I brought my car in because the transmission warning light turned on. From the moment I arrived, Michael assured me that all necessary diagnostic tests would be used and promised me that he would apprised on a real time basis, AND he did! In addition, because it was the beginning of Memorial Day weekend, he found a loaner for me, despite a low inventory of available cars.

The problem was addressed in an expeditious manner and as resolve with the installation of a brand new transmission.

I cannot say enough about Michael. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks to him.

We went in looking for a good deal on a CPO and the brand specialist recommended a new 2015 model for a good price, although higher than what we intended to spend, overall a good decision. Everyone at the dealership is very professional and courteous. We returned to buy our second Audi in 6 months and both times we worked with John Woo in sales who is excellent, very professional and takes the time to review the car s features in detail. He will never push to sell you anything like most other salesmen and wants to make sure you re completely satisfied with the car. They will negotiate to beat prices from other Audi dealerships. Great experience overall.

We were victims of a Bait and Switch. We responded to two cars we found listed for sale at Town Audi. When we got there, the 1st car had "just been sold". So we went for our second choice, a 2017 A3 which was $10,000 more and had never been bought and was unsold on the lot according to their website for more than 700 days. We drove an hour to the dealer, went on a test drive of the car, got a pre-certified loan, was going to pay cash for a down payment, then was told 'Oops, we just sold the car yesterday!' and offered a more expensive car that was 'similar' but now $3000 more. Come on, people are just not that stupid and such business people apparently have zero regard for other people's valuable time. You know, you make a purchase on Amazon, and every potential customer around the world knows that momet that there is now one less of that item available. Cars should be no different. If it was a mistake, fine, that's just shoddy customer service and you had better update your computers. If it was intentional, that's fraud.

I went Hoffman Audi in Connecticut times total for having low pressure in front right tire since August but I was told it was due to cold weather (yeah.. it was hot Summer...) and they refused to service my car because I didn't buy my car there. Only thing they had done was filling up the air. I stopped at Town Audi few days ago, they fully checked my car. Found nails and side damage on the tire which compromised the tire. I was very glad to stop in Town Audi!

My rep was Michael DiGiacomo and let me tell you that he is the most professional rep that I have worked with. He makes you feel at ease and he really tries to get you the best deal. Before coming to Town Audi I had met with multiple reps from the other dealerships. Let me tell you it wasnt good experience. You will definitely have a pleasant experience here. I came here after a terrible experience at another dealer. Shall I be petty? Yes, I shall: Meadowlands Audi. The cats there infuriated me, and how I maintained my cool is still the stuff of legends. Anyhoo, I came here already leary and very much prepared to be agitated. But, I met with David. He carefully explained what was happening and why. David put me in a loaner and I was on my way. They have a text message system and when I had another question about my car, I texted David and he answered my question. This process was seamless and a complete 180 from the nonsense down in Secaucus. My car is fixed and I am thrilled. My ONLY complaint is that the waiting area was a bit chilly. But, other than that, top-notch in every way!

As a consumer who has purchased/leased more than 30 vehicles (including upscale foreign and domestic models) over the years, I am elated to say that my best purchase/lease experiences have been with Town Audi. (I am also a former new car/truck dealer of three major franchises.) I leased two vehicles in 2011 from Town Audi, one for my son and several months later another for me. In both cases Town gave me more than a competive price. They were far less expensive than the other dealers from whom we received quotes. It was an easy decision as Town's representatives (Anthony Riccardi, Manager; Arun Nebhnani, Sales Rep.; and Bob Donnoli, F & I Mgr.) were the most pleasant and professional car people we have ever worked with. (Elgin Swift, General Manager of Town LM & Subaru, who I had dealt with for several years prior, referred me to Riccardi with the promise that the latter would "take care of" me. I was not disappointed.) I enthusiastically recommend Town Audi and Anthony , Arun , Bob (and Elgin of the LM/Subaru store). Town's commitent to satisfying their customers was evident during every phase of each of our transactions. Every visit to Town is a comfortable and pleasant experience. We are now dealing with the Service Department, working with Janessa Roman, Paulo DiPaulo, and Steve). It is very obvious that they too are committed to making our visits as possitive as possible, convenient and hassle-free.

I recently leased a 2019 Audi Q5 SUV from Town Audi. It was my 3rd car leased from here in the past 10 years. I just want to thank Peri Raicevic for making it such a quick and simple process. He is by far the best auto brand specialist I have come across in all my years leasing and buying cars. Besides working with me to get a great price, he was very knowledgeable about the car and made the most boring part of waiting and filling out paperwork super swift and efficient. Just got our Q5 serviced by Town Audi. Can't recommend them highly enough. Frank Scott and his team have been nothing but awesome for us. He really cares about satisfying his customers. On numerous occasions, he's gone above and beyond just to make sure that we left his dealership happy. I was so satisfied with the service Town was providing on my S4 (that I bought from a different Audi dealership with a far worse experience), I bought Q5 from them. That sales experience went smooth as silk as well. We continue to have both cars serviced by Town and wouldn't think of going anywhere else in the area.

