying experiences I have had. The staff was very friendly and did in fact share the principal of working for you. In particular, Shravan the gentlemen who helped me, did not waste my time at all by having us sit for endless hours while he went back and forth speaking to his manager. In June 2014 I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2013 M3 E93 and had a great experience with the Sales Manager Max Horn and Client Advisor Marc Bonanno. They cut through the typical car buying BS and the negotiation process was very comfortable and I left feeling that I got a great deal on the car.

I was so pleased with the experience when it came time to get a winter car because my M3 didn't have X-drive I came back to Max and Marc and purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2013 X3 xDrive. The negotiation took about 10 minutes. I knew what I wanted to pay by researching ahead of time and we worked everything out one night. These two guys are great and easy to deal with. My dad came along and he bought a 2012 X6 at the same time! Great dealership and great people. Kevin in financing is also great to work with too!

We have bought yet another vehicle today from BMW Morristown, this time a 2015 335i xDrive M-Sport 8-speed automatic. Our experience today has re-affirmed once again that BMW Morristown is the best dealership in the area due to their exceptional service!

This time we dealt with Alvin Monroy (salesperson) for the car purchase and Kevin Luan (finance manager) for the paperwork. It was my second time working with Kevin and my first time both meeting and working with Alvin. Where to start with Alvin...first off, he's by far the most human-like car salesman I've ever encountered in my life. He is somebody who you truly feel like you can invite over to a barbecue and enjoy a game with. He's incredibly professional, calm, polite, charismatic, friendly, and sociable. He worked with us extensively with the utmost patience to help us narrow down our car search and it was obvious that he had our best interests in mind the entire time. He fully and clearly answered all of our questions and made sure that we received all of the available incentives. He was never pushy, didn't pressure us, and played no games whatsoever. He is extremely straightforward; his only agenda is getting you the car that you want at the best price possible. Another great quality about him is that he is very knowledgable and knows a lot about the cars that he's selling, as well at the competition's cars. He and I talked about a lot of different vehicles and I was surprised to see how much he knew about each model. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with him if you're considering getting a new car because he crushes the car salesman stereotype. I also really hope he is still there for our next car purchase because he is truly one of a kind!

Kevin is also amazing because he is charismatic and his focus was set on making the paperwork as easy and simple as possible while getting us the best deal with the bank. Although they've recently had to switch banks because of some issues, everything worked out fine for us as Alvin took even more money off of our car in order to make up for the difference in rates. Kevin is not your typical finance guy. Like Alvin, he is friendly, easy to talk to, and played no games. Instead of pushing us to buy every available extra, he talked to us about our driving habits and determined that many of them wouldn't suit our needs. He rightfully suggested only one, the Wheel and Tire Package, and we were glad he suggested it because it's a total must with the M-Sport Package. While signing the papers, we had great conversations and even shared a few laughs. There seems to be great communication between the finance department and the sales team because both guys knew what was going on at all times and the buying process was very fluid.

In case you haven't been to the facility, take my word that it is impeccable. It is much larger than other BMW dealerships that I've been to and contains significantly more inventory. The lot is huge and they even have a considerable amount of inventory on the roof (thanks for the tour Alvin!).There is also a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs as well as fresh coffee, pastries, and other beverages which makes the place quite welcoming. All of the staff there are incredibly friendly, helpful, and appreciative of the well-earned business customers give them. The manager actually came over a few times to personally thank us for our business!

There is no doubt in my mind that our future car purchases will come from there. Thanks a lot for yet another great experience guys! See you again soon.

Good, clean, easy to deal with OpenRoad BMW dealership. -1 star for a service experience when they forgot to tighten the oil pan plug, and my new car dripped oil all the way home after 2K break-in service. I only discovered the leak the next day on the garage floor. Added 1/2 quart of oil, torqued the plug myself, and that was it. Could have been catastrophic for the engine if the leak was more aggresive!

Most places you are willing to give up your firstborn just to get the paperwork signed to get out of there. This was very easy. Amzad was great so ask for him! The 2016 x3 is sweet!

If you're like me, you start shopping for that new BMW a couple months before your current lease ends.

After reading reviews and comments about what type of vehicle I was looking for, I settled on the BMW M235i. I also test drove an Audi RS5, Lexus RC F, and Lexus RC 350. Only one I didn`t really care for was the Audi. The RC F was awesome, but expensive. My wife has an Lexus IS 350, and the RC 350 felt like that, which is great, but I didn't want a repeat.

