WATCH out for this company. I paid in full for 3 months well the roof in our rental home caved in so we had no choice but to move and the lady told me I wouldn't get a refund. now I see why everyone pays a little more for WM instead of Tiger they are robbers and couldn't careless about their customers. I will now be looking into changing our company trash as well so they are going to lose a lot of money now.

Not dependable. They don't pick up all recycled trash. Even if there's clearly a recycled symbol on the item they only deem their own recycling items. Also recycled trash is only picked up once a week. I would not reccomend them to anyone.

Have just completed 1 year with Tiger and couldn't be happier. Communication is clear when it comes to holiday schedules, the time of day the truck arrives is almost always the same. Cans are solid. They never leave any trash on the curb or let it fly out of the trucks. Good group to get your service through.

TERRIBLE customer service. We've had multiple problems, but our latest issue is that the trash men didn't put our can back in front of our house, they only replaced our recycling bin. Wherever they put it, it didn't come back to us. Now they are requiring me to file a police report before I can have a replacement can or I can pay $75. So I get to call the police on Tiger Sanitation & WAIT on a can for our family of six because of their incompetence. It is absurd that this is our only option.

You can NEVER get ahold of anybody and their rates keep increasing despite reducing fuel costs. I understand that rates increase, but a $25 increase in less than two years is unacceptable.

HORRIBLE! Worst customer service ever. I set up services with them and when I did I was told my trash cans would arrive in about 7-10 business days. It's been FOUR WEEKS and still no cans! I hate it! And every time I call the holding time is absolutely rediculous and the representative is rude! They also do not respond to the email provided in their automatic voice message when you call their number. OH - And they "forget" to pick up trash on some days. And when you call to report it, they make it sound like it's not their problem!

I understand that some of you receive sub-standard service, but I have always been treated nice. The people that come by and pick up my recyclables and waste are very professional, efficient and friendly.

If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would choose that. DO NOT sign up with this company. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Trash pickup was missed here and there and I called each time to find out what happened. Sometimes a pickup was scheduled, other times I had to wait until the next week. Finally, they missed it 2 weeks in a row, after promising me rescheduled missed pickups OVER 4 TIMES and never showed. I requested a refund for the 2 weeks it wasn't picked up and for the remaining 2.5 months left on that pay cycle since I would be switching companies and was issued a $2 refund. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Have been calling every single day for 2 weeks to speak to the manager and each time they promise she will return my call and I have yet to hear from them. I will be personally stopping by their location today to get my money. HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP! Apparently, we should all get into the trash business since you can charge people to pick up their trash and then not do it and think you can get away with it.

I wish you can give a rating of 0 stars. This company is has terrible customer service. Missed pickups with no reason, multiple bags of trash aside the garbage can are left with a note asking for the customer to call for a bulk pickup. Are you kidding me? You are a trash company, isn't it your job to pick up trash? These people mus have one person answering the phone as you can wait 20 minutes if you even get anyone on the other side. I will strongly be urging my community to drop their business with this POS company.

I am not sure why they get bad reviews. We use them for our commercial centers, our large 40yd roll off dumpsters and for our home. Our account rep Kristina B. is always quick to respond and always very pleasant. We have had occasional issues with dumpsters being missed but a quick phone call and they come back same say (most times) if not next day. You cant beat their prices!

Poor customer service. Needed a bulk item pick up. Took almost 10 minutes to get a quote. They are charing $30 to pick up an old basketball hoop that is already broken down into pieces. Then they charged me $6 tax on top of that. And.... even though we have paid every single bill on time for the 4 years we've had their service they wouldn't include the fee on our next bill. It had to be paid up front. If I had a choice I'd look for another provider but our HOA has them as the sole provider for our subdivision.

Main number is busy 60% of the time. Wait times for rep is about 15 minutes. We hire them to pick up our trash in TPC area and they only pick it up about a third of the time. We recently transferred to new location and after two weeks we have no trash cans. We were told to leave trash outside and it would be picked up which is a lie. I am a 15 yr military vet and this the worst trash company I have ever seen anywhere globally.

I recommend anyone who has service with this company to make a formal complaint with BBB.

We have had this company for nearly 2 years. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. They don't answer emails either. We had a recent incident where our trash wasn't picked up. And today our trash was nearly missed AGAIN! No where on their site does it say that we can't have branches in the trash. They literally made us put the trashcan in the truck ourselves!! Nearly everyone in our neighborhood has stopped using Tiger Sanitation.

Turns out Tiger stuck a letter on/in my trash can, letting me know!!! I asked the customer rep at Tiger if she gets her mail in/on her trash can!!! And guess what she doesn't! Well I don't either! After 10+ years of service, my recycling bin was rejected. I found a dry cleaning bag. Lesson learned. Threw it all in the regular bin. The next week my recycling was rejected again. They no longer take glass - wish I had know. Threw it all in the regular bin. After meticulously inspecting every item, yes - it was rejected again this week. I didn't realize Tiger does not do recycling. I just changed service - I can't wait to tell them!!!!

