Salespeople get a bad reputation, and usually with a decent reason. I wouldn't give these salespeople bad reps because they were really quite helpful and upfront with me and my wife. As I say this, it's important to note that I'm the type of person who will ask a lot of questions to get to the bottom of a curiosity, so that I tend to leave salespeople little room to hide details. Having said THAT, I should also say that I was finally in a good situation to buy what I wanted, so I didn't have to scrutinize my purchase to the degree I normally would. All in all, however, I found my sales rep to be upfront, willing to communicate openly, helpful with my questions, knowledgeable, and seemed into the idea of maintaining a relationship, which I value greatly. Time will tell!
