If their web design and implementation could be any worse it'd be very impressive.
As the comcast of sanitation, they have a reputation to uphold. The crap customer service, the unintuitive and repetitive phone menu and the no possibility of paying via any other means. Other than wasting 40+ minutes on the phone with a clerk who obviously doesn't want to be there.
If anyone else did this in my area I'd leave them.
Not a customer out of choice.
