The saga of using Tiger is never ending. We've only had "service" with them for three weeks and cancelling today and getting a refund are my goal. Since first trying to set up service actually getting their phone number to go through has taken days of busy signals, and then once it does ring sitting on hold. Just in the last week I've talked with four different customer service representatives about issues ranging from no dumpster bins being delivered, to our trash not being collected, to being promised a special Saturday delivery and pick up that did not happen. Choose someone else if you have the option. I wish I had never even set up service with this company.
