Tim was great to work with. He is a genuinely nice person and has a very laid back attitude, unless a more serious attitude is needed! He was very knowledgeable about houses-we're talking knowing estimates on how much small projects or whole room renovations would cost. He was always very responsive to our late night emails and next day showing requests. He helped ease the stress of looking at dozens of houses and made the process fun. Thanks Tim!
