Karen Mollo is our commercial frontload rep and she has helped us out through business name changes, billing changes, and some simple problems with our dumpster unit. We have been with other services before and have never had service as great as we have with Karen.

The management of this company can not train their employees to stop at four houses on my street. We (4 homes) have had the service since 1995 and for the past 2 years they have missed our collection almost monthly. You may want to consider another company.

Had their service for over 1 1/2 years. With the bin to be dumped exactly where it had been since it was dropped off originally and never had a issue with pick up. Then 1 day driver refuses to pick it up and dump it. Complaining he couldn't get to it. I called dispatch and asked what was the deal? They explained the driver has to be able to get to it and dump it then turn around to leave. I'm like do I have a new driver? They said no. I said so where it was has never been a issue until now 1 1/2 years later and we have the same driver who picks up other dumpsters right next to my business and backs out after emptying theirs, but mines a issue? They said yes. I said come and pick up your dumpster then. And guess what 20 minutes later the driver came back and dumped it. Followed by the truck that picked it up to take it back to their yard. Funny thing is that was the fastest and best service we ever had! I do not recommend these people at all.

They took my can "on accident" bc they thought i had 2 and was only paying for 1. Then when i updated my card on file it was charged 2 quarters. I moved out may 1st and they are still charging me. When you call in they have no notes , no accountability, no way to track who you spoke to just a first name. And of course a supervisor will "call you back within 48 hrs" not to mention a 40 minute call to remove it, again. Gilbert is rude , talks over you, a smug attitude. This has been said by others.

Absolutely a bad experience 10 years with Tiger last month no pickup, first excuse was the placement of trash can was wrong and they thought it was an empty OMG , now I spoke to a rude person named Emerson scolding me like a child he was right no matter if I had proof I paid typical kid he knows everything and everything I say is wrong and too lazy to investigate please refer to the BBB for recent complaints there are many sooo I'm done with this company

We moved in to a new house that already had the service. It took multiple tries, several hours on hold in total to finally get someone to pick up the phone. In the three weeks that we have had the service, they have actually taken our trash only once, while taking all our neighbors trash. They were also supposed to take one of the bins since we don't use it and it stinks, even with a sign on it, they don't take it.

If you can get a different service, do yourself a favor and go with them, Tiger is a waste in the waste removal service.

My experience with Tiger has been great. When wind had knocked over our recycling, I saw them picking up our stuff from the lawn. After jumping out of the car to help, I got his name and called the company with a thank you. If there is ever a mix-up with a pick-up, a simple call makes it right. I give them a big thumb's up. Horrrible svc. They want you to put can where they dictate, however they replace cans Anywhere they choose to....middle of driveway is their favorite place....duh! have two cars there. Now they have ripped the lid nearly off was'nt like than before and many other cans bad too. We are stuck with them, live in county. My ? is this really rocket science to put can back where you want it in the first place ....bah....bad trash svc.

Tiger Sanitation is the most horrible business I've ever had to deal with. They NEVER pick up the recycle bin. I constantly have to call their customer service number. The customer service reps are nice, but the service continues to be the worse I've ever seen. For the life of me, I can't understand how they remain in business. I'm going to contact our HOA to see if we can use another trash service.

First complaint years ago:I called multiple times during business hours and was put on hold for ten minutes a time until it eventually just went to voicemail. For a trashcan service, who needs to be put on hold for that long?!

Illegally cut off service during Covid-19 State of Emergency in violation of essential services orders. Blocked access to online requests and 1hr+ hold times. Invoice mis-delivered by USPS; Tiger never sent 2nd notice, email, call, note on receptacle, nothing. It's not about the $$, it's that Tiger demonstrated zero customer service or concern period, let alone in the midst of a National crisis. COMPANY WITH NO CONSCIENCE. The saga of using Tiger is never ending. We've only had "service" with them for three weeks and cancelling today and getting a refund are my goal. Since first trying to set up service actually getting their phone number to go through has taken days of busy signals, and then once it does ring sitting on hold. Just in the last week I've talked with four different customer service representatives about issues ranging from no dumpster bins being delivered, to our trash not being collected, to being promised a special Saturday delivery and pick up that did not happen. Choose someone else if you have the option. I wish I had never even set up service with this company.

Been using Tiger for 2 years now. Never had an issue and they picked up anything I put out...even some things that probably should have been taken to the dump. I will say don't expect much from thier CS dept. I called to get service at a new location and they guys sounded very confused and uneducated. In fact, he had me on hold for about 4 mins then disconnected the call when he picked back up. I called back and got the same guy. He asked me for the new address...I gave it to him, then he asked me if that was the old address. Very frustrationg when something so simple as an address change takes 15 mins and you feel like a 9 year old is on the other end of the phone.

I work for a property management company and we manage commercial buildings in San Antonio. Karen Mollo is our commercial frontload representative for Tiger Sanitation. She is amazing. She always responds immediately when I call or e-mail her. Any requests I make, whether it is delivering a new bin or moving a bin, she is always on top if it. I have never had a problem with missed or delayed pickups. It is just good to know I can call her and count on her when I need her.

