Talk about going above and beyond, I had another Audi dealer in the area quote me over $ 3,000.00 for an engine repair. Town Audi did a great job finding out that the problem was just a broken vacuum hose and fix the issues for a very reasonable price. Town Audi is my new go to place for any service and repair.

Went in for my 45k service on Saturday morning and Tony was very helpful. Quick and efficient; my A4 always seems to run a bit smoother after I visit Town Audi (went in for my 35k and 45k services). I keep returning for the friendly, no nonsense customer service. They never push for things I don't need and are always VERY attentive to the things I do casually mention. Tony took the extra step to look at the under carriage of the car when I mentioned I had thought I had seen a loose panel.

Will definitely be returning for the 55k service.

Updated - Recently returned for my 75k service and had the pleasure of working with Dave Spill. Dave attentively worked with me and took the time to clearly deliver all my requests, whether large or small. He was very clear and direct with me, which is very much appreciated. I applaud Dave and the Town Audi crew for taking the time fulfill all requests, whether large or small. My vehicles smoothness and drive train have returned and in summary I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely return for my 85k service.

town audi is run very profesionally. i had a loaner car while my car was being fixed (which was a very new Q5) and the car is running well.

Town Audi Service absolutely the best. I don't know why I went elsewhere to service my vehicle! From making the appointment, to dropping off, to updates, and pickup. Truly a hassle-free experience and is let to the pros to handle.

I have been looking for a car for past few weeks and visited multiple dealerships and it is one of the most exhausting experiences as you meet all kind of people (mostly dishonest aggressive hustlers).
Nevertheless, I saw the car I wanted online and liked it before I got to the dealership, I dealt with salesmen Lee Chin (very professional, knowledgeable and honest ). All went great and loved the car and the experience. One thing that I did not like was that, they did not negotiate the price at all $0. I would recommend them to anyone who likes not be lied or forced into something they don t want.

Audi makes the service appointment a seamless process. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. A nice, new, clean Q5 was waiting for me and my car was ready on time that day, even though extra repairs had to be made beyond planned service.. For a busy person, this type of timeliness and service makes a huge difference.

Bought a vehicle back in August and i just received the tile in November. Called numerous times and the person in charge if titles was never around. I would not recommend this dealership. Terrible service.

Just got a new A-6 from Town Audi. I previously owned another A6 which I also bought and serviced at Town Audi in Englewood NJ. Both sales and service at this place are outstanding. Everyone from the receptionist to their service advisors has a sense of urgency. They get it done on time and with high quality. For my last car I worked with Andre Moshkovich, who was incredible in getting the car and options I wanted, and working to get me a great deal. I highly recommend Andre and the team at Town.

Service here is never consistent. Either it's good or its terrible. Getting someone from the service department to follow-up with you with regards to service needs (ordering parts, pricing, etc) is nearly impossible half the time. If you can avoid this place at all cost. Not worth the hassle.

Very satisfied with Town Audi s service department every time I visit for the maintenances and repairs. The after-cares have been also great. I had minor issues with the wipers and AC after they had done the repairs but they took care of them without charging me anything. The quality of their services is excellent, guaranteed, promising, and incomparable to repair shops you see in gas stations. Charges you right for hassle-free service. Dont think you are paying too much for your Audi. It is worth it! Look for David he will be able to explain why it is worth it!

I live 40 minutes away from town audi - however I make sure to take the drive any time my audi r8 needs service just to deal with Jeremy. He handles everything a-z, explains everything with constant updates, and is overall friendly and professional. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. Thanks!!

I typically do not write reviews but feel this experience is warranted. I've been searching for a luxury car for months now. Testing driving all different brands and narrowed it down to Audi. I further researched different dealership and Town Audi came up high on the list in the tri-state. From the moment I arrived to the moment I drove off with my new car the experience has been more than I expected. However, I will say we had some hiccups in between. The car I was looking to purchase and pick up was a pre-owned in phenomenal shape. The perfect car for me. On the day I was about to pick it up, I received a call from Howard (manager) that the car was in a little accident. As you can imagine, I was extremely disappointed. They of course offered to repair the car and provide me with a "loaner" till the repair was complete. Naturally, I declined as the car I was intending to purchase was in good condition no prior accidents. Sensing my disappointment, Howard and Vernedra did everything possible to "make things right". They searched high and low and to my surprise found the exact same car from a different dealership. Long story short, not only did they find me my perfect car, but a brand new car for roughly the same price. There are so many different ways this relationship could have gone but they came through and did the "right thing". If you want to work with a trusting sales team please see Howard and Vernedra. Car was delivered White Glove service. Got very extensive explanation on all features. Very quick transaction and off I went on my first drive. Love the A-5.

