Matt was very knowledgeable about the real estate business. He does things to promote the sale other realtors did not even suggest, scopes the sewer line, does general cleanup and spruces up the property before it went on line. He was extremely easy to get in contact with and maintained continual contact with property showings and contract offers. He was always quick to respond to our questions. When the original lender changed their mind about funding to the buyer, he jumped in feet first and got the buyers quickly approved through a lender he uses all the time. In addition, Matt's office support team provide excellent and timely help in doing everything necessary to support the sale and closing.
