David McKelfresh (yes, that's his actual name) at Thrive was the only bright spot in a bleak process that was not at all his fault. Almost everything that could have gone wrong seemingly did and throughout David was supportive, knowledgeable, candid, and incredibly helpful. We lucked into meeting him and were so glad we did. It is not an overstatement to say that we could not have done this without him. He always came through and was and continues to be very helpful even post-sale. I cannot recommend David highly enough. And his team was supportive, communicative, and professional all throughout.