Very nice dealership with all the modern amenities, BUT...got low balled on trade in and there was no wiggle room whatsoever on the purchase price of used card. I was looking for an A4 for quite a while and found the one I really like here and traveled 90 minutes to purchase it. Salesman was knowledgeable and nice enough but entire process took way too long. I was told they'd send me the registration in the mail when it was ready, and they gave a me a temporary NJ Reg...fine. Got a text from salesman stating Reg was mailed then was told the next day that they're holding it because they miscalculated the tax/Reg amount. All this was done via texting...no phone call at all. Felt I got bullied into paying and extra 68.50 that they should have calculated correctly originally. Once again...no phone call to explain. Also, I was never told about a recall/repair on the turbocharger that they worked on. I received a letter from Audi informing me of this. Salesman said, via text, that he wasn't informed of this. No apology, no nothing. Customer service is certainly a thing of the past and if you expect good service, I recommend you go elsewhere. Maybe they just had a bad day, but a phone call or 2 and better communication thru out the process may have prevented this bad review. Love the car and very happy to have it, but too many headaches dealing with this dealership.

I have leased/purchased 3 audis. On my recent lease of the 2018 s4 from Town Audi in Englewood, NJ they made a deal with me to end my previous lease of an Audi q7 early. I than receive an invoice from audi financial stating that I owe money. I made a deal with Town Audi and they looked at my vehicle and I returned my vehicle to them. Audi dealers are scamming customers into making a deal than having audi financial bill them. This is a pure scam!!!

The worst experience that I have ever experienced from a dealership. Pre owned certified vehicle that was going to be purchased was terrible. The paint was chipped, body was full of waves. We drove 3 hours to the dealership and waited for the the sales woman for more than 1 hour. She passed us numerous times in the reception area. This was an appointment we had with her to purchase the vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle we decided not to purchase because of numerous problems. No solution was offered and we walked away without a vehicle. No telephone call to apologize or any correspondence from the dealership. I ended up purchasing a vehicle for 20k more than I initially expected at another dealership that values customer service and my business.

My last visit to the service department was the worst. In all my years of visiting service departments of dealerships, I've never been treated this way. The service agent confronted my husband and grilled him on the poor rating that we gave him based on his poor service. Maybe if he was helpful, I wouldn't have given him a bad review. Rather than confronting your customer on receiving a less than stellar experience, why don't you focus on providing excellent service?

mike condosta was direct, no nonsense and very much to the point. he asked at what price i would buy the car so i told him. he came back shortly and said he would do it. trade in value was fair and was in same ballpark as everyone else. his post purchase follow up was very thorough - in fact he thanked me so often i told him to stop as it wasnt necessary. service dept has been great to work with. their prices are slightly lower than my local westchester guys and very friendly attentive staff. so i trek the ectra miles to have it serviced there.

My wife and I were passing through the Fort Lee area Easter Sunday on my way back to New England from Philadelphia. We had an issue with the brakes on our A7 and had the car towed to Town Audi that evening. The next morning I contacted Town Audi about the issue with the car. Kudos to Steve (service rep) and Earl (mechanic) for sleuthing the problem, taking ownership of it, getting it resolved, checking out the rest of the car to ensure all was okay and directing me to a rental car agency so that we could get home (part needed was going to be delayed a few days). Town Audi has been fabulous to work with. Many thanks!

Worst experience ever.. Dishonest people.. Be careful.. Will change the terms of your lease after agreeing and getting you down there in person.. They do not have the expertise to work with lenders and get you the lease they themselves agreed to.. Go to audi Meadowlands you will have a much better experience.. Just got a brand new 2020 Audi RS 3 from this dealership! They were amazing on everything from price to service to explaining how the car works! Purchased used 2016 A3 recently for my daughter. Salesperson and finance manager were very nice. Only problem was they took a giant knife and stuck it in my back when i wasn't looking. Yes! $1,746.00 additional for so called document fee. I wasn't aware of this until I read paperwork at home. But they were so nice at the dealer, why would I even think they would do such a thing. Document fee is normally $300.00, and that's even a bit much for a used vehicle purchase. But wait, it gets better. Next to document fee is "explanation of fees" which was on back of sales contract and it read, and I quote, "Document fee is a fee charged by the dealer in an amount that covers costs and reflects the value of the benefit provided by the service. In some cases, the fee includes some services that may be optional or may be performed by the Customer." What does this even mean and who wrote this garbage. I would have preferred it said "the combustible form of the astrobula is among the parts separate" because I would have understood what they meant just a little more.

Please beware of this dealership....Stay away....

This was the most efficient auto transaction I have every experienced. No last minute re-trades or bait and switch. Michael Digiacomo worked hard to find us exactly the car that we wanted, and gave us a very competitive deal on it (almost half of what we were quoted at a nearby dealership). When we took delivery, we were in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Loving the new car.
