Nathan and the Thrive team were great to work with. Very friendly and offered good advice. We were buying from out of state, and he made a lot of time for us when we came out to look at houses then he kept in contact frequently throughout the process while we were back in Illinois. He was available for each step as we wanted - home inspection, builder walkthrough, close, and everything in between.
