When it comes to buying a brand new car shopping can be overwhelming at best. I recommend visiting Deborah for a stress free, no pressure shopping experience! Wonderful to deal with, really easy going and makes you feel like you're part of the family. No cheesy sales gimmicks all genuine personality. Can't thank her enough for all her attention to detail.

I walked away from another dealer because of terrible treatment, and I came to Toronto Hyundai. EVERYTHING about my experience was positive. They were helpful, and weren't pushy. It was so pleasant, and I would recommend them to anyone. Great vehicle choices too.

From the moment you walked through the doors of the dealership even though it was a bit late in the evening the staff was very welcoming. The service that Arnold provided was excellent. We were updated with all information regarding the vehicles we were choosing and never felt like we were just being sold a vehicle. For Arnold everything was personalized and we were made to feel like a preferred customer.
Arnold is a very good, customer oriented, honest sales person. We would definitely refer all our friends and family to him and Toronto Hyundai Dealership. The whole experience was awesome!

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra drove it one day and the enginge blew. The car has been in the garage since the second day Novemer 6 it is now November 16. I have made 2 car payments and still have no car. Even worse than this is that they want to blow me off and not call me back. The service has been terrible the experience terrible the car definitely terrible. Buy a Honda or Toyota.

Spent around like 3 hours with LAWRENCE but still he answered every question in detail and worked well for finalizing my deal. I was highly confused about buying a new or second hand car and also about the brand that I should consider , but I however made up my mind for Hyundai and got to know abt Toronto Hyundai dealership after checking dealer rater site to get the best dealership for Hyundai . The next day , I stepped in 2460 Dufferin Street store after my work and I got the service exactly as I was expecting and was able to seal the deal within 2 hours right from start to end and had my car ready for delivery within 2 days. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to go for Hyundai.

Two vehicles have been recalled in the past year of 2017. Both the Sonata and Santa Fe are their staples, and both have been recalled. The Santa Fe in particular was recalled for two separate issues, which they knew about but decided not to fix all at once.

Thank You for saving me from making the biggest mistake in my life to Lease a Car from Toronto Hyundai.
Well, it is to bad after waiting 6 Month for the Kona Ev, I can't have the Car.
Wesly and Vince worked so hard on sending email after email for 6 Month
only to come up with this great lease price of $ 1050 per month for this low-interest rate off 5,5%
with only a $ 5000 payment as security Interest free for Hyundai dealer.
I guess this is truly a car for the Rich and famous, today I got the Notice in the mail from Hyundai Finance in BIG LETTERS DECLINED.
I don't have enough money to drive this high-end luxury car.
Well, I need to thank you, Heather and Michael, in the Finance department to use my Accounting resource at a charge of $ 300 by my Account to provide detailed financial statements.
And last I should thank you for the owner of the Dealership for his great Management skills and how wonderful he runs his business leasing cars.
It has been the most enlightening experience of my life to deal with all these wonderful people.
Thank You for saving me from making the biggest mistake in my life to Lease a Car from Toronto Hyundai.

They know how to book appointments, they just don't know how to keep them. Also I just found out that if you buy a demo and one of their salesmen are using it for six or seven months you lose all the warranty on that time, and when you asked who to see about something they say well phone head office. Not very happy with the people or the service Department thinking of buying a new car next year they're making the decision easy for me on where to purchase it don't think it'll be there

Worst hyundai dealership to deal with.

Last year I referred two of my friends to get the lease in this dealership. They got the cars and out of nowhere I was promised a referral by the sales team. Its almost 7 months no reply. I didn't ask for it but if promised better keep it.
After i talked to them they said the Top management doesn't care after the sale is done.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
I just got my uncle a brand new santa fe from Nav Bhatis dealership in mississauga. AMAZING SERVICE. They also included winter tires with life time swap and storage at no extra cost.

Its time for the Thornhill dealership to learn from your mistakes....If you take my advise don't deal with them as after the sale they Don't care.

The sales team is very good and informative during the purchase process and immediately after very helpful and available for all your possible needs.
Service team is good and thorough but the clerks in said departments are very different individuals. Some are very informative, honest and helpful - recommending services and products that make sense for your needs whereas others are more interested on adding services to your scheduled appointment.
Good dealership with all available services and the individuals working there. Would definitely recommend them to car owners/buyers of any kind.

In regards to customer service at this location; has been an horible experience. They don't return phone calls or emails. Front desk can't even put me in touch with a supervisor. I'm thankful I did not purchase a vehicle through this dealership, but it looks like they may try to keep my deposit.

We have been customer at this location for the past 6 years, bought 2 cars and did every oil change and every maintanance at the dealer shop. Even bought the winter tires, rust protection there too. 6 years later, we are moving out of the province and went to sell the car back to the dealer and got treated very badly. They wont even buy the car back at its remaining value. I paid 600 to fix the problem, paid one more payment and they told me to pay lean charge on the car. I had to actually fight to get that waved. Sales person Joseph very incapable of communication and the finance manager told me my car value is very low because of the rust on the roof. I dont think that is my fault. Its how its made poorly and unreliable. Resale value is exptremly low. I strongly advise aginst purchasing any hyundai vehicle at all. I know im never buying it again.

We just recently purchased a pre-owned Hyundai SantaFe. We worked with Michael Chow- he was very friendly, honest and willing to work with our "shopping list". He definitely defied the "used car salesman" stereotype! Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was professional and friendly. The customer service was great- all our queries were quickly answered and the car was in perfect condition when we picked it up. Compared to other local Hyundai dealerships, Toronto Hyundai stands out for its' service.

