This review was long coming. My wife and I were first time home buyers trying to somehow find a home within our budget in this competitive Denver real estate market. We were done paying rent and wanted something small that would fit our family but at the same time didn't want to compromise on the things we wanted so the listings were limited. Zach along with Courtney assisted with the hunt and were very accommodating. I still remember, at that time, houses at our price point were being listed and sold pretty much on the same day, so we had to be quick. The condo that we ended up purchasing was listed at a time when we were visiting another property. Zach was nice enough to quickly schedule a tour of the condo despite the fact that he had to be present somewhere that evening. We liked the condo, put in an offer and got a call from Zach the very next day about our offer acceptance. There were three other offers made and we won! we weren't even expecting this to happen but it did and it all happened in 10 days from the time we met Zach. Thats pretty quick. As first time home buyers there was a lot of learning to do and we felt comfortable with Zach being just a call away. He was friendly, easy to get hold off, and didn't just push on homes that we were not interested in. I know its late but THANK YOU Zach and Courtney and everyone at Thrive who helped find our home.