I took my Audi for oil change , they did the oil change but they did tight the filter , car was leaking oil until almost the engine burn , make sure after when u do work with them take ur car to another dealer to check their work . Horrible experience with this dealer .

everybody in the service department is helpful, pleasant and dedicated. They know I have a busy schedule so my drop-offs and pickups are handled with breathtaking speed but without sacrificing care and detail . First rate.

First off, I am giving only 1 star because i am forced to do so...otherwise this place gets zero ratings or negative ratings.

I dropped my car off for a regular oil change and service. Part of that included convertible top and roll over bar inspection. When i took the car back home my convertible roof stopped working and it was stuck in the open position with roof down.

I went in the next day to ask what went wrong especially since I never had any issues with it before and the fact that everything checked out during inspection.
They blamed it on me and quoted $2550 for repair with vague diagnosis and limited info. I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden the hydraulic motor would stop working without any prior problem. They also blamed it on faulty motor during the arguments.
Moreover, from the body language of their service consultant it seemed as though he knew i would be back.

Got in to couple of heated arguments with Service Manager and Service consultant and they kept denying any liability.
I also tried to explain to the General Manager Franklin Scott. The guy refused to believe me and offered some discount as though he was doing a favor when in fact his dealership is liable for damaging my convertible roof. It seemed very circumstantial that i switched for Jack Daniels to this dearlership with no warranty for a damaged roof. They were being suspicious of me when in fact i am the victim and who is suspicious on what went down in their workshop that got my perfectly ok car so screwed..

I tried to explain that its very coincidental that a perfectly working convertible would suddenly malfunction esp after a day of service.
Further when i went to Jack Daniels their diagnosis was completely different and they never mentioned anything about the hydraulic motor but only shorted electric motor and other issue. their quote was way less than what these cheaters gave me.

With these turn of events, I am getting the sense that, there has been a faulty service and inspection at this dealerships. Something went wrong during the service and inspection and it was covered up to avoid the liability.

They also try to dupe by misleading you. Gave me 3/4 tank of gas in the loaner and told me it was full. Second time around they gave me half tank of gas when actually it was less than quarter tank. When I pointed out they blamed it on the computer How convenient!
Very shady business and I highly doubt the integrity of work they perform.

Very very very disappointed and I hope they make it up to me and not by a measely 20% discount.

The customer service at this branch completely exceeded my expectations. I live in New York but had an accident a few miles away and this was the closest Audi dealership to get my car repaired. Andrew was incredibly helpful- he explained all of the options, helped my sort through my insurance logistics, got me in a complimentary loaner car and had my vehicle ready to be picked up early the next business day. Every single person I dealt with at this dealership was a pleasure. This is the kind of service that will keep me driving audi's for years to come. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Purchasing a new automobile is always a stressful experience. The stress was compounded by the fact that I had to wait for my Audi Goodwill Package for my 2011 A3 TDI trade-in, which arrived just two days before Christmas. The saleswoman at Town Audi, Linda Fowler, was very accommodating. She made sure the car was ready when I was able to take delivery, including the Audi all-weather floor mats and even some extras that I wasn't expecting (the Audi First-aid Kit and the iPhone Lightning cable).

Linda even called me the day after Christmas to see if I was satisfied with my new Q3.

Literally lied to me saying the buy out price for the vehicle would be 31k after the lease is over but then at signing changed it to $44k. Don t recommend this place at all. The sales reps will lie to you and try to manipulate you so you can purchase car for the price thats you aren t aware of. Wasted 4 hours of my life. This was for a 2019 Audi RS 5

Disappointed, felt scammed, salesman was nice *AT FIRST, then actually raised his voice at me, saying that we would NOT get a better deal then what he offered. We didn't even ask for the 2018 model he offered. he stated that there were NO 2017 Audi's in stock. Worst YET!' I just picked up my 2016 S6 last night. I'm a repeat customer with these guys for both purchasing and service. I can't say enough good things about them. My sales guy Eric was phenomenal and was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. It must have been over 6 months from the first test drive to the time the car came in, and Eric was very helpful throughout the entire process.