**DO NOT USE TIGER** If I could give them zero stars I would. Our family just moved to SA and they told us to go with Tiger. We were unaware that we could choose which company to utilize. Bottom line: Their service sucks (our trash didn't get picked up for 2.5 weeks, even after calling multiple times), customer service is awful (Mandy, customer service lead, along with everyone in the customer service department are useless...didn't even bother returning calls and lastly please look at the reviews online before considering these clownes (numbers don't lie).

We order several roll-off containers to be placed at multiple locations throughout our neighborhood and the Tiger team is on top of making sure each container is placed precisely where we need to it be. Even though I didnt have all my cut tree limbs bundle as prescribed they loaded them up.Then after they let me know that they need to be in 4 foot bundles and tied off. Could not get anyone to answer the phones to refund me for those three weeks. And after that, the trash truck operator told us that they were discontinuing ALL SERVICE to our entire subdivision. Still no refund for the 3 weeks they failed to pick up trash and then got scammed for paying for 3 months of service up front which we will also not get refunded. Sorry, SORRY ass company and poor customer service or service at all. Also Felt sorry for the guys that drove the trucks. They explained that they were on a Chinese Work Week which somehow screws them out of any overtime and is a loophole so the company does not have to pay them for their work. Sorry company practices all around.

Karen takes a real personal approach to customer service and she is available any time you need her. She genuinely cares about her customers! Great Job!

We had a trash service PRIOR to Tiger who was awful. Constantly late, damaged a personal vehicle, in which they never fixed.
We switched to Tiger about a month or two ago. They were very responsive to adjusting the trash location to where we needed, they have been on time and picked up trash when they are suppose too, and Karen M. even reached out since to make sure there isn't anything else they needed to do to make us happy. So far Auto Xtras is happy with the switch.

Tiger Sanitation and its office staff are courteous and responsive. From Charles Rugen to the Billing Department, all my questions were answered and service transfer was smoothly made from one of my business locations to the next. It's good to know that a solution is always one phone call or email away. Service costs are very competitive and pick up and delivery times are always as promised. I highly recommend their company.

Well, one thing that can really get someone worked up is when they don't answer your call. Been on hold for 30min and I'm am to the point where I am Just going to file a complaint with the BBB. They have no problem taking your money within minutes but can't answer the phone. Their practices are below standard and to be honest, the level of professionalism lacks. They pick up your trash and along the way deposit some of it back onto your street not once looking back to clear the route. Their trucks enter our communities full of mud and yes, they don't care

I know for a fact that the card I use for payment was updated but somehow it reverted back to the old one. This resulted in my account going to "bad debt" status and they took my cans. They also never sent a notice that the payment wasn't going through. Can't change service because my HOA obviously doesn't like to do their homework before committing to a service.

I just moved into a rental home in San Antonio and was told by the management that I needed to use Tiger Sanitation (Wildhorse subdivision). I called Tiger every day for 2 weeks and not once did they pick up the phone! I held the line for up to 30 minutes at a time and left a couple of voicemails but no one ever called back. At the recommendation of another Google Reviewer, I called C-6 Disposal Systems. They picked up the phone within 15 seconds and I was signed up within 5 minutes. They were very polite and efficient on the phone. I recommend C-6 but cannot say anything good about Tiger.

Been a customer for over 6 years, never a late payment. Then one day they take the cans from in front of my house. I have it on video, when I call Tiger, they say they can deliver new cans in 3 days, 6 days later... no cans and btw, here's your bill! Just cancelled my service!

Terrible service, I requested a replacement two months ago for the container because it was damaged by their own truck.
Received two different promises of replacement delivery last one was confirmed by the supervisor to personally take care of it. Today three weeks after have not received the replacement.
Not to mentioned it takes 10 minutes for someone two answer the phone, and forget about e-mail, you receive to replies.

Awful customer service. The pickup service is fair, but if you have any issues that you have to call the office it is below poor. The customer service reps do not care about the problem and don't answer the phone most of the time. They also do not return phone calls when you have to leave a message. They changed their invoicing procedures at the beginning of the year and didn't inform customers. When you logged in to pay the bill you got a message saying you had to call the office. It took me 2 weeks to finally get someone on the phone and another week for her to email me the log in information. Recently I came home and my trash can was missing (it was trash day). The only thing I can figure out is the can broke because it was already cracked and the collectors threw it away. I have been calling for 3 weeks to get a replacement can and was told today that I was lucky they were charging me for a replacement can! Manager Robert has promised me twice the can would be out here on Friday and it still isn't here. Looking into finding another provider.

Here's one star for Tiger's discontinuing their glass recycling service. Glass lasts forever in a garbage dump. People recycle because they care about the environment. I'll pay more for proper recycling and take my business elsewhere.
