We moved to the Denver area from Wyoming and we didn't even know where to begin! Kevin was amazing in helping us maneuver within the real estate market here in the city! After spending a few times with us showing us a variety of homes including 55 plus communities and other planned developments, he had evaluated what we wanted regarding type of home, area, price range, etc. A good realtor is part counselor, salesperson, negotiator and guru and Kevin fits the bill! Kevin's personality is vibrant, caring, funny and very professional. He never gave up on finding us the perfect home even though we were ready to throw in the towel more than once!