I canceled my service with them and had to fight to get a refund on a month that I had pre-paid, all because my trash bin broke and they did not fix it or replaced it, they promised and assured me they would and 2 months later nothing happened. Even when I called to cancel they where rude. They never answer the phones and when you leave a message they wont call back. So unprofessional, I switched to C-6.

Because their service is top-notch and most importantly, when you call them for assistance you actually speak to someone that is local and can handle your issue right then and there. Edit: Keeping the original review for context. The next morning (31st)the ops manager Randy called to try and make this right. Turns out they had accidently delivered the cans to the wrong address. He went out of the way to make sure I got new cans today and I did. It's nice to see a company own its mistakes and fix them.

Original review:
I moved into a new house at the beginning of the month. The previous resident used tiger sanitation for their trash pick up and the cans were still here so I decided to also use tiger. I mentioned the trash cans still being here to the rep I talked to when I signed up and there seemed to be no issues with them staying and that my first pick up would be the following Thursday.

They picked up my trash with no issues for about a week and a half and then one day my cans were gone(Monday the 20th) . I called to ask about them and they said they took them because the account for the previous resident was closed, I guess not realizing someone else had an active account at this address now. This was a this was a Tuesday(21st), they said they would have them back out on Thursday(23rd).

Thursday(23rd) comes, no cans. I call and ask again and they say they usually give a 7 day turn around and they'll be there the following Monday(27th). Monday(27th) comes and goes, no cans. I figure I'll give them until Thursday (today the 30th). I still have no cans by 5pm so I call them before they close and they tell me it was marked that my cans got marked delivered the previous Thursday(23rd), clearly not. The poor rep on the phone was as helpful as she could be but someone down the line is pencil whipping their deliveries. I canceled my service and will be using someone else. Thanks for trying.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I was directly lied to twice by their customer service, once when I signed up and they told me trash pickup was twice a week, only to have my trash picked up once a week. Calling them back only got me the same answer, that it should be twice a week. 5 calls later they finally get someone who figures out where I live and tells me it is actually once a week, oh but no discount its the same price!?!?!

Then When I call to get a courtesy pickup on an unscheduled day, I was promised they would come out (they charge $30 for this service by the way), they did not come out. And only after calling back did someone tell em "it wasnt guaranteed". Why was i not told that when I requested it? I truly dont think they were malicious about it, just incompetent when it comes to customer service. Dont waste your time with this company.

If their web design and implementation could be any worse it'd be very impressive.
As the comcast of sanitation, they have a reputation to uphold. The crap customer service, the unintuitive and repetitive phone menu and the no possibility of paying via any other means. Other than wasting 40+ minutes on the phone with a clerk who obviously doesn't want to be there.
If anyone else did this in my area I'd leave them.

If they miss service, they tell you they will pick it up on the next service day, they offered me a credit of $2, they have missed my can before and don't even bother with the recycle service, they will never pick that up. Good luck trying to talk to anyone over there, they could care less about your service.

What a Joke, I should get in the habit of reading more reviews before signing up with losers. I think everyone has said about all there is to say, and ALL IS TRUE! i AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THIS NON CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SO CALLED COMPANY, IT IS DIFFICULT TO NOT WRITE HOW I REALLY FEEL, WISH THE ASSUME NAME OF TIGER COULD BE TAKEN AWAY, I DO BELIEVE THERE ARE MANY OTHER MORE FITTING NAMES. I HAVE USED EVERY POSSIBLE MEANS OF CONTACT INCLUDING FAX.
After BEING ON HOLD FOR 84 MINUETS, I will attempt to CONTACT someone in your company, I would appreciated a call back from someone I have sent 2 e-mails to your customer service last week and talked to two different people last week, on 7/16/14 I talked to a female, I needed to make a payment, she assured me I would be back on schedule and my trash would be picked up on the 23rd. after that not happening I called again on 7/24/14 I spoke to Chuck, he put me on hold and then came back sometime later and told me it would be picked up Sat. 7/26/14. Here we are Monday 7/28/14 and no one has yet to answer my e-mails and over an hour on hold, and told three times by Chuck I would have a pick-up last Sat. 7/26/14. I am still not receiving any customer service, Is there anyone in your company that has just a tiny bit of customer service ability, or if you just do not want my business just e-mail me back and let me know, it has now been three weeks I am dealing with this.

Zeke also mentioned keeping a lid on the recycle bin, so this week they are bringing me a large bin with lid to replace the one I have. Happy customer.

As many problems as I ve had it is taken care of now since I have gotten in contact with the right person. I sent an email to customer service in the night and was taken care of the next morning by a wonderful person named Francine Rouse who took care of the problem, emailed me back letting me know and provided me with great customer service and options in case I run into problems again in the future. If anyone else is having issues I suggest emailing customer service and you should get the help you need.

