This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I took my car in for a recall issue. Upon receiving my 2010 Sante Fe I noticed grease inside my car on door panels which I cleaned off without mentioning it to service department. After driving the car for about 15km the engin service light came on. Called the dealer and was told to bring the car back. When I took the car I spoke to a manger name Jimmy Tham he mentioned that all stuff was lunch and that they could not check my SUV unless I want to wait for a few hours. Told Jimmy I have things to do can you please book me appointment for the next which he did for 11:15AM. When I got there the next I spoke to Jimmy and some other stuff member who's name is Peter Luis told they won't check my car and unless I pay for it them to check why the engine light came on. I asked him why would have to pay if your employees caused the problem. He insisted that he can't do nothing about it. I asked then why make come to dealer ship three times he was mum. Never Never again at this location and I will contact Hyundai Canada to get better solutions I hope.