I then searched dealer inventories. First, I went to Roxbury BMW. To me, the salesperson is everything and cars are very expensive. He didn`t know anything about the car (I knew more about it) and that is a big turn off. I walked out.

I checked out a few other dealer inventories online, and settled on Morristown BWW. I emailed about one of the in stock M235i`s, and got a call from Ann Wilson.

Ann was very friendly, personable and knowledgable about the car. She wasn`t pushy, and I even ended up chatting with her for a good 15 minutes. I was hoping she was my salesperson, but she is the internet person and "couples" you with a salesperson. I told her I really needed someone that knows about the car.

After setting up an appointment for a test drive, I went to the dealership and met Alvin Monroy. Long story short, Alvin was and is one of the best car salesperson I had the pleasure of dealing with. No high pressure sales tactics, very knowledgable, patient and I truly felt that he worked on getting the best and fairest deal for both myself and the dealership... who needs to make money too.

When a salesperson gives you their own cell phone number you figure they won`t answer it. I had to call Alvin with a question about the car. He called me right back (and it was his day off!).

I have to also say the M235i is an awesome car with everything that I was looking for. And 25K less than the RC F!

Just leased my 3rd BMW with Michele Clarke of Morristown BMW . She is an outstanding salesperson who really gets to know her clients in order to better serve them. She creates a very easy, no-nonsense process and is very responsive. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
I've also had my cars serviced numerous times there and have been very happy with that side of the dealership as well

i bought a 2011 bmw from you all from Hunter Locke,he was as nice as can be at first,he brought one car for us to look at and said thats all they had and not to go far on test drive because it was almost empty,and car had no warranty,it drove fine on test drive so we bought it,the same week the check engine light came on,called and spoke to someone and they said they could check the engine light and charge us for it plus whatever was wrong with it,well i took it somewhere else,who also is a certified bmw mechanic and there was alot wrong with it,everytime we called rick hill they threw this up in our face,im not going to pay out thousands more when i already gave you all of our savings and went indebt 12,000 dollars for the car,now i have to put a new air conditioning compressor on it,bmws are supposed to get a five point inspection even if used,the air conditioning compressor doesnt just go out,this has been something that has been going on long before we bought the car,when we got to checking both pulleys that were bad including the ac one had been greased up to keep them quiet for awhile,if i had taken this problem to rick hill everything that was done would have cost us thousands and we wouldnt have been able to pay the bill,which meant they would have kept our car even after what we got on trade,the 2,000 down and the loan i have thru ecu,Hunter Locke even called and told my fiancee that he didnt appreciate the bad one star review she gave him,well we didnt appreciate you robbing us of our life savings either,i have to borrow more money just to get car drivable again,i saw on a sign where our salesman was running for county commissioner,thats the kind of people that get into office for being crooks,im going to make him and you all from rick hill mud around here,i know alot of people,have been around here all my life and believe me word of mouth is spreading,the plant i work for,i guarantee noone will be buying from you and to all my friends on facebook also,you messed with the wrong people when you screwed me over,buyers beware this is the worst i have ever been treated in my life

This is an update to the recent post due to less than quality work from the service department. After picking the car, my wife discovered that the rear windshield wiper was missing after she tried to use it in the rain. She also discovered the radio function buttons on the steering wheel was were not operational. We strictly use this dealership and pay the premium price to avoid sloppy repair jobs and expect nothing but quality form BMW. They are starting to disappoint.

Service is usually consistent. On the pricey side but it is a luxury car sales and service dealer. Customer service is friendly without being overly aggressive or too intrusive. I would recommend Dion as a sales rep. My wife bought her X5 from this dealership after visiting a Acura dealership that was less than attentive and very dismissive.
We have the X5 service here since purchased it 2012. No major complaints with the service department beyond the hefty price. It s best to invest in the service warranty to save some money in the long term. Ask for any available discounts, they can help reduce the price from $10 to $200 dollars. Service are good with keeping you informed with the repairs. I like the fact that they provide a loaner while you vehicle is being worked on. It helps when you still have to find your way to work and getting the kids to/ from school. This may be my one deciding factor to choose them over the hefty price tag. The work is guaranteed which is another reason we don t have the side shops work on our vehicle. For sales and service and attentiveness to customer care, I would recommend.