Not only a bad trash/waste company but a very dishonest and unethical company in general. I recently paid my quarterly bill for the coming 3 months only to have another option for trash pickup. When I called to cancel my service with Tiger after only 1 month of service they told me they have a non-refundable policy and would not reimburse me for the other 2 months I paid for. I'm not sure if that is legal, "policy or not", to charge and collect payment without providing service. It seems highly unethical and probably illegal. Stay away from tiger if you can avoid it or at the very least pay month to month.

I live in lytle and this is the only trash service that we could fine, first time i came home my trash cans were left in the middle of the street and got ran over . i let that one go maybe it was my fault and i let that one slide , but week after week for the last month they have picked up my trash on Friday's as usual and have either left trash on my yard(where it looks like they swung the trash can) left it there with out pick up, and also have left trash in the trash cans ( meaning they only take partial trash) which makes no sense, you would think this is your job at least empty the trash cans that you are paid to do. I have emailed and called many times worst service, i would not recommend them to anyone.

I truly wish I could give them 0 stars.. our bill was due July 15th, we are unable to make any payments until August 15th due to the fact that our new job is a bi-monthly pay so we won'tget our first check until then. I called tiger sanitation on July 9th to work out a payment plan. They flat out told me to figure it out or they would cut our services and we would have to not only pay our bill but also a reactivation fee as well. The lady I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. I just don't understand why they can't make payment arrangements during a time like this. I woke up yesterday and our trash was not taken which means we won't have a trash pick up until mid August. I truly can not wait to move out of their service area when our lease is up because this is absolutely ridiculous.

If you value getting the service you paid for, good customer service, accurate and timely billing and a customer oriented business model. LOOK ELSEWHERE! Do not do business with these people. They do not send bills and when their failure to provide accurate billing creates misunderstandings they will leave the trash sitting in the barrel holding your homes sanitation for ransom. Furthermore they choose if and when they feel like doing their job and providing the service you pay for. More than a few times I have had to find alternatives to dispose of cardboard boxes, bulky items and assorted other items because without arguing with a supervisor the day before trash day the trash crew will leave it sitting on your curb. If I could leave this company 0 stars I would as this company is the worst sanitation company in San Antonio. I sincerely hope that the litany of 1 star reviews including this one will ward away any wary home owners so they won't have to go through the misery I have had to deal with over the last two years.

Extremely frustrating that we pay this company to pick up our trash and recycle and they cannot even follow their own schedule or forget my entrie street and not pick anyone's trash up. Not to mention they keep removing materials from their list of accepted items and not lowering their prices at all. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone who wants reliable on time service. Especially with COVID 19 going around, its not only a sanitation problem but a health and safety issue.

Terrible customer service, poor trash service. It's a shame that there aren't any real options for trash service when you live in Bexar county and don't get city trash services. Tiger truly treats you like they can talk to you and act any way they want to because you have limited options instead of like you are a paying customer and certainly not like you are a human being. If I hadn't just paid for my services I would cancel and just take my trash to the city dump myself!!!

Been with a customer to this company since 2010 and they raised their rates by over 30$ since then but their service is still $hit! they never answer their phones, you think after years of price hiking that they could afford multiple lines and maybe more people on call! nope disgusting cheapskates whoever is managing this is taking it like a c@$h COW!, took forever to get them to replace my old container which their clumsy workers broke on purpose, then the worst part is always changing their pick up hours, they can do it really early in the morning or as late as 3pm and when they alternate they do it without any kind of notice, very unprofessional and after they charge me over 100$ on the bill they have skipped my pick up twice! you think they would be considerate but NO I don't even know how they stay in business with these many complains and siphoning people's money, there are at least 2 other services in my area that charge less and are more PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS! about it, go figure.

This is my first time working with this company to rent a couple of dumpsters. It started off a bit rocky due to some confusion but Kristina B did the best job taking ownership and going above and beyond my expectations. This has to be WOREST trash service EVER!!! Multiple issues with this company. We are in Gruene Haven in New Braunfels. We have only had service since April and there have been numerous times that our trash or recyling HAS NOT been picked up. Sometimes they miss the entire street or just don't come. Other times they just forget or there is no driver. Trying to call the company is also fustrating. YOu call the number and there is no service to the number, then about the 10th time you call you have to listen to a very long message then wait forever to finally speak to someone who is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Then you are told there is no one else to speak to who is in charge or a manager!?!?!
Save yourself the fustration and just don't use this company!!!!!

We called on Monday and Rita told us the trash was probably a missed pickup ...(I guess our neighbors were also missed) so she scheduled us for a Tuesday pick up, my husband called to inquire on why it s still hasn t been picked up at 4:00 pm and was told that the driver is still out, well here it is 7:00 pm and our trash is still out there waiting to get picked up!! God forbid we re late with a payment, oh heck no they ll stop service! My husband requested a credit and Rita couldn t tell us how much, but she did say we were getting one! Hopefully my trash gets picked up on Wednesday! I d like to hear from someone to find out what excuse they have this time! This happens way too often! It seems to me that they just don t care

Worst garbage company I have ever used! They do not do what they say they will do. They leave the lids open on the garbage bins even when it is raining! I have called and complained at least 5 times and every time I am told the same thing. I would never recommend them to anyone.
