Was passing by on a Saturday, remembered I had a recall notice, went in and asked what can we do for scheduling, they said it takes an hour but they were busy, just when I was thinking of maybe another day in few weeks, Michael King (service rep) said he can give me a loaner and have it ready before the end of the day. Worked out great, I basically didn't need the car all day, had to drive myself home and back to the dealer, but had a taste of a 2019 q7 (newer version of my suv). So, all an all, it was great to take care of this issue within the same day.
Thank you Michael, and thank you Audi, I wish the Audi connect was not locked to at&t e-sim, I have tmobile.
