This has to be WOREST trash service EVER!!! Multiple issues with this company. We are in Gruene Haven in New Braunfels. We have only had service since April and there have been numerous times that our trash or recyling HAS NOT been picked up. Sometimes they miss the entire street or just don't come. Other times they just forget or there is no driver. Trying to call the company is also fustrating. YOu call the number and there is no service to the number, then about the 10th time you call you have to listen to a very long message then wait forever to finally speak to someone who is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Then you are told there is no one else to speak to who is in charge or a manager!?!?!
Save yourself the fustration and just don't use this company!!!!!
