Complaint 8/16/16: The phone menu automated guy kept repeating the menus even after selections. And the webiste is horribly coded. Can't even process an email confirmation. Sad display of a business.

First complaint years ago:I called multiple times during business hours and was put on hold for ten minutes a time until it eventually just went to voicemail. For a trashcan service, who needs to be put on hold for that long?!
