I made an appointment in this branch for a recall ...

I made an appointment in this branch for a recall I had on my car and also to get a quote on my back up camera which was unserviceable. The service desk tells me itll take about an hour and most likely I need a new camera. I came back in about 40 minutes and I was informed that it was all done, just needed car wash after one another customer so another 15 minutes. I saw my car getting parked outside soon after and thought it was all done but the guy who helped me disappeared and I waited another 40 minutes thinking he should be back any time soon to explain the recall and to give me the quotes on the back up camera but never did. So I finally asked another service desk that my car has been sitting there for 40 minutes and nobody called me. He explained to me that it took that long to get the quote on back up camera.. when I saw him taking work order from the other service desk which probably has been sitting there all along. The quote I got was simply the part and labour. It would have been better if they were at least honest about the situation. I have better things to do then wait around for nothing and also my car was not even washed since I could see the glass roof had dust on it. I dont recommend this place at all unless you have nothing better to do.
