Making the decision to buy around Denver is daunting. There are many desirable neighborhoods that all have their different pluses and minuses. Tim knows about them all, and was great at helping us get a first hand experience of each of them. Tim was always available to respond to questions or talk tactics when writing an offer (even responding to my 5:30am emails). Our search took a long time, over 6 months, 65+ houses visited, and 5 or 6 offers written. Through all this Tim was energetic, accommodating, and understanding. Tim is incredibly knowledgeable and connected to all kinds of home repair, maintenance and remodel people. This is also a huge perk when trying to understand the cost of making changes. I'd recommend Tim to anyone searching for a house. I actively promote him to others I know searching for homes.
