Waiter was awsome verry polite food was fresh and came fast

Love the brownie and ice cream dessert. I advise all to try it.

New low price is the best deal around for breakfast and if you are a senior it s even better because you get a free coffee or tea!

I love friendly's it was clean the waitress was nice and the there is amazing I can tell they put a lot of depth into their food I had the triple burger with fries and for ice cream I got the mint chocolate chip ice cream with oreo's it was so good I would go there again that's why I gave them five stars!

Very friendly and polite worker's, food and ice cream is great. It's a great family atmosphere. My kids absolutely love's it there.

I like the old style burger and service is always nice.

Prices keep increasing and the food portion keeps decreasing. I can cross Statelines and get 2sides with my meal. You can get free ice cream with kids meal over Stateline. Just call before you go dine at a Friendly's. Get your money's worth.

Been coming here since I was a kid, food always good I don't think I've ever had a bad meal from here, service is hit or miss, sometimes when they get super busy they get flustered and forget about bringing something but that happens in every restaurant business, it's a local restaurant that if you've never tried or are new or visiting the area that I would definitely recommend

Very good service and staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Took my son for dinner. Server was very attentive and even gave me extra cheese for my waffle fries since the dish they brought out was lacking. A manager checked in to see how everything was too. And you can't beat $1.99 kids meals that include ice cream.

First we waited too long to be seated, there was nobody ahead of us.
After we placed the order (burger w/fries appetizer sampler) The waitress asked me if I wanted cheese on the hamburger I'd ordered, I said no. (I didn't order a cheeseburger) no big deal.

She then leaves and heads to kitchen to put order in. The other person at my table realizes the waitress never asked what he wanted IN the sampler order. He briefly looked for her then got up and hurried to the front to correct the order.
Why/how would you put an order in not knowing what was supposed to be on it anyway? So I'm glad he straightened that out.

Several minutes (too many minutes) later, were waiting for our food a girl approached the table holding the appetizer assortment, confirms it was the sampler and sets it down.
OOOOOPS, not what he ordered on this plate. Before he can find our waitress, SHE approaches holding a different plate, the correct plate. She apologizes and takes the first one away.

Several minutes pass and he says "I'm not gonna eat my food while you watch, she should have brought us both our plates" I agree, she should have, but told him to eat anyway before it got cold.

So halfway through his meal, mine comes out. Finally.
She sets it down and tells me to be careful, it's very hot. I think to myself, YUM, It's fresh.
It's caked with cheese, but I'm not waiting for another, so I remove the top if the roll and remove the cheese. Underneath the cheese, my burger is cut clean in half. Huh????

Seriously, the COOK didn't know how long to COOK a burger? And then covered it up with extra cheese, that I specifically said I DIDN'T want?

I did complain to my waitress and said that the cook would end up costing her tips if she kept messing up. Sadly, my waitress said she was the manager.

I wasn't charged for the burger, but I won't be back.

This is NOT the Friendly's I remember, things have deteriorated, and literally RIGHT next door to the main plant. What happeded?

Stopped in to order some sundaes at the take out window with my girls this evening and i am glad we did. The young lady who took our order was very helpful, polite, professional and had such a positive attitude. I especially appreciated how she interacted with my young daughters asking them what they would like instead of expecting me to say it for them. It's her positive service that will have me visiting again soon.

The only Friendly's where you will always have a good experience. Staff is always super friendly and pleasant & we alway have a good time!

Service was bad. Food was an hour late, & by the time we got it it was cold.

Nothing special air conditioning blasting made it freezing

Not your grandparents Friendly's, but our server was fantastic. It was later, we had been working a long OT shift and she had worked all day, but she still gave us great service and was personable. Food was better than McDonald's.

The prices were to high for the small amount of food.

I just got Friendly s for the first time in years at the Boston Road Friendly s in Springfield I ordered a Reese s Peanut butter sundae and my husband drives and brings it back it s a Reese s pieces sundae no peanut butter cups at all. I pay this amount for this and I get different and I call and no one answers...this is ridiculous one time I want to enjoy a sundae and this happens...

Slow service when there was hardly anyone else in the store. I'd expect better from the store next door to hq!

Just the simple meals taste good and their clam chowder is pretty good

This restaurant used to be my favorite but they have had some really bad service in various Friendly's around the area lately. Once during take out I had to wait an hour for my food and they still got it wrong! So I got all my money back and left. Their food is good, it just seriously overshadowed by the bad service. Go to 99 Restaurant if you want better service with similar food.

Very disappointed... Never before left friendly hungry.. This time I did.. they uped their prices and cut the portion size... Not happy at all...

Was the absolute WORST service ever. The food was burnt, and our waitress looked like she was high. Constantly messing up our order.

Eat breakfast here and sometimes lunch, food has always been good...no problems with substitutions. Most waitresses very good but one or two, but when I get one of the bad ones it sucks...they never check on how your doing or fill your coffee cup. But most waitresses are very good and make it a great experience. Best friendlys, we love honey mustard and we got a cup of it. I think her name may have been Hernande (if not sorry, that s on the receipt) but we appreciate it!

I would think this would of been a flagship restaurant, however at a slow time in the dinning room all of the fryed foods were cold. Then the service was poor and slow. I will not go back, and i would suggest you try elsewhere.

I was deeply disappointed in the service at this Friendly's. Just getting a table and server to take our order took half an hour and the place was half empty!!

One of the better Friendly's out there.
Maybe because it's so close to their corporate office.
The prices are Really low.
You can get a decent breakfast for 4 bucks.
The breakfast we had was good. Well cooked eggs and pancakes.
Looks like they did away with the carafe of coffee too.
It was really okay for breakfast.

Just awful, the salad I ordered was inedible
The kids liked their food.

This friendly's location has a very enjoyable breakfast also tmthere is one staff member that always goes above and beyond.