I ve had pretty positive experiences with the service department here and Peter. They re pretty quick to order parts and make honest recommendations on repairs and impact if you don t make them. Will definitely bring my Veracruz back should it have more issues. Thanks Peter & team.

Only downside is the wait room kinda sucks and fills up fast.

I booked a test drive for a manual transmission Elantra Sport, and when I showed up to the dealership, I was kept waiting, then told that the standard transmission one was sold a few days earlier, and then I was asked if I would be interested in trying the automatic. Now, I recognize it's better for them to sell cars, then test drive them, but I booked the morning off to travel to this dealership, and an e-mail offering to re-schedule a test drive would have saved me the trip and the time.
In one way they did me a favor; they let me know that I should head back to the Honda dealership where I might get better customer service. I can only imagine the service I would receive AFTER I gave them all my money. Ouch!

The work done was very good and well explained to us. However, it took much longer than we were originally told. We were later informed of the greater time but that was not communicated to the driver who picked us up so we ended up waiting about two hours at Hyundai instead of at Yorkdale.

We had been in Toronto Hyundai to purchase a vehicle in July. Our salesperson was Arnold and we were impressed with how genuine, honest and professional he was. Life got in the way and we did not end up purchasing a car at that time. I contact Arnold about 10 days ago and he remembered us and was forthcoming, accommodating and professional yet again! We had trouble setting up a meeting due to my husbands work hours and last week my husband ended up purchasing a vehicle at a dealership close to his workplace. However, we were so impressed by Arnold and feel that there are so few people in his field that are honest and helpful that we wanted to write a review for him anyway. Think about how great he is, if we are writing a review and we did not end up purchasing a car from him!

I was looking for a 2017 Santa Fe Sport SE but unfortunately most models were already sold at that time of the year. I went to charge my EV, and they locked me out with my car inside!! I had to call the police, security and waited in the cold for 4 hours... 3 days before Christmas! The employees saw me leave my car, and they didn't say anything about closing the gate. This is outrageous! I demand an explanation!

Check engine light appeared on my well maintained ...

Check engine light appeared on my well maintained and low km 2012 Hyundai Sonata (bought as new, single owner).

Did my homework by reading the OBD error code and researching the code online. There are literally dozens and dozens of posts linking this error code to a mass North American Hyundai recall related to a potential engine fire / engine knock sensor / sensor harness.

Reasonably expected this be fixed under the above mass recall warranty.

Right off the bat in my initial call to book an appointment with Toronto Hyundai I had to argue with their staff about my eligibility for this issue to be repaired under ANY recall warranty.
Then I was also informed that I MUST pay diagnostic fee in any case, AND, as all my past recalls were already completed, they see "no reason" not to FULLY charge me for the repair ...
This poor experience concluded my dealings with this "highly praised" dealership.

Next I called another dealership, much closer to my home location, but one which does not advertise itslef as the "No. 1 Hyundai dealership in Ontario" (which I also got fooled by - see above), and could not be happier.
They immediately acknowledged this is a familiar issue which IS related to a mass recall and informed me immediately that I will be taken care of promptly and at no charge to me whatsoever.
I was booked for service on the morning after.
All was completed within 2 hours, $0 charge, they even Ubered me on their expense two ways to my home.

I really expected better from the "No. 1 Hyundai dealership in Ontario" .

WORST LOCATION EVER.

WORST LOCATION EVER.
I had an appointment scheduled for today that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I arrived at 11:00 and was left waiting until 4:00!! 5 hours waiting .. that's ridiculous. When I reminded them of my appointment, they told me that "appointments don't matter!" ... then why schedule people? The worst part was I was only there for them to fix an issue that they hadn't resolved in the first place!

I will never return to this location. Worst service ever.

I've been to other dealers in the GTA when in Mark...

I've been to other dealers in the GTA when in Markham or Mississauga, but choose to drive to this dealer. I had some weird electrical gremlins on my Veracruz. Their master mechanic, Peter, is great. They kept the car for a week but because they couldn't fix it completely they didnt charge me (problem was since fixed). Hopefully they keep their service dept going because I believe its the reason to shop and service here.

I would like to take this opportunity to express how truly thankful I am of my experience with Toronto Hyundai, especially Tomaj Shahinjou your Technical Service Manager.

I am currently the owner of two Hyundai s however in recent years, my 2011 Hyundai Sonata started to show signs of trouble. I reached out to multiple dealers but no one was even willing to listen as it was a sold vehicle and too much work to go through the warranty process. This left such a foul taste in my mouth that I actually decided to leave the brand completely upon my next refresh of both vehicles. As you can see, I am in the service industry and control the sales and marketing aspect fo the business however I am well aware it is not the sales process that wins loyalty, it is the service that comes after.

Tomaj Shahinjou is an excellent example of what service should be. He was 100% honest and respectful from day one. He delivered what he promised and everything was explained until there was a full understanding of the entire process. No over promises and no with holding information. He made the whole process easy therefore allowing me to continue with my daily activities without feeling the impact of the car in the shop. I am happy to report that after a very long time of battling over this issue, Tomaj was able to address the issues with my vehicle in a responsible amount of time.

More importantly, he won back my faith in Hyundai. The Genesis G70 is looking like a promising option for my next vehicle refresh based on the service I can expect under Tomaj s team.

I want to express my gratitude as I am in the service industry and team members like this are very hard to find.
